- Great location, right opposite the main train station and 10 min walk to the centre. - generally felt safe outside at night, as there other hotels next to it and the outdoor space is wide spacious - Big breakfast even with fresh orange juice! - modern rooms well equipped although a little small for 2, but to be expected in old buildings - the back of the building and corridors aren't as modern or beautiful as the rest of the ibis as it is built into an old building. -> overall would recommend when visiting Toulouse.

we were pleasantly surprised by the Ibis.we initially chose it because it's so close to the train station but our room was quiet (for central toulouse) comfortable and clean. while there were no standard wheelchair-adapted rooms, ours was large enough to move around in -even the bathroom! their breakfast bar provided a great range of self-serve options, inicluding one of the best sour-dough breads i've ever eaten. staff was attentive and cooperative as well .not chic or particularly well-appointed but not without its charms...good quality for the price. i'd say.

Rooms are a bit tiny and the carpet needs changing ASAP! Staff is friendly. Location is good but train station neighborhoods tend not to be the nicest, and this one is not the exception with people sleeping on the street and a couple of strip clubs around as well. If you are not very pretentious then it is fine for sleeping and nothing more

Very small rooms. Not even one water kettle inside room. Kept changing rooms due to ac issue. Only location is good. Right in front of mattibeau station. Will never go again

Pleasant experience, good qualitity for the price. Excellent location, 10 minute walk from the center and right in front of the station. Our room was a bit small, especially the beds. Confortable bathroom and shower. Extra points for the good sound insulation. The staff was very polite.

My bus arrived so early and i couldnt find anywhere even to sit. I asked them but they rejected me If im not a customer they cannot allow me to drink a cup of coffee they said Im a tourist and I said it seems dangerous outside and im also a student i dont know the area At least they can help me to find somewhere but they disnt For once be human! At least try or act like an human being You are so rude

I arrived at the train station late at night after a long travel day and was so glad the Ibis was so close and easy to find. I was then surprised to discover that it was also very nice on the inside. The attached cafe made a late dinner a breeze and I slept soundly in the luxurious and soundproof room. I also appreciated the flexibility for an extended checkout time and the delicious and varied breakfast in the morning.

I was leaving Toulouse by train the next morning, so this was the perfect place to stay. The rooms have been refurbish and are quite stylish. The double glazing mean that there was little or no traffic noise. The staff were frendly and efficient.

Lovely rooms and excellent value

The hotel is very nice and we'll located. It's clean, breakfast is good. There was just something weird. At 7:30 in the morning the bedroom phone rang. But I didn't ask to be awaken. Besides that the staff was really nice and helpful.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is clean and the room was nice but small. The only negative would be the lack of parking in the hotel premises but it is well located and right across the street from the metro if you need to move around. Overall a good experience.

Hotel conveniently located in front of the train station and its classical architecture is appreciable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty big and the bathroom renovated. However, there was a sound of leaking water which was a little disturbing at night. The location is ideal if you have to take the train or even walk around Toulouse.

Great location, just off the Navette stop from the airport and directly opposite the train station. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a bit lacking as the hotel was full and the staff appeared a bit overwhelmed. Good English spoken by the staff which is really helpful when your French is lacking!

Perfect place to stay overnight when you need to take the train, walking distance. There are restaurants walking distance. The hotel is nice and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with a lot variety of food items to choose from.

The hot is good. The plus points are its near to railay station and bus station. Also shopping area is just 5 min walk away. The minus points are bed room has no coffeemaker and tea maker. They charge you for breakfast. The beds are not very much comfortable to sleep. The TV channels are all in French even US movies are dubbed with french voices.

Chose this hotel for location, just across the street from the Matabiau train station while arriving in the evening and a short night's stay at a very reasonable price. Rooms are basic, and breakfast is good, though there are usually more options at other Ibis hotels. Hotel building old in style but newly renovated

I am glad we picked this hotel. We wanted something central location and reasonably priced. I was not disappointed. The hotel is just opposite to the station, there is a direct bus service from the airport. Note that this bus is not a 24h service, so on the way back we took a taxi in the early morning. I have not stayed in an ibis for a long time, I assume it is a standard ibis hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel clean and looked new inside and outside. Breakfast was nice, my wife missed scrambled eggs (only boiled eggs), but I did not mind. We got room 315 which is at the end of the corridor and probably was a bit more specious that the regular standard rooms. The battery in the TV remote was leaking, which got fixed the same day. We had a view to the busy street and the railway status, but after shutting the double windows everything was dead quiet. Central district is about 10 min walk, Capitol is about 15. So great location to explore the city. Very nice stay overall.

Had to stay one night in Toulouse unexpectedly. This hotel was so nice. Rooms a little tight but clean and comfortable. Tom and Hugo on reception are really helpful,?friendly and professional and also gave us great advice about places to see. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. The young lady working in the cafeteria was very helpful. We’ll be back!
