The hotel manager is a fraud, we rented a room for two people for three nights, but our flight was canceled, I immediately canceled the room and they should have taken money for the first night only according to the hotel rules, and they kept the whole amount for the three nights! We contacted them multiple times as well as booking and booking's response was the same, that they are withholding our money illegally and for no reason! Bad and rude behavior on the phone. They blocked us to stop calling them to ask for our money! Fraudsters!

I am very disappointed with my stay in the hotel.First of all the staff was not very polite.They get annoyed of my simple questions.The food is not bad. But the main problem is the cleanliness…The end of the story was the cockroach in the bathroom.Also the Wi-Fi is very bad.

I really liked my stay here! The front desk people to the kitchen staff were all so nice and sweet! They gave us free parking info to Pompeii and was so attentive to giving us directions. The kitchen staff was so sweet in bringing us our coffee and cleaned our plates. The people at this hotel left such a positive impression for me!

Rooms are small. The place looks and feels clean and modern. Access is easy, staff is accommodating, rooms are air conditioned and secure. the view is OK. For the price I would stay here frequently. this is not a resort, but is attractive, well decorated and service oriented.

The entrance and corridors etc are clean/pleasant enough however the standard of the rooms are far from being 4 star - think more along the lines of a travel lodge. Location is not good - very little amenities within the surrounding area. Breakfast is basic - be prepared to ask for things such as milk!

Free parking at hotel and Pompei Ruins. Let the hotel know you’re going to the ruins for a visit and they will call ahead to one of the campsite just opposite the main entrance and you can go in and park there for free. One of the better hotels in Pompei. 2 supermarket within a couple of min’s drive away. And breakfast is good enough to fill your stomach for the morning. By the 2nd day the staff has already remembered what we like and they are very attentive. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! The room was nothing to get excited about but it was well represented in online images and we did enjoy having a veranda. We received free parking and breakfast, as well as yummy desserts for afternoon tea. We were also able to leave our luggage safely for a few hours both prior to and following our stay.

We were treated like family here! The rooms are very comfortable, very, very clean and the the beds were fantastic. My daughter and I both slept very well each night. It's less than a mile to walk to the City Centre for dinner options and we felt perfectly safe walking in the dark. But for those with mobility issues the bus service is very iffy, no Uber and taxis - we didn't see any. We were given personal rides to Pompei Scavi (ruins), to the City Center and even a quick trip for souvenir buying the morning before we left. The Trenitalia train station is close to the hotel and highly recommended over the Circumvesuviana. We LOVED our stay here and would stay again if we make it back to Italy and Pompei.

The hotel is very good located, 500 metres away from the centre,it means you can walk by foot to see a city centre and museum. Good attitude to guests.

This is a great hotel! Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and wifi is fast.

Best boss with personal hotel

This hotel never warrants a 4star rating. It has no facilities at all, no restaurant just a breakfast room. It claims to be near the entrance to the archeological site but that is over a mile away as is the centre of Pompeii. The rooms are tiny and sparsely equipped. The fantastic breakfast it claims to provide is very basic - we had much better in a 3 star hotel the week before. One morning we went a bit later and the availability was even less, and another morning the yogurts on display were all out of date. To his credit the owner spotted this, late on, and removed them. From then on there were no yoghurts. The staff were pleasant and helpful. When we complained about how slippery the shower was, the owner quickly went and purchased a mat, he also gave us a lift into Pompeii on one occasion.

We stayed at Hotel Maiuri for business. We were satisfied with their quality:quick response, clean room, kindness, and hospitality. Particularly, eary morning and late night station shuttle service and air port shuttle service helped us. Thank Hotel Maiuri. I will visit you with my family next time.

We ended up in that hotel in 2017 in order to visit Pompei by night and we kept stopping year after year traveling from Trentino to Sicily! The location, the service and the renovated rooms are simply fantastic! Well done Hotel Maiuri, you’re doing a fantastic job with your clients!

Great breakfast, excellent service. Perfect location if you’re visiting Pompeii (5 min drive). Not all the rooms are 4-star rooms though so pick accordingly.
