Absolutely avoid at all costs. Hotel was a rip off. We paid all inclusive and when we got there we got an all inclusive card. Fine….. until we had to pay for 90% of drinks as they were not all inclusive. The staff were very rude. Balcony door lodged wide open, hotel said it wasn’t their problem and to get on with it. Couldn’t sleep for the noise. Food was absolutely disgusting. On three separate occasions they put out boiled eggs in the morning which had not touched boiling water. Completely raw. Food variety was very sparse about 5/6 hot plates put on for the whole hotel. Restaurant was too busy for this. Staff only allow one drink at a time so you can queue for 20 mins to get a tiny cup and re join the queue. Service very slow and the bar was often unmanned. To top it it off you constantly have to carry around two cards provided from the hotel so they knew what you had paid for- unlike the usual wrist bands you get. If you forgot your card they wouldn’t provide any service until you went and got it.

DONT COME HERE Really bad hotel, food disgusting only the fries were eatable, bad service, everything ugly and BIG SCAMMERS, took our 100€ deposit and wouldn’t give it back because we made too much sound listening to music at 11 o clock

Great three star hotel. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Nice food it was a bit basic on all-inclusive, but you get what you lay for. It all tasted Nice no complaints. You need to keep your plastic cup or card with you to get a drink which can be a bit annoying. Would definitely go back.

The hotel was miserable, I don’t recommend it at all. The staff can’t speak English and they are little bit rude. We haven’t been welcoming from the beginning. The room was very small and the beds aren’t stable so we didn’t feel comfortable. The view of our rooms was horrible, we couldn’t see the sun. If you want to enjoy ur stay at Lloret de Mar the fantastic city, so you should avoid accommodation in this place.

The hotel is surrounded by shops and supermarkets. There's a busy road that you can hear at night but not very loud with the window closed, mainly a problem if you are a light sleeper. The rooms are austere but average in size and very clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The beds are comfortable and there are extra pillows available. The food is the usual buffet in this range of hotels, mainly international cuisine and always found something to my liking. Did not use the pool or the spa facilities. Overall a nice stay and very good price/quality value.

The hotel staff are very friendly and very good at their jobs! I must admit the food is very basic but when you pay £260 all inclusive for a week you couldn’t ask for anything more. The outside area is great and there are activities etc all day for children and adults if they wish to join in. Each evening there are a range of entertainment some for children and some for adults as well. Overall it is a family friendly hotel and I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay in lloret de mar.

Did see the negative reviews but nothing true was on short holiday with my mother. The room was great, the food great and warm. The staff very friendly. In behalf of myself and my mother thanks for the great stay. Only one improvement the noise level after midnight the young English people where very loud sometimes but for the rest great hotel.

it's clean and tidy. the staff are very friendly. food is what you would expect in a Spanish hotel and you can find something to your taste. the pool areas are OK. some parts are a little bit tired but does not detract to much from the overall standard of the hotel. I would use again.

Do not listen to the bad reviews.... Yes the rooms are a little dated.. but, the beds are comfy and its clean. The food is fresh and plentiful although could do with a different selection as it can get a bit samey... The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and always ready to help... drinks were all included until 11pm.. but the best thing was the entertainment- it was fantastic, all day they were playing games with the children., evening entertainment was also brilliant, Mariam and her team worked so hard EVERYDAY to do fun things, completely made the holiday for us... thank you

Just come back from the hotel from a stay here with my Friend. Firstly the swimming pool is very small and nothing like the pictures! Definitely false advertising, exaggerated photos. That was a little disappointing for us as that's why we chose this hotel. Room very very old dated as stated by others. Not modern at all. Fairly clean at least. The biggest disappointment was the food. Very old stale bread and pastries rock hard seemed as if left for several days and mushy cereals that have been left for god knows how long. Not much variety at all, eggs, sausage and bread , the meat selection wasn't great at all in the breakfast, only ham.no turkey slices or chicken. Fruit was there but didn't try but overall the food was not great at all. Also the dinner from the night before like vegetables such as peas and carrots were served in the breakfast buffet taking up one of the five hot options that there were. I'm writing this to warn others to maybe not go all inclusive and avoid being dissopointing. I met another stag do out in the pool who were also not happy with the food choice. Seems like the passion is lost for the management of this hotel and for three stars i think it has been overated. Also the spa facilities were only available to use from 10am -6pm how convenient when check out time is 10am (sarcasm) and to sunbath by the pool only open from 9am. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Our room smelt damp, was cramped, and four single beds shoved into a tiny space luckily there was only two of us in the room, If I was to use one word to describe our room, it would be gulag. The location is okay, 10min walk to the beach and 20min to Lloret centre, lots of good little bars and restaurants within 5min walk, The staff are friendly and polite. It just needs some investment and refreshing, and then it would be great

It's cheap and cheerful but has a decent little Spa and the staff are fantastic. The bar lady in particular is awesome.

After booking the hotel we was a little taken back by the bad reviews however on arrival to the hotel we was pleasantly surprised. The reception and bar area is actually quite nice, we checked in and was told about the card system which does take abit of time to get your head around but it does make sense. The spa area was lovely, clean and tidy. There was a issue with people walking from the pool to the spa and to the bar with the wet floor but the cleaners were well on the ball with cleaning it. The spa has a sauna, which isnt the hottest but acceptable, a steam room, which gets very hot and a small indoor pool. Its advertised as a indoor pool but its more a jacuzzi sitting pool not a swimming pool. Kids can go in with a adult but expect dirty looks from the olders trying to relax. The food was tasty but not the biggest selection and we had a vegetarian in our party which struggled with food. If you like fish you have a good choice. If not all inclusive it can be alittle expensive, the basic pizza was 18euros for about a 10 inch pizza. We generally was happy with the food even with the little choice. Saturdays are themed night so we expecting a nice display but it turned out it was fish themed and nothing really special. The food was tasty tho. All inclusive has the option between meals for snacks which was mainly burgers, hotdogs, chips. The burgers were great. Kids were regularly having triple cheeseburgers. :) theres not alot of food for kids and doesnt cater for kids at all. The bar area has a coffee machine but its not open till 10am which is extremely frustrating and this should be reviewed. No coffee till 10 is not right. It also serves the best hot chocolate our kids have ever had so they say. 1 button of hot chocolate and one button of hot milk makes the best drink apparently. The rooms are well and truly dated. Brown doors and furniture make it feel so dated. They even had the old school full backed- not flat screen tvs with very limited channels. The beds were cleaned when we needed them cleaned and they are clean apart from the odd stain which other people have mentioned but it never bothered us at all. The showers are perfect, such good pressure and really nice. The elevators were busy and we was on the 6th floor but we walked the stairs easily enough. The lifts are quite small and we was a party of 8. The hotel in general is quite nice, the games room are nice, the entertainment around the pool is fun. If you come out the hotel and turn right theres a well stocked supermarket with good helpful staff. Then further accros is a burgerking, which we had to visit for our vegetarian. The walk to the beach is about 10 mins and there a small market which is really interesting just before the beach front. You carnt miss it and on every day. Turn left out the hotel and navigate the back streets and about 20 mins your in the main town. Everything is stocked here and its such a nice town. The beach is great with alot of activities. Walk over the main road into the back streets and there some amazing sight such as the gothic church. Lovely old school spanish streets. To recap.. Foods great but not suitable for kids or vegetarians. Very outdated but clean and tidy. Easy walk to both beaches. Coffee machines open at 10 even though bar opens at 9am! Spas and pool is great. Even when the sunbeds are reserved theres more up the stairs. We would go back if there wasnt alot of choice but the food for the kids will make us think twice. The tvs in the rooms need changing and more channels. I hope that helps.

We came for 4 days. In that time, our room was reallocated three times because of issues caused by lack of maintenance. In the first instance, the air conditioning control unit was stuck on 30 degrees C, and the button to lower the temperature was simply missing. In the second instance, there was no power to the room. In the third instance, they had made a mistake and double booked the room, so someone else had managed to enter our room. Apart from maintenance, scheduling and clerical errors, most of the rooms are incredibly cramped and have very little room to move. All four rooms we had, contained old boxy televisions with no reception or service at all. The staff at the bar do not seem to know the names of the drinks they sell, making ordering a chore. The spa here is great; it's called "Winds of Asia", very far from the well walked path, and is pretty good to be in. The main swimming pool is deceptively small, by the way. All of the pictures of it are framed close and wide, and it looks much bigger than it actually is. Despite all of the mishaps, errors, and annoyances trying to get drinks, this is still a better experience than we've had in most other H-top hotels, so three stars.

The hotel is reasonable it's clean and spacious plenty of seating. The pool is a little small but they is a jacuzzi, and a sauna to use. The good found ok sometimes get a little busy in the restaurant so timing is everything. The road at front and back are quite busy and this is quite noisy.

What a lovely place once again, the staff are like a little family and nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are nice and clean. The food is nice and varied. We have stayed many times before and prefer it to other tops

The room furniture needs serious updating - mattresses are spongy not comfortable at all; there's no fan or air conditioning in room which would reduce the noise from outside by keeping the door shut during the night. Apart from this above the hotel have scored higher in all areas - cleanliness seems to be their top priority; food- they make a lot of effort in having varieties.

Cleanliness was good. Changed sheets and cleaned every day. Spoilt by a group of 6 young adults who caused mayhem. Banging doors and kicking peoples doors every day and most of the night. Reception wouldn't sort it out and kept saying it wasn't them. I had a face to face confrontation with 2 of them who tried to kick my door in. Screaming all the time. Bar staff very rude. Went out most of the day and evening. Food was basic and samey. Wouldn't stay there again. Staff couldn't careless about their guests

It's ok, but not sure about location if you are a light sleeper. Decor needs a bit updating. TV needs to be in line with the 21st Century as the hotel still have the box type one. Service is above average

Nice Hotel! All was good and staff was friendly. Food was also not bad. But it was first time for us, to see Hotel without hairdryers in rooms. So, two girls in one room without hairdryer, it was interesting😃😃

Nice hotel with wonderful staff. The service was immaculate and the hotel's design was wonderfully done. The food was (sadly) quite simple and they didn't offer as much local dishes as I hoped but it was always fresh and tasted amazing! The location itself was okay with it being but a short walk from a very beautoful beach but it was very loud due to the hotel being directly at the main street. The rooms were very small and offered little but a bed, an old TV and a little bathroom but they were always kept clean and cool. All in all the hotel holds true to its promises and is perfect for anyone who doesn't have the highest standarts. I thank the staff for this wonderful holiday!
