A fuir…. Cela fait depuis presque 2 ans que j’attends un retour ou appel pour à mes séances de starvac. Malgré mes relances j’attends. Dois-je appeler la direct, média part….pour que l’on me rembourse ou l’on me propose une solution. Le sérieux de cet institut n’y est plus. Mais moi je ne ferai pas cadeau de ce que l’on me doit.

A manager who is always absent and bosses who clearly don't care, deplorably..

I went to the Capitole institute in March, I have never seen such fast and shoddy work. I am very disappointed with the service I received. Very disappointed, lack of professionalism and experience. Sloppy work, I had to ask for several touch-ups. But in the end I would have done my eyebrows better alone. I didn't feel like I had gone to the beautician at all...

This salon reconciled me with hair removal! It’s always welcoming and clean, not to mention the beauticians who are always adorable, professional and attentive (and we know that’s rare for cozy people) I recommend with your eyes closed 👌🏽

Very disappointed with this center. I came several times but each time it was impossible to take me because there was always more than an hour or even 2 hours of waiting. Each time made by appointment. The principle of no appointment is no more. Back to your answer... you have the wrong person it would have been 15 minutes I would have waited but it's more than an hour of waiting each time. Hence the concept of no appointment which is not there...
