We ordered the chicken burger, but it was more like cat food compressed into a burger like shape on non-fresh bread.. it was so bad we could only eat the over greasy chips and washed it down with beer from a cracked glass 😂 so bad! Believe the other bad reviews this place is terrible... Check the photos.. I don't know what that actually was but it wasn't a chicken burger!! 😂😂🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Oh.. and when we explained, we were not offered anything 😂 in town this restaurant works not survive!

60min wait for a açaí bowl and avocado toast (it was not a busy day), no sorry nothing just a rude response from the waitress when asking about our order after 45min - açaí bowl is tiny and no granola, thinnest layer of avocado on the toast. Definitely not coming back after this experience!

We stood waiting patiently for 10 minutes to be seated (at one of the multiple available tables) as staff members walked past us. After trying to get the attention of a couple of them, we weren’t even acknowledged - so we decided to leave. Not a pleasant customer service experience.

A truly unique place worth visiting both in summer and winter. Located on the beach, in a modern new complex with the expectation of surfers. An excellent and extensive menu, and the food is delicious. I have been here many times and have chosen different things: pastas, salads, steaks, burgers. Everything is at a high level. Really bad food. My pasta came cold and it was so tasteless, someone cooked pasta, put soyasauce on it and left it for 15 min wherever. The burger was horrible as well. The smoothie was watery, didn’t know what I was drinking. I understand that it has the monopol there, but will definitely not come back there. Service is fast at least.

Literally OMG! 45 min to try and get a sandwich. As the other reviews say it’s the only place here so the owners probably don’t care either because they have guaranteed business. Even the smoothies just taste like water. What can you do, I suggest bring your own sandwich! Service is so bad it will test your patience.

We had to wait for almost an hour to be able to order food which took another hour to arrive. Finally a big disappointment. The spaghetti were dry and hard, the burger tasted awfully. The only good thing at 10 a.m. was a coffee to take away and a croissant. Unfortunately the only restaurant in place. Otherwise they would not be able to survive I guess. Better try the restaurants at Foz do Lizandro. They are all good there!

We had the Veggie Burger and the Spaghetti with Tofu. The Burger was among the worst I ever had, Bun was incredibly tough to eat and the Burger was tasteless. My girlfriend had the Spaghetti, which were also tasteless and the portion size was way too small for the price. The drinks were great, especially the smoothie. Do not recommend this place overall though.

Food was unexpectedly excellent for a beach bar. Prices a what you would expect for the location but the setting is nice. If you’re at the beach you won’t feel guilty about coming here for food and drinks between surf sessions.

Terrible service, the staff did not check on you for the first 15 min of being seated (which we waited for over 50min), then the food took ages and was super disappointing. The portions were very small, so we needed to order 2 dishes per person to get somewhat satisfied. The octopus salad had not even fresh herbs which for the price and the tiny portion would be the least thing to expect. The muscle cataplana was tasteless, the shrimps were pretty much only made with butter and the fries were super greasy and tasted like cheap dirty oil. If I would have known that I wouldn't have waited for a table and starved instead.

Great beach bar, with good variety of tasty food options. It has typically a dj playing live music in the afternoon and that’s when it gets busy as everybody wants to enjoy a drink at sunset. Plenty of parking nearby Friendly staff and decent service

I was here in the afternoon, post-lunch rush. Service is very friendly and fast, and the menu has a big selection. The chocolate torte was very good. Main downside was it was kind of dirty inside (unwiped tables and dirty couch cushions, many flies swarming about my food).

If I could have put zero star, I would have done it. This place is a mess and I have never been that badly welcomed in a bar. Waitress and waiters have no politeness and no skills. And you would have to wait for one hour or more just to be seated. We waited for one hour in the line and then we were told we cannot sit. The location of this restaurant is amazing! Great view, super nice vibe. But unfortunately, the service is not very friendly and professional + the food is not really tasty (very beach-bar like). So I would only recommend it for a drink.

Food is pretty mediocre. Beautiful view of course. Good wine selection. For Portugal it’s overpriced, but it’s a tourist, surf spot. So that’s what you should expect. Great for vino at sunset!

When there is a DJ and they are rocking smooth house music it has the perfect beach day drinking vibe. Great to take a break from surfing. When there is no DJ it is good but not outstanding. Prices are high for Portuguese standards.

Enjoyable Sunday evening snack in a friendly welcoming bar/restaurant. Well worth a visit, especially if you are into surfing!

Exellent customer service, genuine intres and patinance of waiers. Good food, GF and vegeterian choices. Cool and confortable deigned space to wprk, chill on ur own wit friends and familly with kids. Best caffe in town so far!

Once in the day time for nice red sangria and loved it so much , that I came here again for the sangria during end of sunset for a great quality time. The red sangria is amazing. During the day lts very busy and service is slow and uncoordinated. During the evening the service was great. The ambience & atmosphere is great. Overall definitely recommend.

Great Location on an amazing little Beach. We had a meal during the day admittedly the staff weren't there to help straight away as it's a busy place during the day but we did get a table and our food was Good. We also went for a meal at night and was pretty late. at first we thought we wouldn't get served but then one of the waiters came over and was very friendly he even helped us with the menu and chose a meal for us both and it was Excellent. I would def recommend this as a place to go. It has a nice vibe and a efficient but laid back approach. Great for Surfers But watch the Shore Break pretty rough.

I came here to have food but I also wanted to buy cigarettes at the machine inside, I was told it doesn’t accept the €10 by a member of staff & that I had to go to the desk outside to get change. So I proceeded to do this. I waited for a good 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I asked for some change so I can go back inside and buy some cigarettes, for some reason the lady at the desk couldn’t fathom why I wanted change. She asked me who has told me of this (it was such a shock for her) I told her it was a colleague of hers she went inside to get him, he came out and told me that they cannot give me change as they don’t have any, I SAW THE TILL IT WAS FULL OF CHANGE. When I then asked what shall I do they told me to go away and get change somewhere else. Definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone & I certainly won’t be coming back. Rude staff.
