A wonderful lunch! The flavors were delicate but very well balanced. The chef is creative but not heavy handed. Service was lovely and efficient. The ambience is cozy and relaxing. Standouts we’re the octopus and the cauliflower/lentil dishes.

An excellent restaurant offering high quality food and good service in a stylish atmosphere. Each dish is presented beautifully. A limited but good wine list which includes Bio (organic) wines. This is a small restaurant (30 or so places) so it is recommended to book ahead.

Nice place for fusion food and drinks! Went there for my birthday and they were so thoughtful and fun cos they got a magic relighting candle for my dessert. Lol Food was good, place was cozy and good service. Do make early reservations but it’s worth it!

Excellent service, the freshest ingredients, and a little surprise in each dish. It's a very intimate dining room and one of the chefs comes out to greet each table after their meal. Definitely worth a visit when you're in town.

There is very little I can add to most of the reviews already here, but I'm going to try anyway. Each course was supremely balanced in flavor. I had the vegetarian main course and it, too, was well balanced and was clearly thought out to be a main and not just a accompaniment masquerading as a main. We highly recommend.

Only one server for a full restaurant (23 couverts) that is not the best ratio. Had to wait 20 minutes before I received something to drink after being seated. Food ok, nothing spectacular but more than acceptable. Music was an odd choice: 80s disco, normally I am a big fan of Sister Sledge but here a bit out of place, luckily not too loud.

A little charming gem hidden amidst the blocks of ancient buildings in the city. Reservations required. Dining area is small, oozes warmth and coziness. The wine menu has a good variation prices reasonable. We opted for a light red to go with the food we picked up. Service was prompt and very friendly. The food was heavenly! Will definitely return!

If what I read and my memory serves me right..It seems they’re a couple and both chefs who opened their own place, and I respect that. It’s like this is their baby. My theory is right because Nicolas, one of the owners came to every table making sure everything was okay. My first word were, « We didn’t get the pork! ». We picked the 7 plate course, which is « omakase » they choose which mains you get since there were 3 and we only get 2. Basically, when you get there and you see specific things you like in the menu, go for the 3 plate or 4 course because you can choose. They will explain it when you order, and we listened but just hoped for the best I guess. I chose the Diner Dégustation because I wanted to do the taste sampling of their dishes but didn’t go all the way to Super Dégustation which is like 9 plates I think because I just couldn’t simply eat that much. So the interior is great, they exposed the original bricks of the building and put industrial decor. They have an outdoor patio next to the kitchen, not very appealing to me, but if you are like boho chic then you wouldn’t mind to be seated there. For the taste, it is indeed yummy..Exceptional in fact, for the regular eater, or non-foodie. For me, honestly, very good but not especially memorable or mind-blowing. I have eaten in many Michelin rated restaurants and as greatly rated restaurants go..this is a strong 3.5 for me. The plates are not very elevated as I expected, it could bring more tastes in the dishes. It’s like the plates you know you can make at home but they elevated it but not something I’d wait to book for weeks before I can come. As the reservations here for dinner is pretty challenging. Overall, it’s a high recommend for lunch. As they always seem to have table for midi. :)

Small restaurant on a small street, but extremely nice treatment of customers and the food was lovely! Especially the tuna and the beef, just spectacular. Also very affordable. Would greatly recommend to anyone!

Very good quality of food and the price is fine as well. We had 3 course with a nice bottle of wine, we spent 102 euro in total. This is a very decent price of Michelin 1 star restaurant 😊

So, it is a classic French restaurant, with a chef experienced working at Michelin star restaurant and you can see that quality of work in the cooking, flavor and presentation of the day. The price is reasonable for the quality of food, ambience and the experience it provides.

If you want to taste a passionate, inspired and tasteful cooking, then you should go there. It was delicious and the staff is careful.

Very lovely restaurant with an intimate atmosphere and very kind servers, the food was reasonably priced and the dishes were an experience, they had some audacious and unexpected flavour and texture combinations, I was very pleasantly surprised. I will probably return again in the future, I have nothing but kind words to say about the experience.

Reserved here with my boyfriend and was so happy with our experience. The service is very kind and attentive and the chef personally came out to ask us about the meal. We choose the 3 temps menu and we enjoyed each plate, what I liked the most was the balance of flavours, super fresh ingredients and the attention to detail in each dish. For the price I cannot ask for more, the best meal we had by far in Toulouse, bravo!

Best quality-price restaurant in Toulouse. The inclusion in the Michelin guide is very well deserved. Service is great and the chef is even better, he knows very well what he is doing with km0 seasonal products combined amazingly in every step of the menu: entré, main and dessert. Everything was well balanced with delicate flavors and beautiful presentation, I would repeat. Price is more than fair!
