NOT TRUSTWORTHY One of the worst customer experience ever. I had booked a room, with a receipt, paid and reserved. On reaching there in the late afternoon, I was told that there were no rooms left. Upon insisting, the guy again checked in the system and told me he saw "something" but could not give me any room. I was there two weeks back with the Rugby world up ongoing, there were absolutely no hotels available. I spent half my night looking for a place to stay and was left with a huge taxi bill as well. CANNOT BE TRUSTED

The rooms itself may seem quite small, however it does house two people still quite nicely. One of the newish hotels it has a hipster kind of feel to it. Services is nice and friendly, accommodating if you need anything. There is a gym under the hotel but it isn't part of it. The tram is literally just outside the hotel. Location for this hotel is a gem.

Room is very clean. Loved the blackout window, we slept well. Outside sitting was nice. Super friendly and helpful staff too. We had problem to register our prepaid sim card. They helped us set it up on the phone saved us a trip to the phone shop. We're truly appreciated!! Thank you guys again !

There was no wardrobe nor TV in the room, but pricwise this is acceptable. Location is also acceptable, not too far from the centre. Breakfast is also acceptable for quality and price What we found not acceptable is that in the room there was no hair dryer. We asked at the reception and they told us to come back later so they would give us one. When the moment arrived, they told us that they run out of hair dryer and that we had to wait the following day ( it was December with 0 degrees outside ). Following morning they had only 1 hair dryer available . We had to share with other residents because they could not get it..

Stayed for two nights and I never had hot water to shower, apparently they were out of hot water for more than a week. The area is nice but far from the center, at least is well connected. The staff is super friendly and they were really sorry for the inconveniences.

Modern, trendy, simple motel with private bathrooms in each room. Great prices, great rooms, great location, great lobby for hanging out and/or meeting. Can be a little noisy if the nearby plaza is hosting an event. I use this hotel regularly for guests visiting from the US for a week's stay. The reception staff are excellent hosts, always kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel highly!

This is a good place if you just need to crash before you get where you are actually going. The rooms are Spartan, like little prison cells. There is almost nothing in the room. This so-called "new concept" is awful. We wanted to get out as quickly as possible. There is no good atmosphere in the neighborhood. We had to look for two hours to find a place to eat. The people at the hotel are okay, and the bar area is good, but everything else is bad, though they offer you free parking. To get to that parking was an ordeal in itself, though. In other words: avoid this hotel, unless you just need to sleep in between trips. You won't sleep well, because of the mediocre bed and quite some noise coming in from the outside square. On paper it DID look so good, but in reality it's disappointing ☹️

My new home away from home. The staff are all amazing, very friendly, and very helpful. Some of the staff speak English but it always helps to know some French. The food was tasty. The meat fell off the bone when I ordered the rib. They have tasty cocktails, wine, and beer (both bottle and tap). The rooms were clean and comfortable. My bed was so comfortable I slept in every morning. Clean bathrooms and showers, all while being located right outside of the tram. I will be staying at the Eklo for now on when I come to Toulouse and plan on trying this hotel chain in other cities.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip in the month of February. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and very affordable and extremely private. It’s a little far from the city downtown but it you like a quiet time, it’s perfect. They had a vintage market with a lot of designer brands on a Sunday. If you are a fashion junkie then you’d love this area. They have good coffee and good food scene in the neighbourhood. I loved the quietness and sense of the privacy that came with it. I’d probably stay there again if I’m visiting Toulouse.

Dorm/hostel room stay: good quality beds, with privacy curtains, large lockers (padlock required), charging ports, etc. Shower was clean and worked well, everything was pretty well designed. Friendly and efficient staff. Social: it's mostly a hotel and restaurant, so it's not really a 'traditional' hostel. Don't book for a week expecting to meet other travellers - it's a good location and it's cheap, and great for a couple of layover days. Location: in a regeneration district (I assume), with lots of expensive, vaguely soulless, but perfectly decent food options. Nothing to really complain about - it's a hyper-modern development, with all that that means. Direct connection to a tram, then metro to the centre (takes max 15 minutes + €1.80). I had a late morning train and was able to get into town and explore the lovely historic centre for a couple of hours no stress.

Good location, comfy beds and good curtains in the dorms to block out lights. Also the hotel/hostel was very modern and stylish. The only downside was a single toilet to 6 people in the dorm.

I stayed in a 6 bed female dormitory and really liked it. Staff was nice and spoke english. Room was big enough for 6 people, you could store your luggage in boxes and towels were free. It’s just around 10-15 min from the airport by tram and it stops in front of the hostel which was very convenient - but it’s around 30 min walking to the city centre.

Nice lobby. The room was super tiny, the bed 140cm wide, the window super small, bedside tables so tiny that even my phone did not fit in. No Aircon or any ventilation, so when we only took shower the room was extremely humid.

Clean, near the airport, convenient to get to the main town. The room is small and has this amazing window that completely darkens the room! The shower could really use a place to put your toiletries/shampoos so it doesn't have to be on the floor while you shower. Also they don't clean your room daily. Awesome lobby. Friendly English speaking staff.

The room is very basic (comparable to ibis budget) and there is unfortunately no way to heat or cool the space. It's a bit odd that people can look into your room if you don't close the window blinds. However, the space was clean and staff was friendly. Location is also good as it is strategically located between old town and airport.

Out of the way of the city centre but very good transport links (10 mins on tram then 1-3 stops on metro). Room was nice and clean and actually pleasant. My advice to fellow backpackers is that this is a hotel with a few dorms rather than a hostel so do not expect to find common rooms or social areas here; just the hotel restaurant.

It has the minimum to spend the night over a few days, BUT the rooms are really small, and the walls are painted in dark red or black, which add a feeling of being even smaller and depressing. They are very clean, though. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food was good. At least the breakfast was very good. Also, it's relatively close to the downtown.

Everything is great, except there was a cleaner try to get in my private room in the morning, and thank goodness, I wasn't naked, otherwise I can't imagine.

Very clean and tidy room. Has everything you need for a short stay. Not too far from the centre of Toulouse by public transport.

I love the new and fresh concept of the hotel. Super food in the restaurant. I thank Arturo at reception for all the advice he gave us to walk carefully in the city, his attitude of service and his smile. Thank you all so much for the service overall! Highly recommended

I loved my stay at the Eklo hotel in Toulouse. The people who work here are adorable and very attentive. Especially Hedi and Love, both are very nice and hardworking. With people like that, it makes you want to come back to this hotel.❤❤❤

Liked · Incredible stay at Eklo Toulouse! Everything is modern, eco-crafted, and hip. Loved that there was a work area, Inside/outside seating, and super kind and helpful staff. Also, the Best croissants I've had in France! The train was effortlessly accessible as its right in front of the hotel. Great because I came in/out late and there was someone always willing to help. Also the staff speaks English, French, and Spanish!!! So great as an English speaker. Overall 10/10 would stay again Disliked · The stay was quite pricey but I can understand. You totally get what you pay for though! The room would be tight for 2 people, but it depends on how much stuff you travel with. I thought it was luxurious for just me.

Modern place to stay in a newly built area with plenty of choice of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, public transport, the hotel had a Sunday indoor vintage and handmade sale, outside was a fresh fruit and food market. Nearby is a launderette and lots of other places to eat and drink in. My room was comfy and safe with a decent terrace/balcony. Great hotel, friendly staff and nice coffee.

The hotel staff was very helpful when checking in, and the room was clean and well-furnished. We were attending a concert at the Zenith stadium, and the hotel was a perfect location to stay and walk back at night. The area was also friendly and had a lot of good food options surrounding it. Transportation was also easy since a tram and bus station was directly in front of the property.

👍👍 This restaurant is wven better than what our acquaintances had told us. The waiting queue lasted for about 30 minutes. I would really recommend to go there at 9PM (21:00h). At that time the first shift of people have finished their dinners and you will not have to wait any time whatsoever. The meat...
