Very good location, close to city center but I wouldn't rate the service and room 5 stars as the carpet in the room was quite old and had no window. The gym smelled bad because the ventilation was not good as well. Room cleaning service can sometimes be late and our key card didn't work twice.

Lovely room, view and in-room facilities. Very quiet and the WiFi was great once able to fully access networks. The plugs by the TV did not work. Sadly neither the USB or separate U.K plug. Not sure why this has not been picked up and addressed as the the hotel and brand is geared towards business travellers. Frustrating either way. No USB points near/around the bed - Again, very simple things not addressed or considered. The Gym was FILTHY! Seriously seemed that it had not been properly cleaned in weeks with the build up of dust & dirt - I cleaned the machines I used before & after use they were that bad. At least there was a window in the gym. No pictures of this. Gym is open 24hours. It took the staff 2 hours+ and multiple calls to provide the correct password for the secure WiFi - I was given an incorrect password the first time, then told that the front desk team had "forgotten" about my request when I made further calls down to the Guest Services team to follow-up and chase. Shocking! The Valet Parking was very unclear and confusing, with no help outside or clear instructions. I ended up parking in the downstairs private parking and moved my bags around using the lift up, then slope down to the parking entrance when checking-out as the lift was broken... Come on...! The staff later told me that the intended method or operation is that you leave your car in a bay near the street-level entrance of hotel which has a towing warning sign, then go inside to speak with the Concierge. All a bit concerning, not very joined-up or convenient if you are travelling with large/heavy luggage! This is not a 5* Hotel. Being honest, i'm a little disappointed in the service and facilities overall considering the brand, positioning and price point of this hotel. This is reflected in dropping two stars to 2* overall.

I loved this hotel for many aspects. The staff kindness in the first place (it must be everywhere in Toulouse, though). The cleanliness of the room, the position.... everything is perfect and fit for solo biz travelers.

We had a lovely weekend at this hotel - 5* from start to finish. Staff are very kind and helpful, the breakfast buffet is delicious (apart from the omelettes and scrambled eggs), and the rooms are very clean and well furnished.

    1. Deluxe suite was spacious but tired....toilet is tiny, bathroom doors don't close, shower pressure low, no bottled water in room and the sofa bed mattress is.no more than thick bedsheets...highly recommend avoiding sleeping on it. 2. Food was really poor...ordered room service, chicken tasted like it had been cooked 4 times hence tasted like a shoe, wife ordered squid salad...they changed it without asking to caesar salad and when asked why, they said we ran out of squid...didn't even deign to ask if we wanted something else. Breakfast spread had cold.bacon and sausages which were clearly also stale by at least 2 days. Pancakes were simarly cold (even though we ordered them off menu rather than from buffett) and the bread station had stale bread too(can tell by how dry it was). It really was shocking how bad every food element was! They don't do France's culinary image any good for sure. We did mention to front desk who at least was nice enough to take the room service charge off our bill. The valet and bellman were very helpful and friendly. Overall, a pretty poor.experience even after booking one of the best rooms at what is supposed to be among the top hotels in Toulouse.

Agathe at the front desk was amazing help and super friendly. She recommended great food and told us the hot spots of where to go! She was amazing!! Location: excellent. 5 min walk from a big metro stop that connects to two lines. You're a less than 10 min walk from the capitole. Despite its location, it's still quiet around the area. Rooms: bed is super comfy. We had difficulty getting out of bed in the morning because we were so cozy! The rooms are quiet, although I could hear the person above me in the morning walking around. Bathroom: clean, love the waterfall shower head + regular shower head combo. Service: everyone was very helpful at the front desk and they were able to help us in English. Want to shout out Agathe again for being a great help to us during our trip and making our honeymoon feel extra special.

So well located, fabulous accommodation - comfortable and clean with exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. It was a short but excellent stay, would definitely return.

While a lot of attention has been given to modernizing the lobby and the corridors, the rooms need urgent renovation. The furniture (sofas in particular) in our suite was falling apart and dirty and the wood floors (and bathtub) were scratched and pockmarked. The interlocking sliding doors system to get privacy while showering dates from the 1950s and is impossible to close from the inside as it is blocked by the glass of the shower! It has to be first closed from the outside (from the bedroom) and then one enters from the other side (entrance corridor)! It takes 2 minutes to do that convoluted system and it never closes completely. I have never seen anything like this in over 80 countries I have visited. (photos included). It ought to be replaced. Soundproofing from street noise and adjacent rooms is excellent, but no protection from the noise from the room above you: you can hear furniture dragged particularly by the cleaning staff who by the way should be told not to use loud walkie-talkies in the corridors: some people need sleep even during cleaning hours. Some items furnished are far from being worthy of a 4-star hotel like the flimsy slippers provided. They are an "embarrassment": They are the cheapest you can buy on Amazon and are extremely difficult to slip in. I know that because I ordered some by mistake and returned them. The breakfast buffet is superb and convenient for businessmen and conventioneers, but a cashcow as it is honestly overpriced at 27 euros for individuals and families. It is the price of a decent 3-course dinner on Le Capitole's many restaurants. There is no way anyone can get 27 euros worth of food from the buffet.

Top hotel if you're in Toulouse, it's in one of the finest quarters where you got plenty of restaurants and daily night life, also got a nice avenue to take a stroll if bored. Rooms are just perfect, clean and with all furniture you'd need if there for either work or vacation. What I most appreciate is the kindness of the staff, very polite and attentive, exactly how I'd imagine a good hotel. They've got a nice bar/restaurant in casr you don't have time to grab your food elsewhere, also breakfast is varied and generous, they'll cook eggs to your taste and bring food to your table, will surely come again 👍

I rather have solid floors rather than carpet. Air conditioning don't turn on in April and window doesn't open. They gave me a fan and I was fine.

I had gone to Toulouse on a business trip. Pullman was recommended by my colleagues. Now I can see why. Right from Check-In to Check-Out everything was fine. The front desk was always quick to respond (and that too in good English as I could not communicate French). Mr. Julien was in particular very helpful. The room was clean and spotless and kept it that way. The hot water was always available. The breakfast had a lot of varieties ranging from Bread, Cheese, Fruits, Dry-Fruits, Meat and Egg dishes. They catered to my and my colleagues requirements (most of us were vegetarians) to the best of their ability. Location-wise it is very closed to Matabiu-Marego Station which is a big plus as we travelled frequently via train to the work location. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Will surely recommend this one.

I really liked the hotel. Clean, elegant, less than 10min walking from Toulouse center. I walked alone in the evening I felt quite safe. I will come back again. There is also z nedpresso machine in the room, this gives them all 5 stars!

Fantastic location by the main station. The staff was very accomodating and welcoming. I got a late check-out, no questions asked or extra fees as the place was relatively empty. Breakfast is room service only at the moment and it was very high quality with freshly baked pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Not really a 5 stars hotel. Basic rooms, but great breakfast (quality & variety). 15min walking from the city centre.

Update 22/09/2022 The hotel emailed me back after 14 days of no contact / silence. They emailed me a pic of a blue dress which is size 18 and a random brand. My “stolen” dress is Ralph Lauren and in size 6. In the email they claimed that they checked again and again and found a dress... which was very odd as the standard hotel room is a place that very easy to spot any personal belongings of the guest. Why took almost 2 weeks to find a dress? Something NOT easy to miss like earrings... this leads me to think it’s a co-ordinated event. They have been avoiding answering my original query about the dress when I called the reception 5 times in the first week. Their excuse was - they have not talked with the cleaners for my room, and that was 2/3 days after I have checked out. If the cleaner did not report or find any personal belonging that’s what they said to me in my 4th call to them. How did they find the dress now after 2 weeks?? Only after I left a negative review on a public forum... where is this dress come from ? Is this an attempt to shut me up ? This whole thing is handled very badly and unprofessionally by the hotel. Again be warned! This is not a 5 star hotel standard! The hotel won’t return my dress! Be careful with this hotel ! I forgot one of my expensive dresses in the hotel last Sunday and I called the hotel same day to ask them to find my dress as I changed my outfit the day after, and the dress was not packed in my luggage. So only reasonable explanation is that I left the dress in the hotel room. However I had to call 5 times to ASK the hotel staff to check and return my call. They did not return either my email or calls once. They only asked the cleaning staff on Weds evening when I called 4 times already and they said they were too busy to receive customers to return my call. I’m pretty sure at this point either the hotel staff kept the dress or they could not be bothered to deal with it once you have checked out. Such an dishonest hotel ! Not professional at all. Do not recommend! Mind your valuables if you happen to stay there. If you accidentally leave something in the room, you will not get it back!

Unfortunately i did not have pleasant stay. The staff at the reception on arrival were very lovely, attentive and made me feel welcome. over all the hotel need some refreshing here and there. It is in the details. The mattress in my room was pretty bad, it was making a squeaky sound and weirdly firm in curve. Room service disgusting! But the most unpleasant moment is quite possible unfriendly almost rude attendant Thomas at the restaurant downstairs, the next day. From the first step i walked in he said no-no we closed, so i asked about the opening hours of the restaurant, he kept on going “no no” without listening to my question. There were people still eating at the restaurant. it felt wrong. Disturb by his attitude i went to reception to enquire where can i have a coffee before my travel, the reception said that the restaurant should be still open for another 45 min. Well, seems like organising isn’t functioning in this hotel very well. And you treated badly, just because you asked questions , and expected a minimum of service and courtesy of a friendly staff. But not here. Luckily at the end another employee of the restaurant organised a coffee and croissant for me, it took 2 min of his time and he was pleasant. It wasn’t a full meal, but the effort appreciated. So basically the attitude of employees of the hotel matters a lot. It can ruin your day. Some are not made to work in hospitality. So to sum up all the details, it is definitely the hotel not 4 stars ! , 2,5 / maximum 3 . I advise you to book somewhere else.

I stayed a few days with my family in this hotel. Good location (not too far from city centre, train station and metro station), good restaurant, nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Good price.

Absolutely friendly staff, the reception area looks bomb and you would think your rooms would have the same vibe. But no, the rooms are dull, they are cramped, the carpets are stained. Definitely not worth the money!

Friendly service but very poor air conditioning system. Also the room had a really strong musty smell. Enabling window opening would most certainly help!! Definitely not a five star hotel I m afraid.

Stayed at the hotel for few days before Christmas. Super friendly staff. I think it was best treatment that have seen at the hotel. Nice valet parking which means that you don't need to worry about parking. Also great service at the restaurant. Had dinner few evenings and food was delicious and service very good. Best hotel that I have been staying so far. You will feel welcome and all services are very good.

For what it's worth, the facility itself is on par with what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. For some reason however, the staff is partially reluctant to enforce their own social distancing rules (wearing masks is supposed to be mandatory, but I've seen clients interacting freely with staff members without wearing any). In light of this I cannot give it more than 4/5

Dear, I stay here at many hotels. normally I never write a review but I took extra time for this one. the food was horrible atter a long day work you expect good food. afterwards for hours and days still problems. the valet parking drive the car like it is race car. what an antisocial guy, scratches on my car and even my tires are damages. BAD.

For 170 euros per night, 26 euros breakfast I would expect the bathroom to be cleaned daily and the sheets changed. The guys at the front desk are under 25 years old. Not up to the price paid. But at least they speak English, which is already a lot in France.

Great breakfasts, valet parking excellent and prompt. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent also. Only minor gripes stops me, giving a 10. Carpet was stained on arrival, but cleaned thoroughly the next day. Gym could do with being a bit bigger. The multi gym machine is broken and the free weights need to have larger weights than the 10 kg!

Had a good stay at Pullman, the staff was very polite, courteous and helpful. The facilities are excellent. The only hiccup for me was my specific room layout, where the toilet is at one end of the room with no proximity to the bath and sink. but overall very satisfied with my stay

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
