Very underwhelming. Found a big piece of cartilage in my crab starter, and despite telling staff there was no gesture made. Crab was very soggy, the kind you find in supermarkets. Main course was nice (Dos de Cabillaud ) but overall lacked seasoning, accompaniments were raw (Brussel sprout, cauliflower, celery ) and the pesto sauce lacking oomph. Bread was dry and not fresh, dense and plasticky. The only good thing was the amuse-bouche made of celery emulsion and truffe, the rest was so underwhelming it was a very very poor experience. Will not return.
