    Mind = blown! The best restaurant I’ve ever been to. This is was I call a dining experience. I love the fact that the first dishes are all served in different places of the restaurant so that you get to both eat and get a tour at the same time. The food was delicious and outstanding - and the service was beyond impeccable! Definitely going back here next time I go to Madrid.

    Definitely an experience and something different from the usual Michelin star places I've ever been. The wine cellar is impressive, but that's not even the craziest part! The service is very formal, but friendly and nice. Decor is modern, colorful, but not distracting. The food, is very impressive. It's not the best I've had in my life, but surprisingly fun and creative, which is a feat on its own. Some were a little salty to my taste, but food in Spain is saltier in general. Go for the experience, it's worth it!

    WOW!! What an amazing experience. We have dined in 1,2,3 Michelin stated restaurants but never had such a unique experience as we had here. The tour in the restaurant before seated to the table, in the bar, the wine cellar, the Sherry room and the kitchen, all accompanied with different food and cocktail/wine/sherry/beer tasting was nothing but great joy. This one is definitely one of the best restaurants we visited.

    This was such a special and memorable birthday dinner! The night was filled with surprise after surprise as the staff guided us from room to room for our cocktail and appetizer experiences. The presentations were incredible, each dish was immaculately executed, and the staff were lovely and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of our food and wine experience. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough!

    Incredible experience, everything was very well timed and organise. The food was amazing (one dish however was nothing special but was aesthetically well decorated). Would recommend 100% if you have the money and time to spend a few hours in.

    Very nice 2* in Madrid, well deserved in my opinion. Love their premium wine pairing which at our time of visiting included some amazing wines like chateau d’Yquem and Vega Sicilia Unico. Generous pours and whenever needed a refill. Dinner takes place in 4 different areas, all playing an important role throughout the meal.

    The whole experience is awesome. It feels like it's more than just a dining experience but a whole experience of a restaurant - kitchen, cellar and dining room. It's a perfect execution on food, wine pairing and service. We'll put it on the top of all three Michelin star restaurants that we have visited. I don't know how often they change their menu, but it's a perfect and wonderful dinner for us on our Spain trip.

    If you have a only one chance to go to restaurant in Madrid, Coque is one of best you can have. Their course is designed quiet precisely. From the enter to out, it’s full of delightful experience. I am fully satisfied with all the course. But for me, Serving interval is fast little bit. It may cause I’m enjoy course solely. If you have plan to come Coque, you’d better to ask serve slowly. The best is coming with someone to talk with. Paring is too much for me. If you are weak with alcohol, just a glass of wine or champagne is enough. They allow me to stay after finish the course. So I can write this review in relaxing mood. Restaurant is not quite big. It is consist of two floors, basement with bar and wine cellar, ground for open kitchen and rooms and balcony. Conclusion : it worth to pay. It was my birthday. I mentioned in reservation on online. They give a chocolate moose cake with candle.

    I'm confident in saying that this is my best 2 star Michelin experience thus far! The service, the food, the journey, the wine pairing, the cocktails, just spectacular! While there's high appreciation for the exploration of different flavours you won't be disappointed with some untested experiments. Here each dish will guarantee an exploration of incredible flavours!! Make sure you come in with an empty stomach thought, because you will be signing in for quite a generous experience! Por último, los postres, nada que sorprenda. Postres normales, nada que ver con postres de otros restaurantes con estrella/s Michelín. Además de esto tuvimos dos percances durante la comida. Por un lado, contratamos el maridaje para disfrutar de la experiencia completa, y durante el segundo plato, tuvimos que llamar a los camareros porque nos lo habíamos terminado prácticamente y no teníamos el vino aún. Por otro lado, encontramos un pelo en uno de los platos (seguro no era nuestro). El jefe de sala no se dignó a acercarse a disculparse, sólo apareció cuando pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones. Incluso en este momento, nos la acercó sin una disculpa y tuvimos que aguantar su queja que según él, era la primera en 30 años. Sólo al ver nuestro enfado tras este gesto, tuvo la decencia de lamentar lo sucedido. Una pena en un restaurante como este.

    Went in July 2022 with my girlfriend, who has a nut allergy. Informed the restaurant at the time of booking and again after arrival. We heard the staff discussing her allergy as we were entering the restaurant, and therefore assumed she was in safe hands. However, through some unexplained miscommunication, the kitchen had not been informed. Midway through the starters, my girlfriend was served two separate appetizers containing nuts, both of which she very nearly ate. Had it not been for her vigilance, she would – at best – have spent the evening in the emergency room. We spent the rest of the meal worrying whether another kitchen blunder would be incoming. To say this lessened the dining experience would be an understatement. Our anxiety was not lessened by a waiter mistakenly listing nuts as an ingredient in one of my girlfriend's mains. The staff was apologetic about their mistakes, but apparently thought the experience still merited the full 700+ euro price tag. A restaurant is free to decline service if it considers itself unable to cater to allergies or food intolerances. By choosing to eat at Coque after they had signalled that they could accommodate her allergy, my girlfriend placed her health and well-being in the hands of the restaurant and its staff. That turned out to be a serious mistake. I would strongly caution others against repeating it.

    Amazing meal and experience. I was afraid that the room to room moving before the mains would be gimmicky but it was very well thought out. Food was absolutely delicious and service level was too tier. Absolutely worth the trip.

    Nice food and beautiful presentations with some spectacular shows right next to the table, but there are much more to improve. The staffs are nice in general but not enough for 2-star. The vegetarian options lack the diversity as most of them are just mushrooms repeated. The sabor is overall a little bit too salty. Not bad for one time experience, but I'm not going again. Would recommend if what you want is to experience something like fire and gas shows for videos. But if you want something authentic and quality experience, there are much better options with lower price, taste and service.

    Siempre es una «fiesta» ir a comer o cenar a Coque. En estos momentos, los hermanos Sandoval, están en una «forma» estupenda, con un equipo «engrasado» y con ganas de comerse el mundo, hoy en día, son pocos los amantes de la gastronomía que visitan nuestra ciudad y no se pasan por este restaurante con dos Estrellas Michelin y que claramente se está posicionando por la tercera, sería genial tener la “réplica” de los hermanos Roca en Madrid. Realmente disfrutar de la “experiencia gastronómica” de Coque es todo un lujo que comienza en la Coctelería del restaurante, varios aperitivos servidos en diferentes estancias como la bodega, la sacristía o la cocina.     Part of the deal here is the experience from the cocktail bar, through the cellar, past the kitchen and to the table. Something new and different that was much appreciated as it avoided having to sit in the same table for hours and it made the whole dinner very different to what you usually find. Food and wine was fantastic although I must say I had a hard time to finish all courses so better get there without having had a bite for a while.

This was such a great change of pace compared to other Michelin meals and really builds up anticipation for your upcoming meal. The tasting itself is 8 courses (12 if you count the 4 appetizers) and from this point, comes in a trio for all dishes. Each one is a variation on that dish’s theme and it really highlights the creativity and approach that the staff take when prepping these dishes. They manage to accent traditional Spanish cuisine while tweaking it to really make certain attributes pop! I’ve been to various Michelin meals and I can comfortably say that Coque has to definitely be in my top 3! It’s a must visit when in Madrid!
