The Mexican food is super fresh and delicious. All our dishes were beautifully decorated. It has fun, modern Mexican beach vibe. The staff is super friendly!

Been here twice because it was great the first time. No complaints. Cheap price around 7-10€ for a meal, and good drinks. The staff is very attentive but can be a little slow to get back to you if its busy. It's a nice setting and well themed, they even have matching masks.. But top marks on the quesadillas and volcanoes both veg and carnita. The food can take awhile, even the dessert so don't expect a quick sitting. But the did offer us the dessert for free when it took 25 minutes to arrive.

Great Mexican food in town. Definitely try margaritas.

Can’t say anything bad about this place. Everything I’ve tried has tasted authentic, modern, and delicious! From breakfast, to lunch, to their cocktails. Everything is divine!

Excellent. Totally surprised to find a restaurant in a surf hostel, and one that serves such great food on top of it. And not to stop there, it’s very much authentic Mexican food — in a surfer town at Portugal’s coast. The tacos are great, I tried a few of them while staying in town; and to my surprise the fried calamari are freshly made, packed in a crunchy crust and served with delicious mayo. The guacamole is fresh made, just as it says on the menu. And if you’re lucky just as I was, there’s a DJ playing some cool tunes. Service was great, much enjoyed it.

Great restaurant with super good vibes and tasty Mexican food. Everything was very flavorful and fresh, nicely served. There is also a hostel with a pool, where you can chill after eating, the restaurant also has a lot of great drinks. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and chill service and good tacos. The decoration is also very beachy, trendy but in a nice way.

Great food here, I’ll definitely come back. Everything we had was good. The avocado lime cheesecake was a great surprise.

Very Child friendly. Play area for the little ones. Very good food and drinks. They gave some avocado and tomato for the baby. No diaper changing table.

Good solid Mexican food, decent price and pretty good service, although they have always been busy the times we are there they do their best to make sure everyone orders and receives a drink right away and an appetizer shortly after. Their seating is good and it’s a happy buzz kind of place- with a youthful atmosphere because of the youth hostel and the excellent surf school attached to it at the hotel Salina. I wish I had taken pics . Everything tastes fresh and flavourful. Excellent quack mole and shrimp dishes:)

UAU! Such a delicious experience! There are no enough words for it! We arrived for dinner and as soon as we seated we're immediately welcomed by the Chef with a delicious passion fruit marguerita and Tequila shot... After that it was something all over the moon...all the flavours...the friendly service...UAU! We decided to come back for breakfast today and again... loved it! An experience to repeat soon. Thank you El Chilito for the great food and service. We highly recommend this place!

Great place to eat and lovely staff who run the place! Plenty of amazing Mexican food to choose from! The cools are super talented and the bar staff are really friendly and accommodating! Great location and atmosphere ❤️❤️

Didn’t have half the breakfast menu at 10am when we arrived. Ordered the avo on toast which was a very small portion. There was a big black hair in it too. Waiter didn’t really care! Lovely setting but shame about service and portion size. Waiter promised lunch was better but I’m not sure I’d try it again!

Such a fun experience! The food was amazing, the surroundings lovely and chill and beautiful….a piano and mini swimming pool to boot! Super friendly waiting staff too, we’ll definitely be back :)
