    PEDIATRICian DR DESMOULIN VERONIQUE To really flee I should have trusted his reputation which is very critical!! after apologizing 3 times for arriving late and speaking respectfully because madame was wrong c felt like she was gaining wings and spoke to me like shit ** from start to finish my car seat was heavy I got it quickly place on the table and she shouts “Nn but don’t put your seat on the table, that’s not okay or what??? » “Go hurry up, I don’t have time to waste! » and I move on despite everything I kept my calm until she continued with something like "undress your daughter quickly faster than her" at that moment it was one time too many so I told her and make it clear that respect comes from both sides and that she was no one to speak like that!! Ok, I was wrong, I apologized and acted very petty, but no one deserves to be treated like that.

    Always having to physically travel to make an appointment even though I live far away because they never answer the phone!!! It's frustrating and frankly unprofessional!

    Au début tout allait bien jusqu'à ce que la dame à l'accueil me dise qu'elle n'a pas ma carte mutuelle alors que je ne l'ai pas récupéré vu qu'elle ne m'a rien donné !! En gros, elle a perdu ma carte mutuelle et c'est à moi de subir les conséquences ! Elle m'accuse de ne pas lui avoir donné.

    J’ai réservé par Doctolib un RDV pour un médecin généraliste. Une dame m’a appelé avec un ton agressif pour m’informer de l’annulation du RDV, me disant que j’avais cliqué sur une fausse information. J’ai du rappeler pour lui prouver ma bonne foi. Ce n’est pas la première fois que cela m’arrive chez eux. Accueil ZÉRO !

    I've been trying to get someone on the phone for more than 2 hours... it's still incredible, especially for a healthcare establishment! According to the reviews it's nothing new... do something!

    Lamentable 1 hour 20 minutes of waiting because the reception secretary did not do her job correctly. On the other hand, the person who returned the social security cards that day 09/7/2023 at 2 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. would do better to change jobs given his friendliness. On the other hand, 5 stars for the midwife who received me, Ms. Maamar, very professional, a big thank you to her.

    It's been over a month since I've been taken to the secretariat to make an appointment with a dermatologist, and I'm constantly told to call back at the beginning of the week. That's all I do. I wait every quarter of an hour for someone to pick up. Oh! Joy, I'm in queue number 1, and presto!, it cuts off, call back later. So one thing is certain I will not come to this center, although it is urgent for me to consult. But what do you want, dermatologists prefer to inject botox, it makes more money for them. They no longer take on new patients... what do you do when yours retires?

    Si vous prenez rdv par téléphone, prévoyez vous de quoi bouquiner en attendant d’avoir une réponse, un bon roman bien épais pcq c’est pas de suite. Le dr Pilard est très compétent, très gentille et professionnelle. Mais attention, sans prendre en compte l’attente : + d’1h pour chaque rdv :) cependant si vous avez vous le malheur d’arriver 25 min en retard… demi tour. Sans prendre en compte également que Dr Pilard travaille que le Jeudi, alors si vous avez le malheur d’avoir une urgence, un contrôle important ou que sais-je, et bien il aura le temps d’attendre !

    Too bad we can't give 0 stars they say it opens at 9 a.m. you call after 9 a.m. the secretariat doesn't answer we wait a long time for them to respond if you don't want to work leave room for people who want to work for serious people who love the job The secretaries They sleep at 9 a.m. they don't answer calls a lack of respect for the patients we ask if they don't put the telephone receiver on the table and they chat among themselves

    Unacceptable, I have been under the care of a doctor for around fifteen years in this center.. it is clear that the telephone problem has still not been resolved. No one answers whether we call at 9 a.m. or 11 a.m. or 2 p.m. it's the same no one answers I stayed there for 3 hours waiting in vain!!! Unacceptable, it’s a shame!

    I spent a total of an hour on hold on the phone to some nice relaxing music, and it's better to be relaxed, because I didn't have anyone to talk to who could help me...Move forward as a response/solution to numerous calls, making appointments online really reveals contempt for patients. I imagine that once there, the unfortunate people who tried in vain to get a person, will have let go verbally and not in a pleasant way. There is no point in giving me a polite and falsely implied response; given the numerous comments from Internet users, the telephone reception service is dysfunctional, period. It is up to you to do what is necessary by reorganizing/modifying your system.

    Rendez-vous chez le dermatologue à 15h prise à 15h30 ce permet de dire qu on va prendre la personne avant vous et c est moi qui était avant cette personne vite fait pour vous pousser à la sortie avec une ordonnance pour une prise de sang sans plus médecin a déconseiller j était insatisfaite c est dommage ça mérite un 0

    Alors Impossible de venir sans rdv ok je veux bien comprendre mais parcontre quand ont veux prendre un rdv et ont nous dit que c est pas possible ont prend plus de nouveau patient je comprend pas la enfaite c est un centre medical ou ? au final quand ont lis les avis bah les gens ont raison vraiment un sacree delire
