I wonder what this clinic is for. My mother went to this establishment to recover from a major operation requiring rehabilitation care in order to regain the minimum autonomy required to remain at home. The results are nothing short of distressing and we wonder what the ARS are doing to control how public money is spent and for what therapeutic results. I particularly thank the doctors for their management of communication with the family and the preparation for returning home: nothing.

CLINIC TO FLEE: My mother was hospitalized in this clinic 29 days after a fracture. During her entire stay she had dizziness and nausea and was unable to eat properly. She lost 6 kg and was very weak at when she returned home. The doctor never prescribed any antivertiginous medication or an infusion to feed her for 29 days. He only gave it to her on her return prescription... He had 29 days to treat her: it only got worse. She was in this structure to do rehabilitation, she was not able to do it. since she was sick all the time. Instead of bringing her to Purpan to do an X-ray, he could have had her urgently taken to see a gastroenterologist and an ENT specialist; no point passing it on to patients: 1/2 hour to go to the WC and 3/4 wait to get out if not more. The toilets were often cleaned very late in the morning. Some caregivers are not made for this job: no kindness. Once very ill she called them 4 times she was reprimanded and cried, the one on January 13 even yelled at my 83 year old mother who couldn't walk for not being ready for the ambulance when she couldn't not get dressed and therefore pack your bag to leave alone! That day she returned home: she had not been washed for 2 days!! This is downright abuse! The food was terrible, even the nurses agreed: only one week during the Christmas holidays when the meals were good: it must have been the cook's week off!.. Only physiotherapists were competent. Mr. or Mrs. Director of this clinic, given the other opinions you have had, perhaps it is time to question yourself and not hide behind your ready-made answers..Think about the patients.

Years ago I did an internship in this clinic. And I was very impressed by their professionalism and humanity! If you have to go to a clinic, really go there with your eyes closed! It's rare to have such pleasant staff! I was able to do other internships in other clinics and frankly it wasn't the same! Here and Rangueil it’s really great 👌🏻

I recommend Follow-up of my father in rehabilitation at the top! Really supportive welcome and administration! The patient feels accompanied even on journeys... they make him want to move forward!

My mother was taken care of as soon as she was hospitalized in the medical department and then in the SSR. She was back on her feet in 5 days, even though she arrived very tired, malnourished, barely walking and prone to falls. She regained her tone, her appetite and her legs. All the staff took great care of her and were extremely kind and professional. Thank you to the teams of these two services.

My father stayed for 2 months following a fall (also treatment for leukemia which greatly weakened him). A first appointment to take stock of his health and no one talks to me about guardianship and nursing home. For 2 months it was just calls to find out if I had sent requests and visited establishments, harassment. July and August are a very good time to get answers, some establishments have never responded and others have no space. Council of the SSR it is necessary to broaden the requests. In August my father was vaccinated against covid, he had regained his composure strangely to give his consent but he caught it, put in solitary confinement for 15 days Damn he must stay in the SSR. Visit possible again and when he arrived he was still in solitary confinement. Very difficult for the family, difficult to see the doctor during visits. My father really never recovered but the SSR couldn't keep him so back home on August 30 then on the 29th, he had to leave, move forward a day and....no prescription for medical equipment : medical bed... Nothingness, no support, in the end he should have benefited from palliative care, he suffered a lot, he died on September 15, 2022. Sad end of life for my father and my resentment does not go away in the face of the treatment he received.

A big thank you to the entire palliative care team who accompanied, with dignity and compassion, my grandmother's departure. The clinic is modern and very well maintained, the staff is trained for these difficult times, educational and attentive to families.

The TATINIAN family would absolutely like to thank all the staff at the Clinique des Minimes for their kindness and dedication. Dad returned to the clinic on Friday, October 27. He died the following Friday, but during these 8 days he was well surrounded and for us his family was very well listened to and guided. Thank you for your gentleness and kindness.

I spent 3 weeks in rehabilitation after spine surgery. My doctor and one of the caregivers Pauline took good care of me. However, the service in general seemed deficient to me in relation to the costs of the services. The technical platform appeared to be understaffed.
