Since this is a budget hotel, it will be unfair to judge it using a standard where one uses to judge a 5 star hotel. So, judging from the price one pay for a budget hotel, this is still considered a fairly good deal as it's a pretty clean and spacious lodging and not far from the Toulouse Train Station. We arrived late after 1:30am on 25.8.23 due to flight delay and the 2 gentlemen were there to welcome us on our late arrival and they were very kind, helpful and approachable. We only used the room to wash up and had a few hours nap before catching the early morning train to our next destination. As we have some hand luggages with us, we decided to call a taxi to the train station and in no time we were already there at the station and even had ample time to grab a bit. I must compliment the 2 gentleman who helped us to check in late at night as well as the person who promptly replied to my email when I informed them of our late arrival. Thank you ibis budget Toulouse Centre Gare for your hospitality.

Very clean , quiet and good A/c. Free parking , although the spaces are very narrow . It’s about 20 mins walk to the centre, small supermarket is right across the road . Microwave available in foyer .

The location is very good, I came here to visit Toulouse for 2 days and if I just want to visit the city center I just need to go by walk from the hotel but if you think it's a bit far, there is a bus stop not far at all. . The room is clean, big and comfortable. . The price is absolutely reasonable. . The staffs here are very kind and polite. They have a lot of information, if you ask them questions they are ready to help you and give you information.

The staff is very supportive and ready to help. Breakfast amazing, very generous with a huge selection of fresh products. Rooms a very simple, too basic... I now understand why "Ibis Budget". My room was on the 5th floor, just in the corner of the building; freezing cold and the heating system wasn't working. No way to call reception at night, there isn't any internal phone in the room. Location is not what I expected from Ibis standard: too far from the centre of the city, the area didn't look safe at all. Next time some different Ibis hotels, more appealing.

The room is clean. It does not have hair dryer like other ibis budgets. Location is not well connected with rest of the city. Reception staff expect one is also good. But that one woman was so unwelcoming and hostile. If you don’t know french, she will shout at you and say no to everything.

Was cheap, with good service, a little walk to get to the center of Toulouse but nothing expensive. Stayed there for 3 days and service was great, they gave me everything i needed and asked for. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Location is not ideal but there is a bus stop across the street and you can take it just about anywhere. Great place to stay if you are on a budget but still want to visit Toulouse.

Considering it is designed to be a simple category of hotel, I found it clean and confortable. Would return if needed to stay in Toulouse on a budget. Staff was very kind. There is a market nearby, very handy. A negative point is that it is not *that* near to the train station, you need to walk a few minutes.

Get what you pay for. Small room and small bathroom. At breakfast we had to find a server to top up several items, even though not a busy morning.

the room is very small, no shelves for storage , no closet , no toiletries , no hair dryer , cheap towels , no hand towels , little bit far out to walk to city attractions , 25 minutes to bus/train station .

At first it seemed that I was far away from the center, but it's pretty easy to get there. The breakfast was really good. The staff were nice, although they couldn't speak English very well

The staff were very friendly and attentive, certainly a positive aspect in any hotel experience. The room was clean and tidy and overall comfortable, with a good bed and TV. For the price, it is without a doubt an excellent deal! Keep it up with the good work!

A good place for a night or two if you need to stay close to the train station (15min walk). Not very close to the city center. The building is a little dated but the room was clean, and there was steaming hot water in the shower. Staff was welcoming.

Located ten minutes away from the station. Comfortable and quiet. Not many facilities bit it is a budget hotel. Small supermarket located about 5 minutes away.

I forgot my wallet in the room this morning and the cleaner (who was the only one to enter the room while i was not here) , stole it!!! I told the receptionist and did NOTHING! I will never come back again and will not recommend it to anyone

Issues with cleanness and heat. We've stayed in other ibis budget in France, and they were by far cleaner, more neat and the ac was working normally. We stayed there during the heatwave but the ac didn't do much. The entrance is dim lit and the neighborhood rather underground. Advantages: friendly and helpful staff and close to the train station.

Rooms are new. It is ok considering the price. Location is bit far away from metro stations and constructions going on these days which causes a lot of noise.

Avarage installations, recommend the breakfast buffet. I only felt claustrophobic inside the rooms which only had small windows

True to it's name, budget but cannot fault it for the price. Compact room but with everything you need, including clean bed and air-conditioning. Definitely worth the price

Very good deal for it's price. Rooms are quite old , but at least they are clean and have a comfortable bed. Check in and check out are very fast, rooms equipped with electronic code room lockers- no cards or heavy key chains. A few vending machines with drinks and food are just opposite the reception. Friendly staff. The only problem is with soundproofing- I could hear the coughing man on the upper floor and women speaking in the next room. Also construction works do not help you get a full healthy relaxing dream- they start to work at 9 a.m. or something like this and quite noisy=(

It's a nice and clean budget hotel that deserves 3 stars instead of 2. I really enjoyed my stay there and I would recommend it to someone who wants a nice place to stay without having to pay loads of money😉

Bad experience Without notices since COVID19 crisis. I booked a room for two days and due to the COVID19 I couldn’t spend. They sent me a mail with the reserve cancelled but they didn’t give my money backs .It was not posible to contact with them. I feel cheated like they was pulling my leg.

Feels like staying in a hospital, very basic and a bit depressing. Clean though. Free parking and within walking distance from the city centre.

This hostel is wonderful, the people are very nice, and the breakfast is delicious with the most testy croissants.

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
