Great view even during the evening after sunset. You have to pay 5e to get to the top. So there is already a selection by price, not everybody will bother. But totally worth it. In the restaurant quite some posh people, but on the terrace outside lots of common people like us, nice atmosphere, friendly and chill (we went in march, could be different in summer). Drinks are not cheap but for one or two of them totally worth it. I recommend.

One does need to pay 5€ per person to go up to this rooftop bar, but like someone else mentioned - it's maybe a good thing as not everyone is willing to pay. We visited on a day where the city was 40 degrees. They had soft water sprinklers on in all the lounge seating areas, but all these areas were occupied. I liked how they have various seating areas (lounges, high chairs, dining tables) Service was good, bathrooms clean. Views are just incredible from all angles. I also loved their choice of music!

I absolutely love coming here when I’m in Madrid. For me, it’s a must. It costs about €5 to go up, and then drinks are reasonably prices considering the location. I love how there are different seating options. There are places to lounge, grassy type areas, high top tables, normal height tables—you name it!

Lovely place! You have to play $5 and get a ticket prior to getting into the elevator. It then takes you to the top floor which opens up to an amazing rooftop bar. Beers were $6 and cocktails around $12. Can’t beat the views, the atmosphere and the staff. Overall an amazing place to stop and a must visit in Madrid.

Nice amazing view at 5€ (but on website was written 3€). Too many people in line and inside the elevator for be covid period. From 13 to 16 is closed (siesta) I arrived after lunch and was confused because at that period the restaurant is used for private parties and we had to use the stairs for 3 floors without any people to ask something. The view is amazing!

We went late at night. The view was amazing the vibe was even better. There’s nice music good lighting i just loved it. Cherry on top they even let the kids come up after 10pm. Unlike other rooftop.

There was no chance getting in at night without spending €180 on a bottle of spirit. Maybe it's ok when 6 going out but not really economical for 2 non heavy drinkers 😆 Finally I managed to book lunch on our last day. Not really blown away with the food quality. Service was ok. But the view of the city is mind blowing. It's a must see place maybe even better day time .

I loved this place! I think this is my favourite place in Madrid. Although I should probably mention that you need to stand in the line for the elevator for quite some time (for me it was 40 minutes), because people who had tickets for the whole Circulo was prioritized. Also, it's ages until the waiter/waitress comes to your table. But they are very nice and the view is spectecular! It has an unforgettable vibe!

We went here on our first day in Madrid. It is definitely one of the best views of the city, and it was great to enjoy those views while we had a drink. It was a bit challenging to order a drink—due to a law in Spain we were not allowed to order at the bar, but we had to be a little patient before a waiter came over and took our orders. This is mostly because they are busy and had a full roof terrace that afternoon, but it was worth the hassle to be sitting there with an outstanding view of the city! If I recall correctly, the price is 5 euros per person to go up (part of this goes to upkeep of the building).

Best rooftop view of Madrid for sure! Yet you have to pay 5e to get to the roof, and 4e a bottle of sparkling water. It's still worth it as it's a great experience, but you'll go there only once in your lifetime at this price 😂 Go only if it's sunny, you'll have the best experience.

Every time I visit Madrid, I come to CBA because the view here is my favourite in the city. This trip we decided to book lunch at the restaurant and I was not disappointed. The rice with prawns was incredible, and the view from our table (indoors so we were sheltered from the wind) was memorable. On this trip the Metropolis building was undergoing repairs so sadly no iconic shot - but still look at those sweeping views!

Great point of view on the city, located on top (7th floor) of a nice looking building. Ticket to get there is 10€, which is pretty expensive, considered drinks are not included. Still worth the expense tho

Half an hour wait to be seated in the back azotea, with no views, then no food available because they said that the kitchen was super behind... $5 euros of admission, a $12 euros cocktail and a bad service? If you stand and walk to the other azotea, were the "reserved tables" are (at a minimum of $180 euros ea.), you can catch a glimpse of the "good views"!!. Honestly it doesn't worth the wait and the pries. Very disappointing!

Best view in Madrid. But we visited in a rainy day and there was not even a table protected from the rain so we had to get wet or leave our drinks and go. I would go again but I’d prefer a place protected from sun or rain.

The rooftop bar was awesome. You get a great view of the city. You can have drinks and tapas. Get in early to find a table. The place is so busy.

Great views from the terrace atop the building where you can sip a nice drink 🍸... you pay €5 to go up, plus the cost of the drink €€€...

I visited this theatre to attend a ballet performance and the ambiance was incredible! Comfortable seats and good views from above. Great theater 🎭.

The Circulo de Bellas Artes is a prominent cultural institution in Madrid, known for its art exhibitions, events, and panoramic views of the city from its rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace, or Azotea, offers a stunning vantage point to enjoy Madrid's skyline. Visitors can take in iconic landmarks such as the Gran Vía, the Metropolis Building, and the Prado Museum. It's a popular spot for both locals and tourists seeking a picturesque setting to relax, have a drink, and appreciate the beauty of Madrid.

Whoa! Best views in Madrid. We ate in the rooftop restaurant whilst the sun was setting. Absolutely stunning views of Madrid and the mountains in the distance. The food and atmosphere was incredible! Felt great to be there! We had drinks in the bar afterwards, and I can definitely recommend the mojitos!! 🍹

Amazing views, reasonably priced drinks and easy to get to via local bus on GranVia or walk… but some staff need a lesson on customer service at such an iconic rooftop bar! Note a EUR 5 charge that must be purchased at the machine downstairs before accessing rooftop. Highly recommend!

Artsy rooftop experience! Círculo de bellas artes is a must for anyone that appreciates any form of art. On the ground floor, there is a shop, specially dedicated to S. Kubrick where you can buy different products symbolizing ideas, people, quotes or a specific movie reference. The rooftop is absolutely gorgeous & I recommend visiting by day. There are cozy sports that allow max indulgence in their drinks and appetizers, while looking at the stunning Madrid from above. We tried the cocktails - I highly recommend them.

The view is marvelous from the rooftop bar, but there is little shade and the servers are gruff. 5€ entry.

A building with ground level terrace for drinks and snack, several floors for exhibitions and dynamic event programs, and trending rooftop bar and restaurant with amazing views. a cultural gem in the heart of Madrid

Honestly one of my favourite places in Madrid. The building and interiors itself are gorgeous. Well worth a visit- and don’t forget to go to the rooftop bar for a drink too!

  • 5/5 Anita B. 2 years ago on Google
Excellent views of Madrid with cocktails and drinks to accompany. Beautiful sunset views, assorted seating options. Note that there is a €5 entrance fee.

Awesome view and good drinks. The attention at the bar might be better tough

Fantastic views but the service is absolutely shocking. Paid €5 in to go to the rooftop, waited 30 minutes for the first drink, ordered a second half way through the first and after 45 minutes we left as the waiter couldn’t give a reason for the delay and kept saying 1 minute. If looking for a rooftop I would suggest looking elsewhere.

5 € entry the detection to the rooftop was horrible I ended up taking the stairs. The staff wasn’t very friendly they looked over worked and understaffed. Make sure you dress warm in winter as the wind is very strong.

Great spot for Madrid birds eye view and the mesmerizing sunset. Recommended to go and hour earlier than the sunset.

It's a beautiful place and the view is amazing. I was disappointed about Cocktails like Tequila sunrise and Piña Colada. Strawberry Mojito was very good, though.

Wonderful, beautiful old building with a rooftop bar and excellent views. A wonderful place to sit and have a drink. It is usually off limits, but if you can see the stairs and the ballroom, it is definitely worth it. It used to be a private club for artists and intellectuals. There is an entrance fee if 5 euros. A small, elegant restaurant is downstairs that you can enter from the street.

  • 4/5 Soledad R. 2 years ago on Google
It is a really great rooftop, but the service is eh and so are the cocktails. The lines can be long to get upstairs but once you are there it is totally worth the entrance fee.

  • 3/5 Barbara d. 2 years ago on Google
You have to pay $5 just to access the rooftop which was disappointing. But the ground floor cafeteria is open and it was busy but we got seated promptly. Nice chandelier and center statue but I wouldn’t say this place is a must.

  • 2/5 Alexandre P. 2 years ago on Google
Really beautiful view and amazing space. But that's it. With paying 5€ just to get in I would expect a better service and waiters with at least cleaner clothes. Again, very nice views
