Rented a road bike here for a cycling trip to the mountains north of Madrid. Bike, service and friendliness were excellent! Second time around, same good service and nice rental bike to go take the cycling path North to the Sierra of Madrid (Soto el Real, Colmenar Viejo ans Hoyo de Manzanares).

Very good attention from Agustin. We rented road bikes, it went very well, they gave us everything we needed and were always very attentive and willing.

This place has changed for the worse, the attention is already painful. I called to reserve a bike like I did many other times. They called after 7 in the afternoon and asked to reserve a bike for the next day, it was confirmed by them, asking for name, surname, telephone number and pick-up time. It was said to pick it up between 7:15 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. and they didn't have any problems. The next day I went and found a person who is not from the bike shop telling me that they left at 7:00 p.m. It's embarrassing, that it sticks to something and they say yes and then you go and find that they leave you stranded. I have not received a call yet with an apology or the same day to report, which they used to do for anything. 1 and no more. What this store was and what it has become.

Professional place to rent a road bike. It was easy to book one of the bikes. The team was patient and open to recommend the best gear.

I needed to rent a speed bike to cycle around Madrid and the service at Rutas Pangea was perfect - service, value for money and location, close to Madrid Rio. This makes it easy to leave the city towards the roads to the South, or also access Anillo Verde to circulate the city on cycle paths.

Friendly & helpful service from all staff & I'm normally a keen cyclist in Australia who has been to many cycling shops. My rental was for a full 24 hours. Gave me a map and genuinely keen to hear of my cycling adventures when I returned the bike. I'd definitely return. The shop's easy access to Madrid Rio is perfect.

Good, friendly service. Was able to rent a carbon road bike, with my choice of Shimano pedals, as well as a helmet. I had only contacted them through the form on the website the previous day. They also provided me with a place to change and get cleaned up. I was also able to leave my bag. Everything worked out well. Thank you.

I was looking for a bike shop to rent a bike un Madrid and this one seemed to be the most appealing. Since I only had 2 hours to spend biking in the city, I went for a city bike which was a real pleasure to ride. The owner shown me some places to go by bike. Best thing is that they offer bike tours in various places which seems really nice! Bottom line, if you think about renting a bike in Madrid, this shop is the one you’re looking for!!

Very nice bicycles! I rent a road bicycle for a week to go to Malaga. They gave me very nice advices to take the best road out of Madrid! I highly recommend this very nice and Profesional store!
