After
booking
the
hotel
we
was
a
little
taken
back
by
the
bad
reviews
however
on
arrival
to
the
hotel
we
was
pleasantly
surprised.
The
reception
and
bar
area
is
actually
quite
nice,
we
checked
in
and
was
told
about
the
card
system
which
does
take
abit
of
time
to
get
your
head
around
but
it
does
make
sense.
The
spa
area
was
lovely,
clean
and
tidy.
There
was
a
issue
with
people
walking
from
the
pool
to
the
spa
and
to
the
bar
with
the
wet
floor
but
the
cleaners
were
well
on
the
ball
with
cleaning
it.
The
spa
has
a
sauna,
which
isnt
the
hottest
but
acceptable,
a
steam
room,
which
gets
very
hot
and
a
small
indoor
pool.
Its
advertised
as
a
indoor
pool
but
its
more
a
jacuzzi
sitting
pool
not
a
swimming
pool.
Kids
can
go
in
with
a
adult
but
expect
dirty
looks
from
the
olders
trying
to
relax.
The
food
was
tasty
but
not
the
biggest
selection
and
we
had
a
vegetarian
in
our
party
which
struggled
with
food.
If
you
like
fish
you
have
a
good
choice.
If
not
all
inclusive
it
can
be
alittle
expensive,
the
basic
pizza
was
18euros
for
about
a
10
inch
pizza.
We
generally
was
happy
with
the
food
even
with
the
little
choice.
Saturdays
are
themed
night
so
we
expecting
a
nice
display
but
it
turned
out
it
was
fish
themed
and
nothing
really
special.
The
food
was
tasty
tho.
All
inclusive
has
the
option
between
meals
for
snacks
which
was
mainly
burgers,
hotdogs,
chips.
The
burgers
were
great.
Kids
were
regularly
having
triple
cheeseburgers.
:)
theres
not
alot
of
food
for
kids
and
doesnt
cater
for
kids
at
all.
The
bar
area
has
a
coffee
machine
but
its
not
open
till
10am
which
is
extremely
frustrating
and
this
should
be
reviewed.
No
coffee
till
10
is
not
right.
It
also
serves
the
best
hot
chocolate
our
kids
have
ever
had
so
they
say.
1
button
of
hot
chocolate
and
one
button
of
hot
milk
makes
the
best
drink
apparently.
The
rooms
are
well
and
truly
dated.
Brown
doors
and
furniture
make
it
feel
so
dated.
They
even
had
the
old
school
full
backed-
not
flat
screen
tvs
with
very
limited
channels.
The
beds
were
cleaned
when
we
needed
them
cleaned
and
they
are
clean
apart
from
the
odd
stain
which
other
people
have
mentioned
but
it
never
bothered
us
at
all.
The
showers
are
perfect,
such
good
pressure
and
really
nice.
The
elevators
were
busy
and
we
was
on
the
6th
floor
but
we
walked
the
stairs
easily
enough.
The
lifts
are
quite
small
and
we
was
a
party
of
8.
The
hotel
in
general
is
quite
nice,
the
games
room
are
nice,
the
entertainment
around
the
pool
is
fun.
If
you
come
out
the
hotel
and
turn
right
theres
a
well
stocked
supermarket
with
good
helpful
staff.
Then
further
accros
is
a
burgerking,
which
we
had
to
visit
for
our
vegetarian.
The
walk
to
the
beach
is
about
10
mins
and
there
a
small
market
which
is
really
interesting
just
before
the
beach
front.
You
carnt
miss
it
and
on
every
day.
Turn
left
out
the
hotel
and
navigate
the
back
streets
and
about
20
mins
your
in
the
main
town.
Everything
is
stocked
here
and
its
such
a
nice
town.
The
beach
is
great
with
alot
of
activities.
Walk
over
the
main
road
into
the
back
streets
and
there
some
amazing
sight
such
as
the
gothic
church.
Lovely
old
school
spanish
streets.
To
recap..
Foods
great
but
not
suitable
for
kids
or
vegetarians.
Very
outdated
but
clean
and
tidy.
Easy
walk
to
both
beaches.
Coffee
machines
open
at
10
even
though
bar
opens
at
9am!
Spas
and
pool
is
great.
Even
when
the
sunbeds
are
reserved
theres
more
up
the
stairs.
We
would
go
back
if
there
wasnt
alot
of
choice
but
the
food
for
the
kids
will
make
us
think
twice.
The
tvs
in
the
rooms
need
changing
and
more
channels.
I
hope
that
helps.
