Rien à reprocher au Clubmed concernant la réservation , les propositions de séjour et les tarifs qui peuvent , comme toute agence , être intéressants à certaines périodes et sur certains clubs . Par contre , il est quasi impossible d’avoir quelqu’un au téléphone quand on appelle . Il fait attendre longtemps , parfois on tombe sur une autre agence , parfois il faut signaler son appel pour qu’un conseiller vous rappelle . C’est le côté désagréable Quant au rapport qualité prix , nous n’avons jamais été déçus par les prestations proposées même si certaines destinations sont parfois très chères .

Je remercie sincèrement Patrice de s'être occupé de mon problème qui durait depuis 2 ans . Le sujet a été réglé en l'espace de 2 semaines . Vous pouvez être certains de me revoir dans vos villages . Merci Patrice un service client des plus catastrophiques . On m'indique quelques mois de traitement pour un litige ayant eu lieu en juin 2019 et aujourd'hui toujours aucun retour . Le club med est simplement une machine à fric . Réfléchissez bien avant de vous engager avec cette entreprise malhonnête

Niveau administratif incompétent incapable de faire leur travail correctement, pour un changement de nom sur les billets d'avion ils ont pas chercher il voulais nous faire facturer 133€ en supp alors qu'en appelant nous même la compagnie aérienne cela était gratuit.. mais bon ce n'est pas à nous de faire cela mais bien à eux.. Bref... J'espère au moins que nous serons pas déçu du voyage .

We booked a second trip with this agency, nothing to say about the services however when we have to reimburse you for a service they offered you, they are not honest about sending the check, it will be 1 and a half months that we are waiting for. On the other hand, when it comes to cashing our checks, there is no delay on their part.

Toulouse. A quality welcome for our first trip. We are reassured by the quality of the support for our future trip. A stay at the club med was my dream. No honeymoon possible, I'm counting a lot on our trip as happy retirees. 😉

We are not satisfied with the Toulouse agency. We chose to use the agency for our honeymoon. Determined to go and discover Mexico, the person who received us showed us the photos to which we have access via the website... Then the person felt that a honeymoon would be more relevant to the Maldives. 3 quotes were sent to us during the day but only for the Maldives 😂 we then say to ourselves that it is a hidden camera and call back to get our quote for Mexico. We obtain our quote which we validate with a honeymoon service… (without explanations until the day) Thank you to the Club Med of Cancun you have been great REALLY we will continue the Club Med. We have spoken with other French people who have very good experiences in other agencies in France so we will contact them.
