In August,it is sooooooooo hot! The air-condition wasn't workable at all! We informed this problem immediately after we checked in, the reception said there would be someone to check it later, but no one showed. It's toooo hot in the room, even in the midnight! So bad experience here.

Reception staff was friendly, although a few more smiles wouldn`t hurt... my room was not cleaned, even though I clearly stated that I wanted the room to be cleaned... after Covid there seems to be a new trend in hotels: we will only clean the room if you want, and even so... we may forget, because we have not enough staff, and still charge a lot for the rooms. Ibis chain no longer is consistent and reliable in its service, the hotels no longer look proper as they used to be. They usually look old, outdated, not properly maintained... so unfortunate, I will start looking for other hotels for my business trips...

Great hotel that I always feel at home. We worked at the breakfast place many times for hours and felt so comfortable. The personnel is always very kind, friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast having variety of food and good espresso / tea. Rooms are compact but clean and comfortable. Location is not so far away from city center and very easy access to the airport by tram. The restaurant of the hotel is nice and inexpensive. They usually serve good quality red wines.

Excellent budget hotel close to Toulouse Blagnac airport. Warm welcome on arrival, clean functional room. Very good breakfast for the price paid. Free parking.

I understand that this is not a 5* hotel but still faced a lot of issues there: -on the day we arrived the room was not ready from the previous guests, given the favt that we came at 7pm this is inacceptable -the guy on receptiom was mot speaking English, maybe they put a non-English speaking in the evening shift🙄not sure -I asked to change bad sheets and receptionist said 'ok', when we came in the evening room was in the same way as we left in the morning...not even touched by maid -on the 3rd day in the morning while we were sleeping some guy (hope hotel staff) just opened the door of our room🤯 without even knocking or asking if he can come in When in our last day I came to receptionist and explained all the problems she just said 'sorry'. Normal hotels provide some benefits as an excuse, this one - no. I was trying to register complaint but receptionist said that I have to send it to email that will come again to her and she will reply. When I asked to talk to manager, she said that she is a manager of this hotel and there is no one above her. Which is actually weird to me. I travel a lot and this is my first time I face with such a horrible service.

Awful! I am actually staying here another night because I have no other choice, but I am never coming back. No toilet paper in the room, towels, you have to ask for everything and the breakfast was the worst i've had in my life. You can not only not ask for different kind of eggs but they actually put raw eggs out for you to boil it yourself.... so of course you get an infinite line of people waiting for eggs to be boiled instead of just boiling them inside the kitchen and take them already done. Crazy.... Never coming back to this place again.

Rooms are small and dont have any mini refr. (According to me, as a 3 stars hotel should have an.) You can hear next room sounds easily. If you accodomate hear for relaxation not suggested one hotel. It can be only bussines hotel. Air conditioningn system old and doesn't work very well in the rooms. Staff was so polite and helpful. Free wifi and parking area. Breakfast was standart.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff who spoke English. Large rooms and bathroom. 10 minute walk to supermarche. A bit noisy from aircraft unless you closed the window. Good air con.

Unlike many other hotels in the same area, bottle water is provided for free. Room has a bathtub. Like many ibis, it shares some common minor design issues which could be avoided and make a bit uncomfortable if you care.

Unpretentious, tidy and efficient. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value and easy access to light rail rail to get to downtown Toulouse.

Perfectly acceptable for one night's stay. Windows on two sides of the room, one lot screened 'permanently' with a curtain! Clean and comfortable but we had to ask for towels and an extra pillow. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was good. It was very busy and the young waitress coped extremely well on her own.

I arrived at the hotel on Monday and by Thursday they were cleaning the room. On Sunday, Monday morning and Monday afternoon I asked if they could clean my room and give me new towels and toilet paper. I finally got toilet paper. Better than nothing. Total stay 10 nights. It certainly won't be my first choice. I'm still at the hotel, if anything changes I'll let you know.

Good, I am satisfied. I also forgot my little device in my room, so I would be happy if the hotel stuff could help me return it to me.

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
