Chefs recommended barbeque ribs were awful. Had no flavor and tasted like water, like it had not been marinated at all. Also they came almost cold. Had to wait a long time to get service. Do not recommend this dish. My friend says the tuna was good though.

The food was acceptable, nothing exceptional. The manager/owner needs to take some lessons in customer service. The entire restaurant was staring at her yelling at a customer. Unacceptable. Edit: The restaurant replied to my original comment denying that my experience ever happened. I stand by my statement and there’s no denying that it’s true because there are plenty of other negative comments about the manager. I always try my best to be understanding but the manager was so rude and was even aggressive. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

Awesome restaurant experience with live music in the evenings. Excellent food, with a large variety that caters for everyone. The meat selection is especially good. Great starters and desserts. Service and presentation was excellent. I would recommend making a reservation as it can get very busy. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this place! One of my favorites! The staff are very nice, the prices are very accountable, the offer is beyond amazing and they have a great selection of alcohol beverages too. The environment is very cozy and nice and the food is delicious. I’ve been here before and it never disappoints me! Even if you’re driving all the way from Lisbon I think it’s 100% worth it.

The place had a friendly atmosphere, the food was delicious for a reasonable price and the waiters were all kind. One thing they could change is the menu which could be written also in English.

Probably the best restaurant I've been at. The food is amazing and the atmosphere of the place is quite unique. From pizzas to burgers everything is very delicious. The staff is so polite and nice. I recommend to try the melhor do mundo dessert and the melon sangria.

We eat very regularly at mercado and the food is always good, they have a cool menu that changes frequently. The service and the live music makes the experience complete!

Interesting place due to the theme of the decor, always with different daily bands. As for the food, it could be better and more varied in relation to the price charged.

We loved our Sunday lunch, black pig meat was tender and perfect grilled/cooked. It's is so nice to see all the guests was smiling and the live musician played a little of all gene. Staff was quick and helpful Just a perfect lunch, thank you

Our favorite hangout. The bar tender is a cocktail wizard! We love the vegetarian beyond burger, pizza, and tropical salad. Lots of fun to stay for the evening music!

We had a great time at Saloio. We had a lovely lunch and food was delicious. Staff were very friendly! Evenings can be very crowded so I would recommend going for a lunch instead. I would definitely come back.
