So nice we went there twice....in one day 😅 went for brunch in Malasaña and then went again for a late lunch in Lavapiés. Super friendly servers, and the best mushrooms ever. My boyfriend doesn't even like hollandaise and was obsessed with the Benedict. Best Mexican salsa I've had in months. Only wish we had discovered Carmencita earlier in our trip

Best breakfast/brunch spot in Madrid & the best eggs Benedict! If you're American/Canadian/UK/Aussi & looking for a breakfast spot to make you feel at home, this place is it! Their homemade sausages are also really good. The portion sizes are huge and the prices are great too!

Great vibes, tasty food. A little whole in the wall serving delicious brunch. The service, I must say, was super on point. Friendly, attentive, knew when to help, knew when you not bother you with a mouth full of food. The place has a bit of a weird layout but who cares when the French toast is that good.

Very good burgers! Pancake with bacons are delicious! A must visit when in Madrid!

The breakfast was very good, as was the cake made according to the family-own recipe. The cook served us the food personally with the kindest smile. The waitress truly brightened up our day with her humor and overall kindness. She also perfectly understood my level of (not) speaking Spanish and mixed English and Spanish perfectly for my understanding, which was just the cherry on the metaphorical cake. I will definitely return when I'm back in Madrid!

Very cute place and kind staff. However I got food poisoning from the French toast meal. It was the only thing I ate yesterday and I have been very sick for going on 24 hours. I can’t even keep water down. Just be cautious as my other friends that ordered different meals did not get sick but I did.
