We visited this restaurant seeing its high ratings, it is very popular indeed, there was a queue outside and we had such high expectations. The staff were really friendly and loved their working style, very much in sync. The have created the atmosphere of a ramen shop you’d often find in Japan; however, their was a delay in our order and food wasn’t as authentic as we were expecting it to be. I tried Ramen and gyoza, I wish it was slightly more authentic. The broth was quite nice though. The gyozas were okay.

Positive things are the generous portion size and quickness in delivering the food. The negative side was the underwhelming food. My partner had a greasy and chicken yakisoba with tasteless chicken cubes. My shrimp one was better, but still had a quite vinegary taste overpowering the overall taste.

Generous portion and respect of the Japanese tradirios: all waiters greet you when you enter the place with “irasshaimase”. And wjen the plate is served. And that makes a nice difference, especailly them not being japanese. You can observe how they cook and prepare, ig is a very open kitchen. Food is great, i had the Ebi Yakisoba, veryyy good!

This place is supposed to be the IT place for Japanese food in Toulouse so I have been wanting to try it for a long time. They only have one vegetarian dish in the menu which is the Yasai Yakisoba. A wheat noodle (I think) stir fried with vegetables (no broth). Just the right portion, taste and spice. I hope they introduce a vegetarian gyoza in the future. They have an open kitchen so you can see your food being prepared. Very friendly staff who collectively greet in Japanese each time a person comes in or goes out. Our friends tried the non-vegetarian ramen which they loved!

Food was delicious. I just wish there was info on the broth as I wasnt sure whether it is vegetarian or not. Other than that, its great to watch the cookers in action and food is tasty. I will definitely return.

Small ramen noodle bar, they all tend to be small. There was a little line to get inside the restaurant and I usually never get in line for this but this evening I decided to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes (20 long minutes), I was inside and quickly ordered my gyoza and ramen. I thought the gyoza was good but the ramen was alright so not really worth the 20 minutes wait outside in the cold.

Very nice ramen bar, that I will for sure visit over and over again. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is cosy, I felt transported to Japan. Prices are unbeatable facing the quality of the offered food. Recommended without a doubt.

It's one of the most famous places for Japanese food in Toulouse, and for a reason! The service is impeccable. Such a kind and accommodating staff. I had the Tantanmen and requested special replacements which were made available. I really appreciate it. The Ebi yakisoba was great too. It was my second time and Fufu Ramen is consistent. The restaurant only has a few seats and the people are always queuing up. I will visit again.

Cool ambient, but I didn't like my ramen at all... I took veggie option with Pepper... and that was more pepper soup then ramen... Just not my taste at all

Absolutely love Fufu! Best ramen in town without having to wait for 30 minutes :) my favorite is always Tantanmen, they have already adapted the taste so it's not really spicy anymore. Quick service, open kitchen, great taste!

We stumbled upon this ramen place when walking through Toulouse and we were really lucky because we arrived just before the dinner rush. The food was really great with flavorful broth and Al dente ramen noodles. The food was very filling and priced well. My one critique was that when we popped our Ramune they overflowed and we cleaned them up with napkins but no one really helped us get rid of the napkins afterwards. Additionally, the floors were a bit slippery/greasy. Other than that, the food was 100% worth it.

Quick service and generous portion sizes however the food was average - not great but not terrible. The shrimp in the yakisoba was terrible though, weird bread-like consistency maybe from being frozen too long. Overall, I thought it was expensive for the taste & quality. Great service though, especially the friendly front of house person! Very smoky place so you’ll want to sit close to the exit.

Got to this place by chance and really liked it. It is situated in one of side streets near Capitol. Tiny place offers many seats and I was sitting at the bar. Ramen was served very fast and I was able to see to process of preparation. Staff was very nice and helpful. Strongly recommend especially as a place to hide during unexpected rain.

Very delicious ramen (even noodles) and gyozas! And also very friendly girl who cooks and serve. We ate at 17:00!! this is so valuable.

Very good plates and there’s a girl who helped me in English, the food is very nice. I recommend Tantanmen Ramen if you like things diffferent… I try it, the beef is a bit sweet and the misu is very good little spicy… 10/10

Food was served incredibly fast. Portions were very big and so tasty, with the prices being very reasonable. The restaurant is quite small, so maybe there’s a bit of queue. But it’s definitely worth the wait. I am 100% coming back!

just a heads up, Tori Yakisoba has a very specific taste/sauce that might not suit to everyone. Meat taste, thus quality, was also unfortunately a bit questionable. However, nice atmosphere and big portions!

Delicious stir-fried noodles. I’ll have to come back and try the ramen. Even when taking to-go, the portions are beyond generous, and everything is reasonably priced. Great spot 👍

Surprisingly good ramen in the heart of Tolouse. The gyozas are just like the ones in Japan. The ramen soup though misses some depth.

Great Japanese street food, fun watching the cooks in action!

I don’t know if you clean the entrance of the restaurant, there are spider webs everywhere and a relatively big black spider went into the restaurant for take out (?) idk. Food is good tho!

Meaty and warm home made ramen 🍜 Super good the flavour of miso on the broth. Could have used a bit more acidity to balance the fat. The staff are super nice and the environment is super Asian cosy 👌🏼

We had Ramen when we lived in Japan, so we wanted to give it a try in Toulouse. We had to wait about one hour to get in, as it is really busy and the guests doesn't seem to know, that it is Fastfood and only show their solidarity when their president tells them to do so. But that's not the fault of the restaurant owners of course. So we had two times Ramen with extra pork. I asked to have some garlic with it, as we had in Nagoya , but the Server said he did not understand the question. Ok so we took it like it arrived. The taste was ok, but it was not was I was expecting for the long wait in front of the door. Try it and make your own opinion.

We asked them to not add pork on top but they refused to serve us. They said they didn’t want to “change the recipe”. The first server said it was okay and that there was no problem, but when we were seated another one came to tell us that she has to put pork in the ramen and that we should remove it ourselves. We removed ourselves from there.

Very friendly staff and affordable price. The food is good and coming in sufficient portion. The only thing I dislike is that the whole place is full of the smoke and fumes from their cooking. There’s an open kitchen, which I understand that it’s unavoidable that the smoke and steam will go to the dining area. But the ventilation system doesn’t seem to work at all. The one star lost is for the dining situation, otherwise I’m willing to give a 5 for the overall service and food quality.

A small ramen place located close to the Capitolium. But don't look at the size. The food I ramen I tried was awesome, and the beer was also good. The prices are reasonable and the staff are also nice, You don't need to be Mr. Miyagi with the chop sticks they have forks, but you might get judged 😋. I used a fork. Definitely recommend. Oh yea! The staff shout at each other in Japanese, weird, but the food is good so who cares! Enjoy.

The food is great and the service is wonderful. Their dishes are quite copious, so go with a healthy appetite and an empty stomach. If possible, it's best to go for the lunch service during the week. It's a small shop and it gets very busy on weekends.

Authentic food and atmosphere, and polite, helpful staff!

Definitely a noodle bar and not a restaurant. Fine for a good quick tasty and filling hit of noodles, but not a place to hangout for a lunch. Staff are friendly, even if I do find a little bizarre that the French staff are shouting Japanese phrases to each other. You even get a bow and a good day wish as you leave. Gives it all a touch of authenticity, I guess. Worth a visit, but there's definitely cheaper noodle places out there.

👍👍 This restaurant is wven better than what our acquaintances had told us. The waiting queue lasted for about 30 minutes. I would really recommend to go there at 9PM (21:00h). At that time the first shift of people have finished their dinners and you will not have to wait any time whatsoever. The meat...
