This boutique hotel is really charming, well managed and well appointed. We also found the staff very warm, friendly & helpful. It is far removed from a standard chain hotel with lots of personality and eclectic decor. Yet it retains a cool elegance too. Hard to describe! Breakfast is well worth the money in our opinion. There’s a significant range of things to eat and what is offered is of great quality. The tea is always a good gauge of how much a hotel spends on food & drinks and at the Soclo they are not skimping. You can be in the main square in Toulouse within around 5 minutes, on the riverside in 5 minutes and the excellent underground parking (that the hotel has an arrangement with), is just a 7 or 8 minute walk. Highly recommended and wonderful at what it does!

My family spent 3 days in a relaxed, informal & professional cocoon... Aesthetically beautiful with wonderful service. Fire-side relaxation, sumptuous breakfast, edgy cocktails.... everywhere our heads turned there were curiosities... as this was a winter say we stayed predominantly fire-side, but I've also had the pleasure of relaxing with seasonal meals in the bijoux garden. The helpfulness, flexibility & friendliness of the team were a treat even to the point of making it easy and reassuring, when my car wouldn't start the next morning. Beyond a warm-welcome for this Toulousian gem!!

We stayed here for one night. Overall, I would 100% recommend this super charming and cozy hotel. Unfortunately, it didn’t start out so great, as we arrived in Toulouse a little later in the night with two small children. There were constructions happening on the same street that the hotel is on, so the streets to get to the hotel were all blocked off and the GPS did not provide an alternate route, so we ended up finding whatever available parking spot that we could find that night. Fortunately, the hotel staff (Sam) did what he could the next morning to make the situation right for us and we are so glad that we decided to stay here. The hotel common area and our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, & felt new. The room felt so cozy and homey. I LOVE LOVE the L’Occitane body/hair care products that they had available in our room and it wasn’t just one or two bottles either, the entire bathroom was wrapped in that brand, which I appreciated very much. I also appreciated the super clean bathroom. It was spotless, one of the cleanest I’ve been in. The bed & bedding were so comfortable. We slept well in it. The breakfast/brunch buffet spread was beautifully put together with so many delicious options to select from. We enjoyed our food outside in the beautiful courtyard, which was very unexpected. The location of this hotel is perfect. We were able to walk around the city and enjoyed everything Toulouse had to offer without having to drive or take public transportation.

Beautiful boutique hotel. I’ve stayed in Toulouse quite a lot and this is head and shoulders above all the other hotels in the city. Food is great, the setting is fantastic, rooms are wonderfully designed and the staff are just so friendly and go above and beyond. One of the most unique and wonderful hotels I’ve stayed in.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Toulouse. Very welcoming staff even at 11.30pm. Our luxurious room overlooked the lovely garden with pool area and was very tranquil. The whole experience was fantastic and we’d definitely stay again.

Just a wonderful stay. The room was chic, comfortable and airy, the staff and service excellent. The building itself is a wonderfully relaxing space and a short walk from the sights of Toulouse. We will be making a reason to come back to the city, just so we can stay here again..!

This is a lovely hotel in a great location with super friendly staff! The room and facilities were very stylish and comfortable. The staff in particular Laura and Adrian were very pleasant and helpful! Laura was even prepared to drive us to the train station as our taxi was very late and we were at risk of missing our train, what was very nice that they Laura called to check to see did we get our train on time once the taxi showed up. Will definitely come back and highly recommend Hotel Soclo!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! They only have about 16 rooms and the entire place is brand new since the hotel has only been around for a little over a year. The bed was easily one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in and everyone on staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. It felt like we were staying in someone's home but with all the perks of a boutique hotel. The location is super central and the downstairs restaurant / bar are both cozy and stylish. Apparently, the owner also has two properties on the coast, which I can't wait to visit next. All around amazing experience!

Refined hospitality - the hotel has been beautifully designed and boast premium furnitures. The breakfast buffet is to die for. Amazing experience.

What a wonderful stay! Lovely room, fun beverage menu, and relaxing setting. What makes this place great though is the small touches, particularly the kind staff including those working hard to make sure our room was perfect everyday and the friendly bartenders. The selection of L’Occitane products is also a nice touch. The backyard with the relaxing beds by the pool (which is the ideal temperature) is tranquil and delightful after walking around the city. Can’t wait to go back!

Truely one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed, the location is perfect and the breakfast is wonderful. Only piece of advice is its located in the older, semi pedestrianised part of the city so if you're driving I'd park up first and walk over.

Our first trip to Toulouse was magnificent, much due to the exceptional stay at Hotel Soclo. The room was exactly as depicted in the pictures, and the staff were welcoming, always accessible, and very helpful. We received exceptional service from the front desk, the excellent restaurant and bar staff (amazing cocktails by the way!), to the discreet yet helpful house service team. Their brunch has something to offer for everyone, and their tea time is a perfect time to recharge and enjoy a sweet treat. My husband and I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we return later this year.

Very pretty and comfortable hotel. Room was comfortable with a good bed, excellent shower. Would recommend for a couple especially - not for children No gym and pool is only open from May to September (not 100% sure on September, might be later in year)

A truly wonderful place, room was so comfortable and quiet. Gardens and pool an amazing oasis of calm. But what sets this hotel apart was the incredible staff who are so helpful. A million miles away from the soulless corporate approach of some hotels. Highly recommend!

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
