We had a great experience with Europcar. It was a last minute decision to rent a car and they stepped up to the plate and rent us a very reliable car. The only inconvenience was that we couldn’t connect the gps to the screen.

Absolutely horrible and extremely incompetent service. I booked the car from them twice in advance and they cancelled my booking a few minutes before I was picking up the car. WHY DO YOU LIST THE CAR AVAILABLE IF IT IS NOT!?????????????????????

We've denied car on the basis of not having credit card although we kept on saying try it first and even the man said you'll face the same problem in other car rentals bookings as well. Guess what we booked the car right aways with other car rental with the same card.
