Unfortunate
and
thoroughly
disappointing
dining
experience..terribly
let
down
by
the
service
and
the
food...the
waiter
didn't
have
a
clue
what
some
of
the
chef's
special
is..it
would
be
great
if
you
can
describe
the
chef's
special
in
menu
card..most
people
won't
know
what
a
jingamala
is...
The
chicken
dish
which
we
got
was
literally
a
sugar
syrup...(
Infact
I
gave
the
feedback
at
the
restaurant
itself
and
requested
to
talk
to
the
chef
(
after
making
sure
there
were
no
customers
occupying
him)
..the
chef
never
came
to
talk
and
they
brought
the
sauce
back
adding
some
water..
phew)
..
no
usual
accompaniments
like
chutney
or
pickle
typical
to
Indian
restaurants...had
to
finish
my
naan
with
some
pickle
I
requested
for
after...
Believe
me
I
am
not
saying
this
because
I
wanted
a
'authentic'
Indian
experience
with
lot
of
spice..
it
was
truly
terrible..not
even
a
apology
for
the
service
or
pathetic
food
.the
salad
accompanying
chicken
Tikka
had
carrot
shavings
when
were
not
clean
(
check
picture
attached).I
am
even
more
disappointed
since
the
previous
time
I
visited
here
I
had
one
of
the
best
dishes
in
a
restaurant
at
Toulouse..
chicken
nagawala..
and
to
top
it
off
they
advertised
as
accepting
visa/MasterCard
but
eventually
they
said
they
accept
only
cash
(
machine
not
working
apparently
which
they
never
bothered
to
say
when
we
got
in).no
forthcoming
bill
after
payment...I
hope
they
improve..
anyway
will
never
come
back
here
anytime
soon..this
is
easily
one
of
my
top
3
worst
restaurant
experiences
in
last
6
years
at
toulouse!!

Expérience
gastronomique
malheureuse
et
totalement
décevante
...
extrêmement
déçue
par
le
service
et
la
nourriture
...
le
serveur
n'avait
aucune
idée
de
ce
que
certains
des
plats
du
chef
sont
spéciaux..il
serait
génial
si
vous
pouvez
décrire
le
menu
spécial
du
chef
carte
..
la
plupart
des
gens
ne
sauront
pas
ce
qu’est
un
jingamala
...
Le
plat
de
poulet
que
nous
avons
obtenu
était
littéralement
un
sirop
de
sucre
...
(En
fait,
j’ai
donné
les
commentaires
au
restaurant
lui-même
et
ai
demandé
à
parler
au
chef
(après
avoir
fait
bien
sûr
qu'il
n'y
avait
pas
de
clients
l'occupant)
..
le
chef
n'est
jamais
venu
parler
et
ils
ont
ramené
la
sauce
en
ajoutant
un
peu
d'eau
..
ouf)
pas
d'accompagnement
habituel
comme
le
chutney
ou
le
cornichon
typique
des
restaurants
indiens
...
dû
finir
mon
naan
avec
quelques
cornichons
que
j'ai
demandés
après
...
Croyez-moi,
je
ne
dis
pas
cela
parce
que
je
voulais
une
expérience
indienne
'authentique'
avec
beaucoup
d'épice
..
c'était
vraiment
terrible..pas
même
une
excuse
pour
le
service
ou
la
nourriture
pathétique
.la
salade
accompagnant
le
poulet
Tikka
avait
des
copeaux
de
carottes
quand
ils
n'étaient
pas
propres
(voir
photo
ci-jointe)
.Je
suis
encore
plus
déçu
car
la
fois
précédente
que
j'ai
visité
ici,
j'ai
eu
l'un
des
meilleurs
plats
dans
un
restaurant
à
Toulouse
..
poulet
nagawala
..
et
pour
couronner
le
tout,
ils
ont
annoncé
qu'ils
acceptaient
Visa
/
MasterCard,
mais
ils
ont
fini
par
dire
qu'ils
n'acceptaient
que
les
espèces
(la
machine
ne
fonctionnait
apparemment
pas,
ce
qu'ils
n'ont
jamais
pris
la
peine
de
dire
quand
nous
sommes
entrés).
Aucune
facture
après
paiement
...
J'espère
qu'ils
s'amélioreront
..
Quoi
qu'il
en
soit,
je
ne
reviendrai
jamais
ici
de
si
tôt
...
c’est
l’une
de
mes
3
pires
expériences
de
restauration
au
cours
des
6
dernières
années
à
toulouse
!!
