I booked on Expedia, but then after reading the reviews in more detail, discovered there is no AC/aircon in these rooms. Some reviews say the ventilation is poor. I cancelled 15 minutes after booking and was charged 50% even though my reservation is not for another few months. Be careful about it if you really want to book. Also, Norton says their page is flagged for phishing.

Overall a really pretty accommodation. Easy access via pin, no key or card needed. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The view from the balcony is amazing!! However, as we stayed in room number 10, there have been quite a few issues I’d like to mention. First of all, we booked a room on the first floor, I don’t know if we were just unlucky but the room was on the ground floor/the basement (still a terrace though). The view therefore was a little restricted from the wall/bamboo thing in front of the terrace. Second of all, which is the actual reason I’m not giving 5 stars: there was water (hopefully from a shower…) coming out of a pipe/hole right next to our terrace space at around 1-2m height. The water always sprinkled onto our terrace and therefore on us when we were sitting there or onto our towels etc… so gross. Maybe try to install a glass wall or something like that. Overall a great but very simple (no hairdryer etc) accommodation with a great view (except you’re staying in number 10…) :) We would come again but definitely request another room!

Great value and beautiful views! Very affordable for what you get - right on the ocean! Would highly recommend for a visit in Ericeira. Only issue was no fridge and sometimes the towels were stained in some sports. The staff were amazing though and the admin was very responsive and helpful.

The view was amazing. Sleeping with the ocean sounds is chefs kiss. The room was tiny but clean. Please be aware that the towels will be changed just once a week and not every 2-3 days. If you want to have one clean towel, you have to pay 5 Euro ... so bring your own towels and hace a nice stay.

Loved it. Amazing views. Comfy beds and very clean. Didn't expect the room to be cleaned everyday which was great after trips to the beach and getting sand all over the placa

+ Amazing view - one of the best in Ericeira. It was a pure joy to wake up every morning to the sound of the ocean. Despite a shared balcony it was very quiet - guests had been very respectful. I loved the simple but cozy interiors. I haven't met any staff but they sent some helpful tips via whatsapp. Easy but secured access. - It wasn't the greatest value for money. I slept on 2 connected twin beds that kept moving away. No extra amenities (e.g. a hair dryer or an iron).

Great location, clean, beautiful views

Very clean and nice space - lots of space and places to hang out. Host was super helpful too, stay here for sure it’s great! A note to the owners - I would request that a mirror is in each room so means people take less time in the shared bathrooms, plus a few extra storage facilities or table space in the basement room we had.

Some rooms are en suite but the ones we had were 4 rooms sharing a bathroom. All nicely furnished and decorated and cleaned daily. Brilliant views amd sounds of the sea from the room and a lovely shared balcony. No aircon but shutters allow fresh sea air while keeping secure and listening to the sound of the waves

Assume view, super clean, very friendly staff - a "no worry" option!

Loved our stay here! Even though there’s no reception desk, the staff is very responsive on WhatsApp. The check in process was easy and we loved having a code so we didn’t have to worry about losing our keys. The room is very clean and comfortable and even though there was no air conditioning, leaving the doors open and listening to the ocean made for a very peaceful sleep! Great location as well, just a short walk to all the restaurants, etc. Also, beautiful sunsets!!

Great place. Good price. Some rooms are ensuite. Don't think any have air-con...none of the 5 we shared did. But left the door open and listened to the waves. Slept well each night. Never had to queue for the shared, incredibly clean bathroom.
