Unfortunately, like in many restaurants in France, vegetarians have a limited choice of just one main course. When asked if it were possible to leave bacon out of a salad, the waiter gave the impression he made it a point not to understand and then suggested something with fish. But if you are an omnivore, you will have no problem finding something delicious in the menu. The wine list offers a great selection of Burgundy.

Visited this restaurant on our first night in Toulouse. We ordered the shaved swordfish as the appetizer. My spouse ordered the duck...it was cooked perfectly...the side of egg was less than impressive. I ordered the cassoulet, my first time trying it so I don't have another to compare it to...it was hearty with a nice flavor. Big portion size so I couldn't finish it all. For dessert we shared the Souffle de Grand Marnier. Nicely prepared and good flavor. Service was friendly. Our server spoke English relatively well. His English mixed with our poor attempts at speaking French allowed us to communicate descriptions of the dishes to know what we wanted to order.

One of my favourite restaurants in Toulouse located on Place du Capitole in the centre. Ambiance is great from the moment you walk in and are welcomed by M. Castro and his staff. Very friendly, attentive and professional service. You can either sit out on the patio or in the restaurant. The food is delicious and don't forget the escargots. Merci a Sebastien pour votre acceuil et gentillesse and for having taken such good care of us. A bientot.

Excellent food. Had smoked salmon to start. Then steak with mashed potatoes as main dish. I normally do not like my steam blue rare but this was very tender and cut like butter. Dessert pastry was excellent as well.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. On a good day service is friendly and speedy. I went a Friday evening and the next day for lunch. Food was delicious on both occasions but service Saturday lunch was disastrous, possibly due to the fact that the restaurant was full.

I went there for dinner today with a rather large group of people in the back room. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the food quality and the presentation. Aside from one time the waiter didn't hear my request (probably due to the noise), I'd say the service is high quality. Lastly, the quantity, especially for the main course can leave a bit to be desired. I had fish with mashed potatoes, and although quite tasty, the dish wasn't nearly enough for my appetite. Still would recommend

Great experience. Good price for the menu of the day which was €27 for 3 well presented, delicious courses. Lovely house wine at €5 per glass. Nice ambience.

Phenomenal food. Best fillet steak I've ever eaten. Well worth the cost.

Had the assorted fois gras plate. Very nice. Arrived at 2:15. Not told they close at 3 pm. Hence staff not very friendly when I wanted dessert. Service with attitude. A bit disappointing ....

Having stayed in a hotel nearby for many times and knowing its superior environment and atmosphere, what surprised me are the quality of food, friendly services, and most importantly the price of the food. The 3 courses menu is only €27! I wouldn't complain if they cost twice😀. It will be even better if they have English menu but there are waiters speaking English.

👍👍 This restaurant is wven better than what our acquaintances had told us. The waiting queue lasted for about 30 minutes. I would really recommend to go there at 9PM (21:00h). At that time the first shift of people have finished their dinners and you will not have to wait any time whatsoever. The meat...
