I purchased a unit in November 2018 and it has been over two years since there was any formal communication from the builder or the sales office. My unit was supposed to be ready for occupancy in March 2023 and there is still no word on that changing. In fact construction has not begun. After months of emailing and calling the sales office and the sales agency, no one is committing to any changes in the occupancy or completion date and you can barely get anyone to call you back. I have retained a lawyer to get more information from their lawyers. All this is very shady and I would be very concerned as I am for anybody who has purchased a unit. It is inexcusable. I encourage anybody who has bought a unit to demand that the builder be transparent. I also learned that the builder does not have permission to use a private street needed to build the building - our contracts say ALL zoning is in place. For anyone wanting to pursue legal action, please contact me - this is just not normal.

Do not invest your hard earned money in this flawed company and project. Customer service is non existent, they are absolutely clueless when the project will be completed heck since initially marketing this project in 2018 they have yet to break ground. Other projects in the downtown vicinity have taken off and already starting deliveries to their clients. Corrupt individuals at the top seem to give direction to everyone at the bottom.

Do not invest your money, NEVER!! Compared to other builders who have been constructing the condos on the waterfront, there is no progress on Lakeside Residences site. During the pandemic, other buidlers work not Greenland. They should have noticed the status to the anxious purchasers at least. No answer, just saying "unavoidable situation". The unavoidable situation only affects to Greendland. You won't reglect if you invest your money to this company.

TERRIBLE BUILDER !!..STAY AWAY...AS AN INVESTOR I’M EXTREMELY REGRET !!...Don’t trust GREENLAND projects..their delivery dates, stay away and save your $$$...exactly 2 years ago at 2018 I bought 1 unit with 2021-2022 delivery, I paid total of 20% down payment and during last 2 years no groundbreaking, no construction, just plenty of lies. They never answering phone calls or replying emails. Now they are once again on scene by using covid19 precautions as a reason of delay...Will remember GREENLAND as a builder of extremely delayed or never ending constructions.

Terrible customer service! It’s been 4 years since I purchased. All other construction sites are being worked on but Lakeside Condos. At least update all purchasers with a legitimate reason to why construction is being delayed. Please stop using the excuse of COVID since all other construction sites are being worked on. Greenland is unreliable!

I signed oct 2018, got 5 updates from the developer, the last one was dated March 31 2021. The updates have mainly sighted "the effect of the global Pandemic." Can't help but notice how many OTHER condos facing the same "global pandemic" conditions started shortly before, during and after "the effects of the global pandemic. " They either have a structure in place or have scheduled occupancy this year. I was also supposed to move in this year. Unfortunately, LAKESIDE RESIDENCES is still barely a hole in the ground. What's the next update gonna say???

Pls let your customers know the status of the project. If you are not going to build, pls return the deposits. Update: Pinnacle bought out lakeside project

Hi. May you please cancel the project if you are not planning to start construction. Looks like we may do much better with our money now instead of worrying it might be stolen.

Bought in 2019 - still no start to project and empty promises. Can't believe the law is silent about these deadbeat builders.

It has been 3 years that I signed, when I was told the completion date was 2023. Greenland is not reachable nor sending any updates. No ground breaking as of May 25, 2022. Very disappointing and concerning.

Stay away from this builder. Their King Blue project is still under construction after 6+ year. Nothing but delays. Terrible customers service. If you call their office it goes to a Mail box. Save your $$$ and buy from a reputable builder.

WORST INVESTMENT EVER!! we have been paying them for 3 years without making any progress. They have not even communicated with us. We should sue them.

Have had a great experience with the Community Engagement Manager, who has helped us navigate the experience with an aging parent. They have been able to give us honest feedback about what we can expect going forward. I felt supported and listened to throughout this process with my parent.

do not ever work with this builder when it come to pay the instalments they dont give even one day amendment but project just did not even finished faze 1

Last update given was in 2021. Unreachable and no one has answers - have contacted their sales team and the builder. No response or update!
