We had an amazing experience here during our whole stay. The bed in the tree is such a great idea and it's really a special experience to sleep there only surrounded by nature's sounds. Bathroom is shared with the actual rooms, which was more than fine for us. The food offered for dinner and breakfast is very special (in the best possible way) since most of it is locally grown, organic, and of course vegetarian. The area is really beautiful, nice beaches are also close and easily reachable within 30 min. The hosts are incredibly friendly and happy to help with recommendations about the area.

We had a great stay here. You get to get very close to nature here (in every sense:) ). We recommend night walks as the sky is full of stars (specially when there is no moon). If you are looking for luxury, then keep looking, as the set-up here is basic. We met some wonderful people and made great friends.

A very nice natural setting, easy walking routes, super landscapes and a nice place to stay - but very basic. It is perfect if you want to be close to nature and still have everything you need (though not luxury). Very good food and wonderful staff, thank you!

In love in this place. I have attended a workshop hosted in the place. I would love to come again to try their cabins. It is a great spot in nature... Isolated with surrounding hiking trails

A wonderful 2 nights stay in this quiet and welcoming realm. I strongly recommend it. Bonus: great hike from the house to a beautiful 360˚ view of the park, and an amazing baked-with-love meal!

Room are great, the pleac is beautiful. 2 things are problematic: breakfast is not good (the person that make it just don't know how to cook i guess) and the staff is not very helpful with explanations about things you can do around.

Great place to be in contact with nature, calm and peaceful. The staff is welcoming and the food is delicious. I spend the day there focusing and enjoying the view in order to have time for myself without the stressful life of the city.

I was surprised not to like this place, a lot of my friends truly enjoyed their time there. I ended up leaving within a few hours without staying overnight as planned. It was the way too cold in the room, the bathroom was freezing cold, the vibe was far from what I expected after seeing the pictures. The panoramic window was facing parking, huge technical barrel and a storage. The guests can't know what will be cooked for the dinner, so if there are some products you dislike/don't feel like having them – you risk ordering it. I wasn't offered any % of the refund/invited to come in warmer season, though I explained why I'm leaving without staying a night. The location is beautiful, and the staff is quite kind, so this stay might be a fine option during dry summer days, you risk sitting in the dark cold room with not appealing view if you go out of season.

I’ve traveled countless times and Biovilla offered us one of the worst customer services I’ve ever seen. The room I had ‘specifically reserved’ after a long conversation directly with Biovilla staff was given to another guest and the room left for us wasn’t ready (at 6:00pm!). When I asked them what we should do since we couldn’t go to this room, a staff member suggested we sat outside and watched the sunset. They gave us the room keys at 9pm! Absolutely no compensation or proper apology was offered. When we finally got to the room, we saw that the drain in the toilet sink was blocked, so we asked them to fix it. The staff implied that I myself had made it clogged and they didn’t take any action. For 3 days we paid for a hotel where the sink couldn’t be used. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, but it was nothing much. One evening they served rice and the side dish was quinoa… and charged 18 euros for that per person. The staff members attitude is poor and they act as if they were doing you a favor. I reserved this hotel through Booking.com so I asked the customer service to help me get some form of compensation or apology and after Booking rep tried contact with Biovilla for 10 days without any response from them, Booking customer service rep gave up and gave me a compensation via Booking.com itself. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Biovilla hotel to anyone. If you want to enjoy Arrábida Park choose another hotel where people are professional and know what they are doing in terms of hospitality.
