I
understand
that
we
are
in
a
pandemic,
but
if
a
business
cannot
offer
the
highest
level
of
quality
and
service,
they
shouldn't
consider
reopening.
My
husband
and
I
went
to
Rivera
Mexican
Grill
last
night,
the
only
good
thing
about
the
entire
experience
was
we
were
seated
immediately.
Perhaps
that
should
have
been
our
first
clue,
as
other
restaurants
in
the
area
had
over
an
hour
wait.
The
server
was
friendly
but
completely
overwhelmed,
under
trained
and
uneducated
about
the
menu.
We
ordered
a
Blue
chip
salad
each,
and
I
order
a
special
Margarita
with
salt,
and
super
hot-hot
sauce
for
our
chips.
What
I
received
was
a
small
margarita
with
NO
salt,
when
I
stated
that
was
not
what
I
order,
she
looked
at
me
in
a
complete
daze.
I
had
to
go
to
the
bar
and
change
out
the
drink
myself.
Still
waiting
for
hot
sauce
15-minutes
in,
we
asked
a
bus-boy
who
brought
us
hot
chili's
right
away,
not
exactly
what
we
ordered
but
it
worked.
35-minutes
in
we
received
our
very
warm,
soggy
salads
and
a
saucer
of
hot-hot
sauce.
My
husband
and
I
looked
at
each
other
and
just
shook
our
heads.
The
salad
was
HORRIBLE!
We
know
it's
supposed
to
be
slightly
warm,
but
it
had
obviously
sat
under
a
heat
lamp
for
much
of
our
long
wait.
Looking
around
it
was
an
entire
room
of
frustrated
patrons.
As
soon
as
we
got
home,
we
were
both
so
nauseated
from
the
meal,
it
almost
ruined
date
night.
My
suggestion
is
if
you
go
to
another
restaurant
and
they
tell
you
it's
a
40+
minute
wait,
that
you
should
wait.
Because
you
will
wait
once
inside
for
your
subpar
food.
I'd
love
to
get
my
$60.00
back,
I
hope
you
save
your
money!
