I don’t know why there is so much great reviews. I have been visiting chiropractors for the last 10 years and this one is the worst. It normally takes one appointment to fix pain. Here it is just expensive massage. They want you to take 5-10 appointments it is nonsense.

I came here for message therapy after I heard about their amazing promotion! Right off the bat, the location is amazing, with ample parking space. The staff were very nice and caring and I really enjoyed their service and the fact that they followed covid protocols PROPERLY. I felt more relaxed and refreshed than my previous experiences with massage therapy at another clinic all thanks to Lily! She was very friendly and made sure that I was aware of the process and comfortable. A great experience all-around!

I have been suffering from heel pain for two years. Finally found a place where they could help to fix my pain .They used Shockwave therapy and it did the magic and felt much better in my first visit itself. This is the only thing which helped to fix my chronic heel pain. Very impressed with the physiotherapy team and the admin team .Highly recommend this place for physiotherapy service.

I was walking around the neighborhood the other day and randomly discovered the signe in the front door so I went in to check out. It looks legit at first glance so I started to chat with the receptionist at the front desk. She had a young daughter with her that day so I asked why didn't she go to school and her mother said it was on March break then I realized those days had been away from me. The girl was quiet, shy, polite and very sweet so as the mother. So I decided to give it a try. I booked the next day at 10am the first client of the day for an one hour massage. I was there around 9:50am and waited for about 5 minutes. The receptionist came in and opened the door for me. She was very kind and friendly. As she started to get the place ready, I was looking at my watch. The RMT finally showed up around 10:15am with a beautiful big smile on her face and apologized for the delay. In about 3 minutes I was invited to upstairs the massage room. I was asked to take everything off except my underwear so I did. The RMT named Darya started massage me. Oh, I immediately felt like hands in the haven. She had a pair of firmed, soft hands went through all my body and extremely oriented to the details trying really hard to fix my problems. She told me I was her first client at this clinic and she was not from this local. I noticed her English was not as fluent but her hands and her skills spoke highly above anything in my book. I felt the best on myself in a long time. Before I left my appointment, I told the physician and the receptionist Darya had a god given hands made for this job that's how did I feel after her massage. I booked the second appointment with her the coming week the same day. same time. The day before the appointment I got a call from the clinic asked if I could come at 11am instead I said sorry no. So they agreed to 10:30am. I went there around 10:15am then Darya showed up at 10:25am with the same big smile on her face. I tried the first cupin in my life. I felt great and have some bruises from it. It would go away in a week Darya told me. The whole hour went really fast and Darya really tried hard to please me. I was amazed by her services. So I booked the third visit the week after the same day, same time. I went there around 10:15am then Darya showed up again with a big smile on her face at 10:25am. We agreed to try hot stone this time. She did try and I said it was a bit too hot for me so she didn't bother and did regular massage instead. It's all good. By the time I walked out, I saw the other client was waiting for her to be served. I knew he was a lucky one after me. All three times, all good. Exceptional. Treat Darya well. She is a well qualified RMT for the job. I wll be back. Highly recommended. Hopefully, don't get too busy so I can still book her the same day, same time.

I am a big fan of holistic medicine such as acupuncture and naturopathy. Unfortunately, orthodox medicine often focuses on alleviating the pain rather than fixing the root of the problem. I was looking for a good wellness center that can offer different kinds of treatments for my health. A combinational treatment for both my body and mind. To give a context on my problems, I went to Sheppard clinic for my neck pain, which I got due to a long time of computer work. I felt chronically stressed from work and became overweight from a bad lifestyle. The Sheppard clinic could help me with most of my problems. My chronic pain is much better after a period of chiropractic treatment. I also tried a couple of acupuncture sessions which helped me with my stress. I do not know how, but I feel more balanced than before in general. They also gave me a good consolation for my diet and exercise routine. I am happy with the service that I received from the Sheppard clinic and highly recommend it to everyone, regardless of age, physical or mental problem. These holistic treatments are great to complement any medical treatment that you are receiving and especially can help you to feel balanced in your life.

I cannot recommend Sheppard Clinic enough. I had been to a few other clinics thinking I had an upper back pain and got no results. The physiotherapist here told me it was a pelvic issue and I trusted him although I was skeptical . After 3 weeks I have been feeling sooo much better I am forever grateful of his skills.

My sleep and consequently my migraine headaches has improved.And surprisingly I have noticed that my stress has been eased .
