Great service! My potato shrimp rice salad was awesome! Had a mango lemonade drink and a strawberry lemonade. I love sizzler

They served RAW chicken to my daughter. Shame on the cook this day (8/26/2021 @ 12:30 PM). I was completely disgusted; Immediately requested a full refund for everything at the table and LEFT! I have nothing else to say.

For starters, this place has you order upon walking in, which I didn't particularly care for. The food was ok. We had a party of six four who ordered medium steaks that all came out cooked differently. The service was sub-par as the waitress kept forgetting who had what. She just put plates and drinks in front of the wrong person. It was a peaceful place with a few TV's. I debated giving this place a four only based off the salad bar, which was good.

All the prices are almost triple what they used to be. Paid $45 for an all you can eat salad bar. The food is not the same quality. The cheese bread is some weird flavor. Not the original cheese toast. It's like some weird seasoning, cheese and butter along with soggy bread. Almost burnt looking. Many of the trays were not filled upon entering the salad bar. We had to wait to get the hot foods. The salad area was ok. This place needs to go back to the original American way. That's what it used to be. Pleasantly unpleasant.😑

Vilma was a wonderful server. Super attentive and very nice to the kids. She made sure we were taken care of. I give her 5 stars. I ordered the steak and shrimp skewers. I ordered a medium steak and it was more of a medium well, a little dry (hence the 4 stars). My son got a lemon butter salmon which he loved and the chicken tenders and fries were great.

Vilma is the best server we’ve ever had in any restaurant ever. My boyfriend and I love coming to sizzler but especially when Vilma is our waitress. She’s considerate, friendly, kind, and on top of everything. She always goes above and beyond. If you haven’t given this amazing lady recognition or a raise recently, please do so as she has more than earned it. There are other places we can go for steak and lobster but Vilma is the reason we choose sizzler.

Great waiter. Best thing about our visit. Ordered steak and lobster with 1 glass wine & 1 beer. Steak was very disappointing should of been med rare but was a true Medium. Waiter offered to take them back but we ate them anyway. Also no side soup with the expensive dinner option. Yet cheaper steak dinners come with salad. How do you explain that? For 100.00+ for 2 people, I would go back to Red Lobster for the same price and get soup or salad included. Sizzler has changed and overpriced. Might go back for salad bar meal only where you don't care about atmosphere. Sorry I was really hoping to compare it to the Big Bear establishment.

We had the great opportunity of having Jorge and Vilma as our server. They were not just helpful, but also funny. They, definitely, earned this 5 star review. Thanks Jorge and Vilma!!! And, the manager, Carlos, is wonderful, a will!!!

My server Amber was Great. Very attentive and professional. Had the Cedar plank Salmon with the Ginger sauce.... So good.. Nice people and environment. Highly recommended

We had the nicest experience at sizzler thanks to Maria Escalante. She is a great server, always ready to help with whatever it is we need with a great attitude. We’ve been to sizzler several times and we always hope that Maria is our server because she is so great to us. She’s such a hard-working woman and is loving to those around her. Maria makes us want to dine at sizzler just so we can receive her service!

The salad bar was great! My server was Sonia and the service was superb! She brought waters and toast to the table while we were at the salad bar preparing our salads. Refilled waters without having to ask and picked dirty plates almost immediately from the table.

Came into Sizzler yesterday and had the best experience thanks to our server Jorge. Jorge made sure to always check up on us and had a positive energy making us feel very welcomed. We don’t come to Sizzler too often but after this experience we’ll be coming a lot more thanks to Jorge !!

I love this place! I’ve been coming her for years and it’s always great! I absolutely love Maria. She is so kind and helpful every time. Not only do I like the food but I also like how friendly the service is.

Quick service for a busy night. We just got the sald bar and took our add ons to go. I actually felt bad that I didn't eat more especially for the price. Salad bar dressings need better labels. But other then that the left overs were edible lol.

I always love coming to this place. As soon as I walk in I’m greeted with a smile. Once I come to the table I’m always served by a lady named Maria! She’s always so kind and helpful. Any time I bug (and I bug a lot) she’s always more than happy to help me with it! She’s great and she remembers my family and I that’s how often we come! Thank you Maria and thank you sizzlers for the great food !

Amazing place. Excellent food. Clean and consistent. The staff is absolutely amazing. Vilma does a phenomenal job making sure that everybody has what they need. She is very pleasant, polite and attentive. A great experience. Love dining here!

Hey, Sizzler Team… listen up. I am incredibly thankful for the wonderful experience we had at the Sizzler restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make our lunch special, and their generosity towards veterans is truly commendable. My wife and I enjoyed a delicious meal with a side of gratitude. We had an awesome experience at Sizzler. It was very crowded since it Veterans Day. Our server Danielle was awesome. Our food came out fast might have been on cooler side especially being a very large group of us. Danielle was fantastic, keep up with food, refills and anything we need. She made our visit to Sizzler a very awesome experience.

Maria- was very nice, clean my plates when I was done. She was fast. The salad bar has stepped up. I was happy with my service today! Will definitely come back and be seated in her section!

We ate there with.a family of 16 and the safety coordinator Maria was wonderful. She was very helpful and always with a smile. Customer service was A1. Roger was her help and he was really friendly. The salad bar was excellent. Fresh and clean. Love this place will definitely return.

Had a steak with a half dozen shrimp.. Steak was 6oz. Paid 23 something.. I mean food was good but you can go to like a steak house and get a way bigger steak for the price. It is what it is though been a while since we did Sizzler now I know why...

Carlos and Jose are exceptional managers! They are friendly, kind and I feel like part of a family when they are there. The food is outstanding and the service is subtle and kind. The restaurant is clean and the store is always busy.

Here visiting family. 1st time back here since 2020. Did the all you can eat salad bar. So much better than before. Many more choices. They even have orange chicken. They have a person dedicated to keeping the salad bar clean and filled. Food tasted fresh. Highly recommended.

Great food. Great service. I ordered the 6oz steak and crispy shrimp. And of course got the salad bar. Steak was cooked PERFECTLY. Cheese toast is iconic.

I have come to this sizzler for over 20 years. The salad bar is probably the best salad bar I have had. I always order the burgundy mushroom sirloin tips and it is consistently great tasting. The prices are a bit high so make sure you eat your money's worth with the salad bar.

The first time being at this particular restaurant. I've been to many different locations of Sizzlers (9) but this was the first time I got to meet the head chef who came out and met with the people to see how things were. (This in my opinion makes it the best Sizzlers ever). Yes I did state my concern over 1 particular item which I told him and he very graciously offered to replace and take note of. I was still surprised at the bill (really hate coronavirus and inflation).

Good food, Amber was our waitress and she did a great job. My steak was done perfect and so was my shrimp. The salad bar was excellent and fully stocked. What surprised me was how good the tomato soup was!!! Seriously, I wasn't expecting it to be that good. It totally caught me off guard.

The young lady at the counter was extremely friendly. This was my first time visiting a Sizzler and quite some time and the food was delicious. You can't go wrong with their cheese toast :-) for a little under $30 I was able to get a steak, Malibu chicken, shrimp, french fries, and I added on a $5.99 share basket :-) it was plenty of food for five people to sample a little bit of everything. I will definitely be going back, with everybody trying to leave Hesperia in a hurry Sizzler has been the one constant:-)

Have not been to a sizzler in I don't know how long. We went for mother's day. The place wasn't over crowded but there were a lot of people. The one thing that caught me off guard was the ordering method. The menu is on the wall when you walk in you have to choose while waiting on line because you order at the register before you sit down. Which you find your own spot to sit. They do help if your having trouble finding a spot. Other than that, my wife got the steak and lobster which was nicely portioned and delicious. I got the salad bar which was satisfying. Over all a pleasant dining experience.

This is probably my favorite place in the high desert. It has been here for a very long time but the standards on food and service have not changed. The last visit I was crazy and took 9 people out for mother's day. With the restaurant packed to capacity, the hostess still apologized for the wait. We were seated within the hour and our food was great. I always suggest the salad bar but if you do that, order the skewers, they are worth it!

I like this place, the salad bar all you eat is just perfect me, and you can order steak, chicken, shrimp, and other delights. Most of the time, there is always seatung

Really disappointed they don't have a waiter escorting you to the table. You just walk in there and find your own table through a crowd of already seated tables. Would NOT recommend coming in with a party of 3 or more unless you wanna look like a fool walking through the whole entire restaurant trying to find a seat for the rest of your group! 3 stars only because I ordered medium rare steak which was good with the steak sauce.
