Is very good hotel for its location inspired on the 20. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is nice they have a tasty menu and I found jam-jelly de membrillo. The parking is free and the hotel is 5 minutes walk fro the apparition church. Really convenient for the candles lights night.

As part of an organized group tour, we stayed here for one night. My mother and I wanted a twin-bed room but the room we got had two attached beds, which we separated and then requested extra bedding. That was a bit annoying. Room was a bit small. Hotel/room was clean and not too busy. Helpful, patient staff with great English. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were good. Location to the large square and its two churches was good: a 10 min walk with lots of souvenir shops along the way. Our stay was short but I'd stay here again.

This was a perfect place for us to stay on our last night in Fatima. We had a early morning bus the next day. We enjoyed the spa very much and the service was fantastic

Good Morning, I would like to thank you for all your sympathy, attention, professionalism and dedication with which you treated my parents. It will undoubtedly be a place that I will recommend to everyone who wants to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. It should be noted that everyone who attended to us was excellent professionals who deserve this recognition with great care in every detail. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

Ticks all the boxes. Could do with better TV sets though. They are old and do not support casting.

We just had an overnight stay in this hotel. The room is clean. The bathroom is clean. It's just a 5 minutes walk to Sanctuary of Fatima.

Staff at front desk (two females) displayed terrible attitude, poor service. Felt very unwelcome here. When asking about tea break as hotels usually provide tea time for a fee I was quickly dismissed. Will not stay here ever and would advise all my friends to stay away. To the hotel management, please do train staff to have a positive and friendly attitude towards guests who chose to set foot at your hotel.

Advertised vs reality 1. Equipped with scales- NO. 2. Minibar- No. Empty fridge that turns on when you activate the room's power 3. Properly equipped - no kettle, glasses, info booklet/folder 4. "Excellent areas" - the entry passage? 5. Double bed(as seen on website) - No! 2 abutted single beds, each with single sheets. The gym was excellent!

This was a mix of bad and weird. The weird part is our mistake as we didn’t know what kind of hotel this was, it’s meant for large (christian) groups. We were just two people and not so religious. On the bad part was that there were several things broken in our room, our balcony was barren, there was basically nothing on it except for a ton of space, SPA was not included and cost €15 extra which doesn’t sound like a lot but compared to what it was it seemed expensive, the room was also huge but lacked lightning and furniture, bathroom was also huge but fitted with standard size tub/shower combo which left more than half of the space completely empty. We tried the gym as well which was ok, but you had to go there with reception staff to open it and there was no water or towels and no toilet either. Our room was not ready when we arrived. No apology and when we asked when it would be ready the lady just said that she didn’t know, it would take several hours but she would call when it was available. She didn’t. When we came back 2-3 hours later it had been ready for a while. If you are a large group and need a lot of space in a relatively newly built hotel then this place could be good value. The place was cheap for us (we booked late and on an offer) so value was also ok but we wouldn’t stay here again.

It is a 4-star hotel. Very good service and walking distance to the Basilica. Not a short walk mind you, but not too long either.

Reasonably priced, upscale hotel. Very comfortable, bordering on luxurious, but eat out. While the food is quite good, it is not so good as to be worth paying two to three times what you would pay just around the corner. And, don’t plan for refreshing swim after a long hot drive - no pool.

right next to the bus terminal, opposite a supermarket, and has a very spacious and beautiful interior! it is catholic themed, and the corridors are adorned with statues of saints. we got the room with the balcony and it was beautiful, although could be cleaner. however, the cleaners removed our bar soap everyday even when we used it only once. the hotel could work on being more eco-friendly. the area to the gym was also closed, and had a sign saying you must contact staff if you would like to enter. breakfast in the hotel includes some cereal, bread, ham, cheese, eggs, bacon and sausages. i would recommend this hotel to all pilgrims!

You are welcomed warmly by the ladies of the reception who do their best to make you at home. A personalised welcome card in your room with local bakery delicacies makes it special. The rooms are modern and large with plenty of space. Fatima is a quiet place and the hotel rooms are well insulated guaranteeing you a good nights rest.

Very clean and fancy for a very reasonable price. Full of interesting decorations. Good location just minutes from the Fatima shrine. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Fatima!

Best customer service especially by the breakfast team. I forgot to ask the name of the man, he was probably one of the oldest in the team but so much enthusiasm and you can tell he loves his job. Only one negative feedback I have is about the way they manage the car park entry and exit. Every single time we had to get out of the car and knock on the reception window to let us in and out, there were no buttons or sensors or anything to get their attention. That was quite irritating experience especially because it was raining the whole weekend.

A very strange hotel boarding on being creepy. Very modern styling with religious statues and artwork. Good breakfast buffet but not amazing. Comfortable beds. Close walk to the only reason to be in Fatima, the basilica.
