Pont Saint-Pierre

Tourist attraction Bridge

👍👍 The bridge is closed to traffic. Bikes are still coming over. Where cars used to drive, there are many places to lie down. In the sun with no shade, of course, but with a great view of the city. People often mention bridge, sunset, Toulouse, beautiful, view, spot,

Lovely bridge to watch the sunset from also during the month of July until August 22, 2022 they have turned it into a walking bridge for cyclists and pedestrians.

The most beautiful thing about Pont Saint-Pierre: the bridge is completely closed to the traffic. You can even have sunbathing.

Beautiful Photo opportunity spot in Toulouse. I visited it quite early in the morning and the colours were beautiful and it was quite calm.

From the place St-Pierre, a public square that's mostly popular with students of Toulouse University, I walked on Pont St-Pierre to Grave Hospital on the opposite side of the Garonne River. Rebuilt several times, the current version of the bridge was finished in 1987, making it one of the better looking bridges of the center of Toulouse. The views from the bridge are beautiful. They add to its considerable charm.

Wow! Beautiful! Clean! I really love the clear sky here,l as you can see in pics. It is such a beautiful sky here. Also, the buildings and houses are so attractive and stylish. Full stars are given to express their beautifulness and my impressions.

The most heavenly place in all of toulouse. It does tend to get a bit crowded during the evening, specially weekends. But if you can overlook that, you shall find, dare I say the perfect place to sit down, grab a beer and have a chat. A lovely place. Just relax, grab a beer and watch the sunset.

Toulouse is amazing, but one thing is missing for a city of students, a table bench so the students can study while enjoying the view of Garonne...

Loads of activity, French police issuing loads of tickets with guns as the French were driving over and it was meant to be closed. Only in France!!
