Excelente edifício mas com um ambiente de trabalho péssimo devido ao barulho feito pelas funcionárias que por vezes estão mais preocupadas em discutir qual vai ser o jantar, e o novo namorado das amigas das filhas do que em manter o silêncio e o ambiente normal de uma biblioteca que se quer confortável e silenciosa, coisa que não acontece na biblioteca de Vila Franca de Xira.
