Really good churrasqueira ! You need to take the plat of the house. It’s a meat one. Really good. Cheep beers. A lot of place inside but as a famous place you can wait for a free table during the weekend. Price is affordable also. You can count around 15€ person for 2 beers the plate and one desert. So enough to get full.

This is a meat lovers kind of restaurant. Is a typical rustic Portuguese restaurant. Very simple place. Wooden tables with wooden bench. (No chairs). It is all about the food! It is a very busy place at lunch time. Many people take their lunch break and come here. It is noisy. My advice is to go at a later lunch time like 14h. I love this restaurant. The local area is lovely to take a walk after lunch and digest the food I just ate.

Like meat or the Portuguese codfish? Yes?? Then I don't understand how you could miss this place. Very Portuguese typical place you will be served with a smile and alot of flavour in the plate. In the end you will be surprise by the price that is very low for the quality. I love it.

Shouldn't say this, but my favorite place in Portugal -- their rack of ribs is just PHENOMENAL. Have been coming here for almost 20 years now when they were such a small place. While has been awesome to see them growing, it really sucks to have to wait now.

This is perhaps my favorite restaurant in the world. I make a point to visit every time I'm in town. They have updated the restaurant but kept the experience simple. Meat and redwine!!
