    À fuir ! Personnel désagréable et pressé de fermer pour finir la journée. Arrivés au magasin après une grosse journée de travail et dans le but d’acheter pour plus de 2500€, les vendeuses n’ont pas voulu nous faire essayer le siège-auto que nous voulions car il était soit disant trop tard (18h45) alors que le magasin ferme à 19h. Je tiens à préciser que nous étions dans le magasin depuis 18h15. Je rejoins totalement les avis négatifs !

    Bad experience during a “store pickup” purchase. The color of the item given to my companion is not the one I ordered (dark green bed set instead of "biscuit" brown). Bottom line, 2 round trips necessary to obtain the desired item. To err is human, the commercial gesture could be too.

    Commande pendant les soldes. Une fois validée et payée, elle devait arriver 2 jours plus tard. Je reçois ensuite des mails pour m'informer d'un retard d'une semaine sur ma commande. Puis d'autres mails avec des articles annulés. Autre mail m'informant que les articles seront livrés dans différents points relais à différents jours d'intervalle. Enceinte de 9 mois avec cette chaleur je n'ai pas que ça à faire que de parcourir tout le département. Appel au magasin, la vendeuse est froide et me dit ne rien pouvoir faire me fait patienter et raccroche le téléphone.

    First of all, know that I never leave negative reviews on the internet because I find it small. But here I am obliged to intervene for the good of future parents who would be tempted to make their birth list in this store. Please don't make this mistake! First of all the staff is incompetent, the phrase you will hear most often "I don't know, I'll ask my colleague" The director is haughty: she literally took us for nothing more than once! Among the many twists and turns: we are told that the cozy that was ordered and paid for is no longer available... except that it was indeed available but they preferred to sell it to another customer under our noses and we suggest an older one (and yes when you forget to hang up...) They also took the liberty of setting up our chiffonier and putting it on display because "ah well you didn't come to get it".. yes finally it was sorted and forgive us for having an infant at home and not having come under two weeks. The least you could have done would have been to call us to let us know so that we can organize to come and collect it, right? And what about the 3-4 other items sold to other customers for the same reasons? Flee this store because you will have no excuses, no compensation or compassion: you will just be taken for nothing!

    Je suis venue en magasin pour une pousette repérée sur le site. La poussette n étant pas disponible en magasin, j ai été accueillie et conseillée par Morgane. Une super expérience, je me suis presque sentie avec une amie. C'est à dire bon et vrai conseils, un grand sourire et sympathie, pas de sensation de vouloir vendre à tout prix, mon avis respectée et surtout une patience à toute épreuve, avec bon sens de l'humour, surtout avec le nôtre parfois incompris😅. J ai fait plier/deplier, tester avec mon bébé, essayer dans le magasin, comparer, tergiverser... Morgan a toujours eu le sourire, n a pas perdu patience avec la cliente pénible que j étais. Ses collègues en caisse ou au detour une allée on également étaient très professionnelles.un grand merci, reste plus qu à attendre la poussette. Merci

    En tant que futurs parents, on s'est aventuré pour la 1ere fois dans un magasin de puericulture en s'imaginant que quelqu'un allait s'occuper de nous, car nous étions perdus quant à la recherche d'une poussette. Aucun client à part nous, 4 "vendeuses" qui ont bien repéré notre présence mais qui ne nous ont même pas décroché un bonjour. On a quand même attendu une quinzaine de minutes, mais visiblement elles n'étaient pas motivées. Donc on est reparti bredouille.

    Une marque a fuir absolument, cela fait 3 mois que j'ai passé commande. Après plus d'un mois de galère pour obtenir mon colis. J'ai demandé un remboursement mais toujours rien à ce jour ! Service client totalement absent, injoignable au téléphone, aucune excuse, remboursement non traité, perte de temps et d'argent avec les déplacements à répétition auprès du point relais. (Par contre je nuance mon propos en précisant que le personnel en magasin a fait ce qu'il a pu pour nous aider) C'est la vente en e-commerce qui est déplorable, ne vous risquez pas !

    After-sales service on a Cybex Talos S Lux since April 2023!! The after-sales service request was made to the Portet sur Garonne store, at that time my stroller was still under warranty with a week remaining but I was on time!! I traveled several times it was in progress and the store closed the person assured me that they would forward my file to you. However, I called you for the first time, I was asked for photos by email, so I sent the photos. Still nothing, I call back and they send me off saying that my stroller is no longer guaranteed!!! Obviously this has been going on for months!!! I called back 1 month ago the person in charge of my file was busy and had to call me back right after. I'M STILL WAITING !!! The work was not done but that was not my problem when I made my request my stroller was well guaranteed. So I would like to have a decent person online who speaks to me correctly and not like I'm disturbing because this has been going on for 9 months I think I've been patient!!!!! Best regards

    Really very disappointed, go elsewhere! For the birth of my daughter we bought a NEW stroller in this store. After 3 weeks of use the stroller broke in the street with my infant in it! I took it back to the store and asked that they take it back to change the stroller and model, I really wasn't reassured with this stroller! impossible, I was only entitled to one repair, I had to wait more than a month and struggle to have a stroller loaned during this time. I can't tell you how reassured I am after the stroller broke to continue using it with my baby in it! Not to mention the way we were treated, implying that it was in our interest to do maintenance (as if we were at fault) after three weeks a stroller broke with a newborn in it! It's a shame ! And a brand like this that doesn't even offer an exchange or a credit! Given the amount we paid for a new brand and quality stroller, I find it shameful to have follow-up like this! And Aubert the large childcare store, really bad publicity, too bad for them. In any case with a service like that, never again.

    1st order lost, no response from customer service. After a year of follow-up (emails, calls), a new gift card was sent by mail. 2nd order (with the gift card made in December 2023) still not received, no package tracking available, no return from customer service. Scam or incompetence?

    A fuir ! Plusieurs vendeuses disponibles pas une n’est venue nous voir pour nous renseigner alors que certaines ricanaient à la caisse. Conseils superflus, prix affichés incorrects, et vendeuses pas très sures des informations communiquées. Je ne recommande pas ce magasin.

    J'ai commandé sur Internet une tasse pour bébé à 10,90€ avec retrait en magasin en 2h. Avant de faire le trajet, ma femme appelle le magasin pour connaître la marche à suivre pour récupérer la commande. Au téléphone on lui dit que le numéro de commande et le nom de famille suffit. Une fois sur place une autre personne refuse de me donner la fameuse tasse à cause du "protocole". Sans le code de retrait à 4 chiffres le précieux sésame m'est refusé. Sait on jamais qu'une personne mal intentionnée se ferait passer pour moi afin de récupérer une tasse en plastique qui apparemment nécessite la sécurité d'un gardien de prison. Bref, tout ça pour dire que les clients n'ont pas à subir le manque de communication évident entre les employés du magasin, et le manque de discernement de vendeuses pas aimables, pas compétentes et pas professionnelles. Le droit à l'erreur existe, encore faut il le reconnaître au lieu de mépriser ses clients.

    Personnel désagréable et ne connaissant pas leurs produits à chaque question la vendeuse à dû se renseigner auprès de ces collégues. Répondre à une question : "non c'est comme ça" n'est pas une justification, même si la question peut paraitre stupide. A fuir, je ne recommande pas du tout

    Unpleasant and rude staff, especially the one I think is the manager, who always parks in a random way with her white mini. In addition, the products are horribly expensive for poor quality. Store and group to avoid! Response to your answer: The manager of Aubert therefore admits to voluntarily blocking people who park with the assumed aim of annoying them (who for some are her customers... even if there are few of them in this shabby store... ), because she believes that the parking lot belongs to her (even though it is shared with Picard, and others). Great mentality and which confirms what I wrote above.
