We had a lovely two night stay at Búho House! It’s a B&B that felt really homey, modern, and super clean, and it was quiet but close to everything you need to get to in Valencia. They have rental bikes for you at a very reasonable price as well which was really useful for exploring the city. They also had two kitchens for cooking food, which would have been nice to utilize if we had more time! All in all would highly recommend this spot for the reasonable price, awesome location, and great amenities.

Great place! Big clean room with good AC. Literally historical centre. What you should know before choosing and booking: some rooms are upstairs without elevator (but also ground floor is available!), it's not accessible by car (it is possible to drive there but no parking place, but its possible to unload luggage). Generally great l, friendly place with reasonable prices 😊

Got a room with a friend with a private toilet. The room was air conditioned, had a ceiling fan, fast wifi, tv, and access to the terrace. The beds were comfortable. The shared kitchen is well equiped and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I liked our room. It was clean, neatly decorated and had an AC. The bathroom was great, too. We had access to a shared balcony. That was a good opportunity to have a diner outside. Each level of the house has its own kitchen, so you can cook smaller things. There is no Dishwasher. The place is situated in the innercity of Valencia. The first 3 days we just spend by walking. Everything is in walking distance. After it we used public transport. Busses are close by. We had a small issue while checking in, cause we first got lead to a wrong room. After we unpacked everything the guy came and first asked us to change the room again. After a short talk together we found out that there is also different solutions so we don’t have to pack up again. All in all we have been very happy with our stay.

Our room was confortable, the staff friendly and helpful, in a very quiet área of the old town where you can walk everywhere.

Cute place in very central location, just few steps from city centre. The room was rather small and the walls pretty thin but was good for a short stay.

We had the duplex apartment, which although not too big was fine and slept 4 comfortably, although in the same space. Shortage of towels for four people. They would be better with some self-entry scheme. We had to wait as the receptionist was away picking people up from the airport.

Really awesome quiet location in Valencia. The staff was courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was really nice! We slept here for two nights and they helped us with our bags more than 2 times. Beautiful place and really nice staff as well!

Very good place to stay excellent value. Beautiful room and better location. Parking in Glorieta La Paz less than 3 mins walking.

We enjoyed our stay at Buho house very much.The location was great and the rooms were clean, included everything necessary and everything was well organized.

Room was very clean and the attitude of personel was great. Their hospitality was excellent. Location of hotel was perfect (200 m to touristic places) Thanks for this experience.
