I had one very specific question: if I only want to use the gym, and I would like to have a membership that I pay for monthly without any subscription, how much is the price for that service. After 10 minutes I felt even more confused than before, why isn’t is possible to tell your potential costumers what the prices are for your services? Why do I have to drive all the way to the gym and spend time coming there, just to know that the prices for your services might be too high? That doesn’t make any sense. To be fair, she gave me a pricerange between 30-70 euros. Like that would had helped me… If this is your buisness model, it needs to change quickly if you would like foreigners to join your gym. We like transparicy, and we don’t have time to spend 2 hours at a gym just to have information about your prices.

Went to the club to inform about becoming a member. The lady at the reception barely gave information, had to nearly begg for a schedule. She kept saying her colleague would call me within the hour to tell me the prices. (She couldn't give me any price). Waited 5 days, didnt hear anything back from them. Dont know the price, didn't get any information. This was so unprofessional and just a shame not to embrace new clients. Even though they're advertising all over Instagram, they clearly don't have time to sign new clients.

Nobody wants to tell the prices, but for me at least it was €63,50 a month. Good gym with good equipment, but the processes of the gym are a bit cumbersome. They should be more transparant and flexible…

Nice facilities but, like others have said, the management is shady, beware! They won't accept a written cancellation of my membership. When I signed up the manager said I could cancel any time by just sending an email. They are still billing me monthly and telling me I have to come in to cancel. Which I can't do since I am not in the country. Don't recommend!

The gym staff did not allow me to workout specific exercises with no shoes. Makes no sense that I have to do leg raises and pistol squats with shoes.

The free weight section and pool are good but some of the other equipment is really in bad condition, especially things like the assault bikes and the exercise bikes. It’s also a little under equipped and if you need to use things like tension bands for example you have to ask one of the staff for permission to use them. Personally I feel it is overpriced for the quality of the facility.

I love the fitness attendant named Helio. He is always kind and helps me a lot with his advice. He is so approachable and helps everyone. What a great idea Peoples Mafra has to have a floor attendant fitness coach just helping people!
