Flawless check in, beautiful rooms and friendly staff but have no idea what hospitality is!!! The breakfast staff had no idea what their doing, RUDE AND DISENGAGED , absolutely horrible!! Here is my poached eggs with toast. Truly sad! This is supposed to be a fine establishment.

Lovely hotel in a very good location. 👍 worth a visit. Breakfast is nothing great and not worth spending money, as there are lots of cafes around. Note that sometimes there are interconnecting rooms with no.locks (room 121).

Could be so much better. The hotel and staff were decent. In fact the two guys running the bar were great. However the hard product needs some attention. It was not possible to use the shower without flooding the bathroom floor which meant the towels were needed to catch the water leaving them soaking. The in-room phones didn't work which meant I had to go down to the front desk to request an iron and ironing board. They arrived promptly. However we then discovered the base of the iron (not the hot plate the part it stands on) was cracked and so the water leaked everywhere. On check-out the person at the front desk was busy on the phone taking the details of a reservation while there were two people is the back office sat doing very little. The front desk person apologised for the wait. Everything described shouldn't happen at a hotel like this. However these issues aside we had a relatively good stay. The hotel is in a good location and the guest interfacing staff make up for the shortcomings of the hotel. Would I stay here again? I'm not sure.

Stayed for four nights with my partner booked the junior suit. Unfortunately we received a completely different room to the websites photos, upon complaining we were told “every room is different”. Would not have booked if the photos were accurate.

We did a short visit in Toulouse and we wanted to stay in a very nice hotel. We selected La Cour des Consuls Hotel et we were not disappointed. The hotel is well situated and we tried also the Michelin star restaurant, which was a great experience.

Great staff, very welcoming and warm. The hotel is old dated…. Quiet pricey for what you receive. This is a decent 4* star but indeed not a 5* The team compensates on behalf of the hotel degree itself. To keep your belongings safe, make sure your car is locked if you leave it in the parking.

It is a nice property in nice location. Good valet service. Front dest is good and responsive when you get through on the phone. Tried to reach them last night, the front dest guy just left the post and disappeared for 15 minutes, went for search of fresh towels myself but later I found him. Definitely not a 5 star service. As Accor diamond we received a welcome letter but this is an Accor hotel number 4 this week where they ignored the fact we should be upgraded. Here I am not even sure if the room is best in category as it is in an ugly side building, first floor facing the street with minimal soundproofing. The experience is okay but nothing special.

Beautiful building in a perfect central location in town. Staff were all friendly and spoke English. Very good breakfast. Rooms are stylish. Definitely would stay there again.

a terrible restaurant, they want to rip off as much money as possible from people, I came to drink tea and take photos and they rudely forbade me, I will complain about you.

Room and some aspects of service are average. Room was not as described when I booked. Price is high. Manager did his best to help. Some facilities are very nice such as Steam room and courtyard for evening cocktails.

The reception hall was not very welcoming. Small entrance, where staff hides behind a tall desk. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room disappointed our expectations (room 222). The overall maintenance of the forniture was poor. The bathroom hasn’t seen a deep cleaning in a long time. The white doors seem to have never been cleaned and the shower has mold in the corners. The chair in front of the bed as well as the rug had stains on them. Overall not up to the standards expected for a 5 star hotel.

Vacation travel and just happened to find you on-line when looking for a one-night stay in Toulouse prior to flying back to US. Wish we'd been able to stay longer! Very charming little boutique hotel with personalized service, beautiful rooms and shared spaces, attentive and friendly staff, lovely bar and adjacent courtyard. We definitely would preferentially stay here if in the area again!

This hotel was superb. Every bit of service was friendly and helpful. The building is stunning, there's great art, the rooms are well appointed, and the breakfast was plentiful. The Michelin starred restaurant's food is on the room service menu. Wish we could've stayed longer and can't wait to go back!

I would say this is an average hotel. For the price and being a Mgallery hotel was expecting much more. The best thing about it, it’s the staff.

As in the previous visit it's the best hotel of Toulouse. Services are on top.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The staff at the reception desk were super helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I have to mention that the air conditioning in the rooms is not what you might expect and we stayed in March, we had to call the desk numerous times to adjust the temp as the panel in the room did not appear to work. It could be very warm in Summer. However, that gripe aside this hotel was a really nice oasis in a beautiful city.

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
