Waaaaaaay better than In N Out. I had the Large 1/2 lb Kingburger and Fat Fries. Big and tasty. Almost couldn't finish the whole meal. Free refills on drinks. Dining room and bathrooms were ok but a bit dirty. It was after 11pm so not gonna bag on the too hard. Only other minor complaint is that our party of 5 all ordered at the same time and the last couple members of our group didn't get their food until after some of us had finished eating.

We went to fat burger around 2:00pm as a special meal for my boyfriend’s birthday. It was a great meal, Chelsea, the woman at the counter was positive, helpful, and so sweet from the beginning. When I told her it was a birthday meal she went above and beyond to make our experience extra special. Chelsea and the cooks did great and I will be returning frequently! The burgers, fries, cookies, and drinks were all 10/10. Thank you!

Everyone at this location seems like they are related. They had such a rhythm and positive attitude. I will come back for that reason alone. My chili burger was great. Cut in half like I requested. The wait was short. The location was clean. Easy parking in the back of the restaurant. They also helped me with my bad Spanish.

For what it is, HUGE tasty burgers, it's difficult to beat. If you're very hungry or are just craving a REALLY GOOD burger for less than $15, this the place to go. As a bonus, they offer gluten free bread. If only they served grass fed beef

The burgers are well worth the price. Shakes are awesome and flavourful. Fries are crisp and salty. These are not cheap burgers, but they are definitely worth it. Some of the most seasoned beef I've ever had from a burger joint.

The Fatburger (Kingburger) was delicious and had a lot of lettuce and other veggies in it. The meat/veggies balance was good. The Fat Fries potatoes were delicious. I wish they had hot coffee or hot tea.

Burgers are fresh and very tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean.

OMG...... the XXL 1lb was enormous, but delicious!!! Made fresh with crispy fries. If you haven't been, Your missing out on a tradition from 1952. Hand dipped icecream milk shakes to top it all off.

Burgers are always good. Dont try the Vegan shake ??? I should have listened to them when they warned me.

They make it your way not their's

Impossible burger and vegan cheese thrown onto grill with other meat burgers. The cook and the person packing the bags got irritated when I asked if he could clean off the grill before putting my burger on there.

Burger was fine, but not great. Did not care for the sweet potato fries or regular fries. It wasn't bad but there are lots of better burger places in the vicinity.

Sad to say.... this once proud "King" size burger joint is nothing more than a highly overpriced failing business.

I understand these are trying times! Most of us are relying on takeout establishments to feed our families. With that said, this place is HORRIBLE. Took 45 mins to get our food with 1 other customer in the store. After driving 20 mins back to my house, come to find that Everything on the order was wrong and inedible. I called and ask for them to have the manager help me, and he refused to do anything. So I have to go out to a different restaurant and get my family food. The corporate office should look into how they are treating their customers and hire people who desperate need a job to work your store. The entire staff should be ashamed of themselves for how they are acting during this crisis.

Great food! Good service! However last week when we were in there to pick up the food; they served a person who had did not have a mask on and no shoes. This person was not homeless as he was driving a very nice car. Basically the individual was trying to make a point about not having a mask on. Unfortunately this doesn't protect other patrons when they are in there to pick up their meals.

Got take out here and drove down to the beach to enjoy it. Awesome HUGE burger and fries. You get what you pay for. It’s a cut above In n Out, Habit Burger, and 5 Guys but more pricey. Totally worth it and I’d go here every time. Friendly customer service but best of all GREAT food!

The Burger was very good and would be excellent as a double patty burger. Lots of pickles, mustard and onions. Great toasted bun. The fat fries were popping hot and delicious.

Burgers were delicious and juicy. Service was good. Parking was easy. Waiting time wasn't to long. Overall experience was well worth the wait.

This is my favorite Fatburger spot and I love Fatburger. Management is really good that everyone is cheerful there and the burgers are just great and if you save your receipt within two weeks you get free fries with your burger I get the giant half pound burger with the free fries and a large lemonade which is awesome for around 10 bucks.

Waited an hour for a simple order pick up and they kept telling me 5 more mins every time I asked about the food from the beginning.

It is open late. Be careful when you order. I was not aware how many things are optional, like a fried egg. By the time I was done, my burger was over $10. It was good, hot, but since it was my second time (my first time, everything was ordered for me) I ordered what I thought was "basic". Know the costs of what you're ordering. Otherwise, a little slow but tasty.

After 10 years of loving my Fatburger at this location, I will not be going back! We are in the middle of a pandemic! The guy flipping burgers kept pulling down his mask to wipe his sweat off. When he didn't have burgers to flip, he helped prep them with the condiments. One hand with a glove, the other, no glove. Everything about that made me sick and concerned. I asked for my money back and had no problem telling them why with no manager on site!

I just don't understand how it takes 30-45 minutes to get your food, but when you get it, its stone cold like not an ounce of heat left in it. Do they make the burgers, let em sit for 20 minutes then call your name I just dont understand. What a waste of time and money.

My burger was good. The ice cream kind of tasted off, it took me almost 15 min to get my food. The fries were so burned that it was like eating crackers. I personally won't be coming back to this fat burger.

Best burgers period. Especially for veggies burgers. The impossible burger is a bit pricey but the regular one is still better than any other veggie burger in town. My favorite way to order is veggie with cheddar, grilled onions, no lettuce, no pickles [yes to relish], and jalapeños if I'm in the mood. Wish they had avocado. If I'm super hungry I'll add an egg and ofc skinny fries. Fat fries are good too. Wish they still had the jukebox :/

Awesome burger

I ordered my food and went to pick my order up. I sat there with my son waiting forever..seeing people come and go and almost an hour and half later The manager had to ask me what was wrong.... cook totally blew my order off.

Best burgers ever. Chili, cheese, egg

I was double-charged for my meal which wasn't that big of a deal and I understand it happens from time to time, but what I was extremely disappointed with was the customer service when I tried to call back in. Chelsea was the one that was helping me. She was very uncooperative and kept telling me to call my bank instead of trying to deal with the situation and oh, I'm not sure if she was super busy at work and that's why there was a lack of respect and politeness on their part. To say the least I was disappointed, I called up in a pretty good mood and left feeling pretty shocked with the way they handled the situation. Like I said I understand mistakes happen but I was surprised at the response I got when I asked for a refund from manager Chelsea. I am a business owner myself and would be very disappointed if my workers conducted themselves as such.
