Visited the place twice during our week-end in Toulouse. Great food but the service is unreliable.5 stars the first time but the second time 1 star. We waited nearly an hour between our 2 course meal and gave up the idea of testing their deserts for lack of time and for all the bread eaten while waiting, when people on the next table ordered the same things as us , a long time after us but were served well before us , while another table was watching all of us eating with nothing coming to their table until a complimentary dish was brought to them for them to wait even more. Highly recommended if you are ready to wait whatever the length.

Great location, decent prices and amazing food. I booked a table for late evening only one hour prior and I managed to get a table at 22:30. Food tasted amazing and the service was very friendly.

Yesterday, November 7th, 5 colleagues and I had lunch in this restaurant. One of these colleagues and I ordered Macaronade d’Huguette au Foie Gras poêlé et Champignons. My Foie Gras was burned and tasted also like that and it was was very, very greasy. My colleague, who ordered the same dish had stomach aches after 5 minutes and had to leave, so did I. With the whole group, we left. My colleague and I did not have to pay this dish. But it seemed, the staff did not care at all! Not even an excuse. I asked for it, and a very fast, sorry, came. And, by the way, it took almost an hour to get our meal. There are much better and nicer restaurants in Toulouse.

Worst experience in France to date! Appalling service, poor food. Despite not being very busy at the time, had to remind them about drinks - took 15 mins after ordering drinks for unopened bottles of Orangina to eventually be brought out! Had to wait another hour for food! After about 40 mins of enquiries, food finally arrived. Toulouse sausages were okay, fries were nice, aubergine was completely tasteless; omelette was overdone on the outside and severely undercooked (by French standards) on the inside. Had to ask for it to be cooked more. Plate was plonked on the table, returned burned (black) on parts of the underside, although some of it was edible. After nearly 2 hours of being mostly absent or obviously ignoring her customers, the waitress seemed surprised we had no interest in ordering dessert from them... couldn't get out of there fast enough. Completely soured the day.

Having stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, we were pleasantly satisfied. we tried some typical dishes such as cassoulette and duck. generous portions. Wine always delicious everywhere in this city and here too. friendly and helpful service.

Recommended by our hotel (Pullman). We wandered down here. Got a seat easily at midday on a Monday. Took the option of 3 course special. Thoroughly enjoyed by all. Service was fantastic even when busy. Photos attached are Kir Royale, Chicken & pumpkin puree and apple pie/tiramisu. All yummy.

Horrible service staff, were rude to all of us. As they snapped at us when we asked for help with ordering. When we needed their attention some just took ages to notice that we had to keep ordering from the payment counter. No wonder the restaurant was empty despite being dinner time on a weekend. We wanted to order more but seeing how disregarded we were we ordered light food and drinks and left in a haste. Prices for food were pricey and felt worse when service did not make up for the money spent to dine. Fries were serve cold. Usually a customer easy to please but the time here was not pleasant at all especially visiting as tourist.

We had a 2 day layover in Toulouse, on a Sunday + Monday. Not much open so we decided to walk over to this place. Glad we did! Cute little spot, delicious food! Foie Gras, Duck, homemade fries, steak. All delish! Nice wines, and nice friendly service. I would definitely go back there again! Nice atmosphere also

Too much time waiting for someone to bring us the menu and then, abt 40 minutes to get our order. The environment was clean and cool, the service it’s a pitty.

Service was great, the waitress handed us a card with a QR code to get the English menu and was happy to answer our questions and give us recommendations. Our food was lovely and well prepared, our particular favourite was the Pain Perdu or french toast. It was not a cheap meal but well worth the cost.

I give the rating 1/5 because unfortunately the rating 0/5 does not exist the waiting time in this restaurant is much too long the staff is very poorly organized it is a disaster now the worst was my dish that i received with a hair i wonder the hygiene of the kitchen which I am sure must be disgusting like my dish and in addition the chicken not cooked to the limit of raw and which we cannot even cut even a dog doesn't eat that i would have been better off eating at McDonald's since it's tastier and cleaner I wonder how people manage to eat there but i’m sure they themselves don't know good food and the people who are reading the comments flee this restaurant and don't trust the positive comments people don't even know what they are eating it's better to open a can of tuna at home rather than go to this restaurant

The food is average, nothing new or surprising for eyes and stomach. Traditional french cuisine, but served and prepared too simple like at the canteen. But what does not go nigher with food nigher with restaurant’s atmosphere is music: Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars… it’s a pub or restaurant? And waitresses, like teenagers, laughing, talking loud from their private conversations, running fast through clients and creating a stress during Sunday lunch. And would say that owners of the place forgot to supervise it.

Saturday 16 Sep 2023 at 2pm. After 10 minutes the young waitress gave us two food menus and two glasses (no drinks menu or water). The waitress seemed upset she had to help us. Then after another 10 minutes three waitresses were all talking out the back by the bar not helping anyone, so we walked out and spent our hard earned money somewhere else.

We sat outside on a Sunday morning for Breakfast Complet. Coffee, eggs, bacon, croissants and juice. Nice Breakfast.

I had a very good experience with my friend. They proposed original and interesting menus. I recommend.

Bistro, with a bistro atmosphere! Very good cuisine if you are looking to eat the real cassoulet, it doesn't go any further, it's here! Restaurant a bit narrow but nice! Why 4* in my opinion is a bit expensive and the service was really very, very long..

Nice food, cute restaurant and suuuuper nice staff. The portions were generous and I was satisfied. All the staff, specially the lady who helped me getting a table and the one who served me were maybe the nicest French people I've met traveling around the country.

I really like the service, also the location is great too. In which this places gives me the relaxation i need and also good for meeting set ups.

I think I didn't order well at this restaurant which affected how I feel about it. I had the pork with cauliflower gratin for lunch - one of the plats du jour. It was just ok. The people dining next to me had food that looked really tasty. The atmosphere was good and the service prompt and friendly.

A nice location, but the food is very average and not worth the high price. Very slow service too.

Really poor service. Location is perfect but the service is one of the worst i’ve experienced. Half of the people left without been served. We’ve been seated for 20 min and they didn’t even clean the table of the previous customer. Could be a gold mine, but it’s a disaster.

The service is excellent, very friendly staff..... great ambience inside and at the terrace. The food was amazzzing and my friend had the famous Toulousian cassoulet which was equally good too...... However, I don't understand how a high end restaurant won't have any sort, I mean not even one sauce in the restaurant 😄 ..... The waiter looked at me with a "Judgemental" smile in her eyes (I'm been sarcastic).... Like how dare you ask for ketchup or any sauce, this isn't McDonald's 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I ate the house made pasta with mushrooms and fats - nade d'Huguette et son Foie Gras Poêlé (pâtes, champignons, foie gras poêlé), which was perfectly seasoned and very flavoursome. Well worth the higher price!
