Doctor Simon is very knowledgeable and has an extended experience in acupuncture and teaching students. Also, Cindy is very nice to welcome you. Simon is a wonderful who is gentle, caring and thorough. I have been seeing him for a ladies problem and he has been a great help. He recommended acupuncture along with herbal medicine to effectively treat the problem and it has also been helping tremendously. I also fell and bruised my tailbone so bad that I could barely walk or lay down on my back. After just 2 acupuncture treatment, im 90% better. I would definitely recommend Simon!

Dr. Simon and his team are absolutely excellent. As someone who had never had medical acupuncture before I was a little nervous going in to be treated for anxiety post a heart attack. But after only a few treatments I began to feel much better. Simon knows his stuff. His massage therapist Gina is also very wonderful to work with and always leaves me relaxed and smiling.

I have seen Simon for acupuncture since 2011 for balancing my chi for anxiety, arthritis in my ankle and general health. I was diagnosed this past December with cancer. After my second chemotherapy I wondered if Simon works with cancer patients. He had already helped many people and he has helped me too! From my next chemo onward, acupuncture has helped my immune system. I regained energy, recovering more quickly after chemo treatments. I appreciate and am grateful for Simon....his caring, his sincerity, his knowledge and skills. He truly cares, is encouraging and doesn’t rush. I recommend others see him too!

The centre is a calm, quiet, nourishing space. Simon looked over my notes, gently asked pertinent questions and administered acupuncture. In the room, there was soothing music and a clean, comfortable bed to lie on. Simon wasn't in any rush when he put the needles into my body which was important to me because I am anxious about my health, and a slower, kindly approach is what I need. I remained on the bed for close to an hour, and had never felt so deeply relaxed even though I have had many experiences elsewhere with acupuncture. Simon cautioned me to rest for the remainder of the day. I felt extremely confident with Simon's knowledge about how to help me with my health issues. I will now be visiting Simon regularly to improve my health. The receptionist was interested in chatting with me. I noticed how frequently she mopped the floor in the waiting area. I was there on a very wet day, and everyone's boots kept leaving wet spots on the floor. I appreciated her care at keeping the waiting area clean and welcoming.
