I
am
currently
managing
an
estate
of
a
Canadian
artist.
A
few
months
ago
we
had
to
move
our
office
and
collection
storage
to
a
new
location
and
we
planned
to
hire
Museumpros
to
pack
and
move
the
artwork.
The
move
was
complicated
and
included
packing
and
shipping
of
delicate
artwork
of
various
sizes
and
media
-
bronze
and
stone
sculptures,
paintings,
works
on
paper
and
even
delicate
clay,
wood
and
plaster
models.
Just
before
the
move,
something
happened
that
required
a
significant
change
of
the
scope
of
work
compared
to
what
was
originally
planned.
Museumpros
reacted
with
unbelievable
flexibility
and
willingness
to
adapt
to
the
new
circumstances
and
adjust
their
plan
to
meet
our
new
needs.
It
required
nearly
double
the
time
and
resources
but
nonetheless
they've
made
themselves
available
in
a
way
that
allowed
the
work
to
be
completed
and
the
move
to
meet
its
deadline
with
no
delays.
The
work
itself
was
done
in
the
most
professional
and
efficient
way.
I've
never
seen
people
wrap
and
pack
artwork
so
efficiently
-
super
fast
but
at
the
same
time
very
secure
and
safe.
Then
they've
moved
the
art
securely
and
unloaded
at
the
other
end
with
great
attention
to
our
special
requirements.
Everything
arrived
securely
and
safely.
In
addition
to
being
so
professional
and
efficient,
Museumpros
employees
were
extremely
friendly
and
pleasant
to
work
with.
They
were
always
available
and
willing
to
answer
any
question
we've
had
and
we
ended
up
getting
some
very
useful
advice
from
them,
including
some
practices
and
methodologies
that
we
keep
on
using
for
storage,
packing
and
moving
or
artwork
inside
our
storage.
I
would
highly
recommend
it
to
anyone
who
cares
about
their
art
to
get
Museumpros
to
handle
it
when
needed
to
be
packed,
moved,
shipped
and/or
installed.
