A good sushi restaurant in the centre of Toulouse. Excellent value platters of sushi and sashimi to share. Lots of choice and fast, efficient service. Great for groups and informal get togethers.

I don’t know if this is a REAL Japanese restaurant... The first thing I noticed was the way they present the chopsticks... I was very shocked... that’s a Chinese way which you place chopsticks vertically. In Japan, chopsticks were placed ONLY horizontally. Its considered very rude and impolite for Japanese if you placed the chopsticks vertically ... like a sword pointing at the one who’s siting in front of you. (Or pointing to the God of foods) I really hope that they will reconsider the way to place the chopsticks... it doesn’t look good at all for those who know Japanese culture... This is basically a sushi restaurant. Don’t expect to find HOT foods here. The sushi was not bad and the Japanese tea was great.

Loved it!!! The sushi is well made and delicious. The only negative thing is tjat they take a bit too long to serve the food.

Tried their Sushi and Teriyaki chicken. The sushi was very good, Teriyaki chicken didn’t live up to my expectations. Nice outdoor area and service nonetheless. Worth a visit.

I don’t get it, when I read best sushi in the area???... Did you ever know that the best sushi deserves the best rice: in quality, cooking technique and seasoning??? Because here the rice is awful... taste like bad rice for cheap paella... Nothing to do with sushi in my opinion... Fried shrimps, sides, are below average. Real sushi amateur shouldn’t pass the door! Plus 45 min of waiting, and absolutely nothing to do with the term of ´asian fusion’. Disapointing.

I wasn't too impressed. It was overall good, but not really exceptional, so I guess I found it a bit expensive for what it was. Everything was fresh, but nothing caught my attention, except maybe the shrimp mint rolls which were a good combination. Overall, i think i would prefer eat somewhere cheaper that has same food quality.

Our favorite sushi-date place in Toulouse. The fish is really fresh and their rice is consistently well-made. Their warm and friendly staff always make us feel welcome, even when it’s super busy and they’ve been running up and down the stairs for hours! We’ve had a couple of long waits over the years, but it’s worth it every time. Thank ye ô sushi gods for the gift of Zen-Saï 🍣🙌🏼❤️

Very good food quality in Zen-Saï, the salmon and avocado are always fresh. Personal favourite taste-wise, is the « Rollin avocat oignon » in the Rollin Sake section. Staff are nice, service may get long sometimes but they do and show great effort about it. Table presentation is also well taken care of.

Fancy place with some vegan options. The food is really tasty and the decoration is funny inside. Recommended.

Nice little place. The sushi i was told was good but i did not eat sushi. I ate the zen-sai noodles and it was very nice(would prefer a little more chicken inside). The yakitori was nothing special and it was actually almost cold when it came to the table. Very friendly/good service in general. In general I would go again!
