We really enjoyed our time in the restaurant. The cassoulet was just superb as well as all the other courses...however, the chocolate desert with bloody orange sorbet was on top of that...simply wow...On the other hand, service could be better - more professional...

Great place. Authentic and excellent food and wine. Rather pricey though. Cassoulet was excellent but quite heavy and could probably feed two! Starters and dessert all excellent.

Nice ambiance and delicious food. Generous portion. We took the 3 course dinner menu and it is 42EUR per pax - I have a feeling it's on the steep side. Not sure if this is French standard for a one star Michelin restaurant.

I can't possibly fathom why there are one star ratings to this amazing establishment. This was by far the best cassoulet I've ever had, service was beyond friendly and I would like to single out Cécile for the incredible table service. She was attentive, funny and made excellent suggestions. It will be extremely hard to taste a defrost cassoulet after being here. It was a privilege, and I will surely come back for more.

Just wow. I came here twice during my stay in Toulouse, and both times, every single thing I tried was perfect. The cassoulet (which was my reason for visiting) is justifiably famous and unctuous, but they also have a deft hand with fish and with classic desserts. It doesn’t feel fancy, but everything is prepared with such care and precision that the results are deliciously memorable. I’ll be back next time I visit Toulouse!

They are known for the cassoulet, that everyone seemed to be enjoying. I had duck breast, well prepared, could have come with a few more veggies.

We were taken here by a dear friend of many years. Who advised that only locals ate here. The food was of the highest standard and the service was excellent.

We were really looking forward to having a nice meal this evening but it completely ruined by the waiters, two men who were incredibly rude. We did not appreciate having our bread pretty much thrown at us, I had my plate taken very abruptly from me when I asked my cassoulet to be hotter, it arrived lukewarm…no apology at all. I don’t know why they are classed a Michelin guided restaurant? The desserts were very poor and the whole dinner was not worth the 96 euros. It was very disappointing and customer service Is a very very low priority particularly if your not French……very sad 😞

You have to reserve your table in advance especially on weekends and holidays. We ordered smoked salmon and duck liver for starters. Both were great and better than expected. We ordered duck breast and grilled cod fish for our main dishes. Both of them were good. For dessert we ordered warm chocolate cake and orange sorbet which was very good. The service was great and fast. The atmosphere was cozy and nice. I recommend it to anyone's who wants to try French food.

Excellent small restaurant. The food was all of a consistently high standard with the turbot being beautifully cooked and presented. The waiter was very helpful, friendly and alert. The food and wine were very reasonably priced. This is the restaurant to which I will give top priority when I return to Toulouse for a holiday.

We had a lovely traditional lunch in our last day in Tolouse. I highly recommend their cassoulet to share. It was very delicious. Nice ambiance inside and lovely dining area outside too. Must try in Toulouse.

Great restaurant place Saint Georges you must visit when you are in Toulouse. In the cassoulet region you order a cassoulet. Nothing more to add! The foie gras was amazing. Great selection of wines to choose from. Call to make a reservation or you might not get a table.

Great food. Most people seem to order the cassoulet. They're smoked salmon entree was really good. Smoked in-house I believe? Surprisingly their dessert I took was really good too with a nice presentation.

A local friend recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed the tasting menu and it was very delicious! Since we had our heart set on the cassoulet they were nice enough to include it in our menu. Everything was simply delightful and our waiter was friendly and funny. He helped us find wines to align with our menu items. We ate outside in late June and it was very relaxing. My recommendation would be to embrace the French way of eating and relax, breathe and enjoy the food, ambiance and wine! Fantastic gem!

First the cassoulet : probably the best in Toulouse, very generous and amazing ingredients. I come back every time I travel to Toulouse. The rest of the menu is amazing, the foie gras for starter is incredible and the soufflet for desert is out of this world. Then I need to speak about the kids menu: pretty sure that I have never found a kids menu as amazing as this one: they serve high quality and delicious fish, my daughters love it and keep asking me to come back. Amazing value for money, true authentic food and the service was also perfect. Love this place!!!

Amazing place, I highly recommend it: the food is fresh and tastes delicious. The service is impeccable, we had great advice on the choice of the dessert (their soufflé 👌). The products served are good-quality and worth all penny (or euros actually!)
