love
Ericeira,
and
I
always
go
back
when
I
can,
therefore
it
was
my
third
time
at
this
hotel.
I
must
say,
however,
that
I
will
not
be
coming
back
to
this
hotel
ever
again.
The
service
at
the
hotel
is
totally
inadequate,
and
they
do
not
care
about
customers.
We
had
originally
booked
a
suite
with
view
for
1
night,
I
called
to
extend
the
stay
and
asked
if
it
was
possible
to
keep
the
same
room,
they
agreed
and
said
the
would
change
the
booking
accordingly.
We
arrived
at
the
hotel,
and
they
told
us
we
needed
to
change
rooms
in
between
our
stay
as
other
reservations
came
in,
and
they
still
had
not
booked
the
extension.
Of
course,
we
asked
if
there
were
other
options,
even
in
different
types
of
rooms,
the
answer
was
no.
After
the
first
night,
we
then
had
to
check
out
from
our
room
and
leave
the
luggages
at
the
reception.
We
asked
if
the
other
room
could
be
ready
by
lunchtime.
Of
course,
that
was
not
possible
either.
At
some
point
in
the
afternoon,
we
are
finally
able
to
check
in
to
the
other
room
that
unfortunately
smells
awful
due
to
plumbing
issues.
We
ask
to
fix
the
issue,
and
no
one
tries
to
help.
In
the
end,
we
asked
to
change
the
room
to
one
that
did
not
smell,
and
we
moved
from
our
suite
to
a
room
on
the
first
floor
with
no
balcony
and
street
view.
Staff
was
overall
unfriendly,
not
flexible,
and
unable
to
fix
any
type
of
issue.
You
can
find
way
better
places
in
Ericeira
and
enjoy
your
time
in
this
magical
little
town.
That's
what
I
will
do
next
time.
