    Lots of fruit/vegetables stands, very good quality. Has fish and meat shops too. The bakery has many kinds of bread and sweats, also high quality.

    Well located in the city centre, it has a large variety of fresh fish, vegetables and all kind of grocery shops.

    This is a great market. Fish , meat , veg , fruit. Nice café and great Bifanas. Nice to browse or sit and watch the world. Get there. More active on a weekend needless to say.

    I bought a Portuguese elephant here. Looks like a dog without a particular breed but if some random Ricardo from the market says it's an elephant, well who am I to disagree. Great elephant, just love it!
