This was the worst 4 star hotel we have ever stayed in. There was only 1 plug socket free in the entire room - if you wanted to use another you would have to unplug the TV or fridge. We stayed for 3 days and by the second day there was no hot water. The floor of the room was stained and the room itself was really outdated. The only positive was that the bed was comfy!

Awesome service! Awesome rooms! We stayed over for Torres Vedras Carnival and it was fantastic. The service is good from the point of booking until we left. Messages were promptly responded to. The reception was welcoming and the staff in charge of breakfast, Raquel, was superb. She made us feel at home! We will be back and booking a room with breakfast is a given. I didn't actually stay in the hotel overnight or even see all of what it has to offer, but lads, when I went in there this morning for the breakfast, I've never gotten a feed for such a cheap price. The food was amazing for such a cheap fee of just €7. The buffet was great with lots of convient options. I'm delighted to have gone there and the staff was incredible with all of their kind and friendly help and attitudes. We'll be going here for the next few days for breakfast instead of our hotel just due to the sheer handiness of the place. Absolutely fantastic

Excellent tourist class hotel. Breakfast spread is super. The staff are really friendly. (I was bowled over when we were greeted with a handshake!) Only down was no power point in bedroom that is accessible to charge batteries of phone and laptop and the bar fridge did not work ... or it “worked exactly as it should” (as front desk staff informed us).

It was not good. There was a very bad smell in the room. I will never choose it again.
