The service here is excellent. I speak almost no French but I was served by an English-speaking waiter and I spoke to a second one who spoke English. The two of them explained the options for the menu of the day to me. The food was amazingly good. A great place to go if you aren't comfortable ordering in French, like me.

AGRÉABLE +++ Bon Service +++ We stayed just one night in Toulouse (Le Grand Balcon), and the city is full of life, nice ! We had dinner at "Capoul" (take out a reservation), and our waiter was very polite. We liked the "Brasserie style", and we felt very comfortable. The prices are, as we saw it, very correct. And good wine ! Certainly, Toulouse is a city to go back to. The flight from Munich is under 2 hours.

We were spontaneously seated as a group of 10 people. We were all served with hot food at the same time, what was really good. A few were complaining about the size of the dish (value for money), but I had a really great dish with fish and risotto in squid-ink (the parmesan chip is dark due to the ink, it was not burned!). I can really recommend to give it a try. Luckily we had a few people who helped to translate as the waiter was speaking french only. Keep in mind that it can get noisy outside during traffic.

I was recently in Toulouse and was looking for a good brasserie. This place did it for me. The staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is also very relaxed and you don't feel rushed so that was a big bonus. Most importantly the food was great. I had the cassoulet. I'm normally not a fan of white beans but this was amazing! Highly recommended.

Elegant environment and very good food, mainly classic French dishes/ingredients. Excellent service from Ismael. Very good value for the quality and location.

Excellent choice for a nice romantic or business dining. An authentic French atmosphere and food experience. Feels like a Parisian bistrot in Toulouse... With its own southern touch.

Went there for coffee. The female staff who served me cuffee was nice and knew I couldn't speak much French. But there was another guy with glasses, I found him rude. I opened the door for him and he went straight in, without saying thank you. Should show some manners for clients.

Our waiter was a jewel. Helped us as Americans with our skimpy French. Nice meal but the service was the thing we appreciate the most. His name was sergio

Nice place for dinner at Wilson's square in Toulouse. Goes for regional Toulouse cuisine. It has a good rate of cost/benefit, and a good wine selection that the maitre helps to choose.

Cancelled flight left me in Toulouse over night. This place was suggested by the hotel staff. Staff was friendly and the cassoulet was rich and flavorful. Would come here again.

The location is perfectly situated for the shuttle bus to and from the airport, the Novotel has excellent rooms and a lovely cocktail bar. You can explore the city by foot with ease and the nightlife is on your doorstep. What's not to like about the Brasserie Capoul? Food Poisoning, that's what. Four days of agony and one of the worst flights back home that my partner and I have had to endure - ever. How do I know the bland Swordfish steak or the equally bland beef tartar served by the rude waiter is to blame? Process of elimination and the time before we started showing symptoms. Also the only meal that we shared as a couple - the rest was shared with family and no sign of illness from anyone else. Worst hundred euros I've ever spent and it ruined the only sunny bank holiday weekend Britain has seen in years. Never again Brasserie Capoul, never again.

The place is very well decorated with great service and great view. We saw couples but also families. It is a very calmful and romantic place. The dishes are big and also for a cheaper selection there is the choice of menu express with 3 dishes at 18 euro. People prefer this brasserie( restaurant) before the theatre. Cassulet portion is too big, but duck portions are a little bit small. Choose cafe after dinner to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

It's aways a pleasure to eat here at the end of a date night. Les +'s You can pretty much count on a table being available without reserving. Fast friendly service. The menu is fairly stable - a good steak, fish readily available. Very close to cinema for a pre or post viewing meal. Les -'s Maybe not the most romantic of settings.

Restaurant it self, wine , food , staffs were ALL amazing. We came all the way from South Korea and I felt that the staff were really kind here, specially Eric and the staff who welcome us, and the lady who did our bill were very nice. Sorry that I did not got your name. Thanks for your hospitality, we were here for the business and I will definitely come again for sure.
