I
understand
that
this
is
not
a
5*
hotel
but
still
faced
a
lot
of
issues
there:
-on
the
day
we
arrived
the
room
was
not
ready
from
the
previous
guests,
given
the
favt
that
we
came
at
7pm
this
is
inacceptable
-the
guy
on
receptiom
was
mot
speaking
English,
maybe
they
put
a
non-English
speaking
in
the
evening
shift🙄not
sure
-I
asked
to
change
bad
sheets
and
receptionist
said
'ok',
when
we
came
in
the
evening
room
was
in
the
same
way
as
we
left
in
the
morning...not
even
touched
by
maid
-on
the
3rd
day
in
the
morning
while
we
were
sleeping
some
guy
(hope
hotel
staff)
just
opened
the
door
of
our
room🤯
without
even
knocking
or
asking
if
he
can
come
in
When
in
our
last
day
I
came
to
receptionist
and
explained
all
the
problems
she
just
said
'sorry'.
Normal
hotels
provide
some
benefits
as
an
excuse,
this
one
-
no.
I
was
trying
to
register
complaint
but
receptionist
said
that
I
have
to
send
it
to
email
that
will
come
again
to
her
and
she
will
reply.
When
I
asked
to
talk
to
manager,
she
said
that
she
is
a
manager
of
this
hotel
and
there
is
no
one
above
her.
Which
is
actually
weird
to
me.
I
travel
a
lot
and
this
is
my
first
time
I
face
with
such
a
horrible
service.
