We´ve been here a few days ago. I must say that the service for a 4 star hotel is like half star. We were really disappointed about almost everything. The breakfast is not like in the photos. They´re just giving you some croissants bought in the supermarket, and half cup of coffee. We really don´t recommend this hotel. It's on the center and that's the only thing good. Don´t forget to eat "confit de canard" in Toulouse!. We’d love you visit our profile in Instagram to see experiences all over the world! Have an amazing day! Busy city, quiet, traditional hotel. 40 degree heat means the AC is a godsend. Clean room, I have been given a wheelchair friendly room, and I think it just might be. Front of house staff very polite and efficient, bed feels ok. I will know better in the morning. Good night.

One of the worst experiences recently. Hotel itself was average, but the administrative procedures are from another century. The booking was made via a group booking and I was requested to provide my credit card number via an unsecure printed and scanned pdf file. Upon arriving at the hotel around noon, our group was informed that check in is at 2.30pm and that rooms which were already available would not be given until close to the check-in time (zero cost for the hotel but hugely inconvenient for guests). Final straw was a mix up with invoices which, of course, were provided in-paper and not digitally. Also there was no option to pay via invoice, instead the hotel informed me that they already charged my deposit credit card. As for the hotel itself, the location is good. Rooms were a bit dated by OK and air conditioning was very good. Breakfast was disappointing: there were no vegetables of any kind and the bacon was unappetizingly gray. In summary, there is no way this is a 4-star hotel. And administrative procedures/hotel management urgently needs modernization.

Just recently this jewel of a hotel opened. The room size is enough to have the one or the other video conference, the rooms are very quiet. Almost no traffic noise. The breakfast is extraordinary well done and maintained. Very fresh fruits, good coffee, and a high level of service. I hope that the gym is open next time. I will definitely come back to this lovely hotel very close to the heart of Toulouse. Perfect for business and for sightseeing.

Well located hotel, a bit outdated. My room was small and old, but clean. Breakfast had variety but the room was clearly understaffed and I had to clean a table myself to be able to sit and have breakfast quickly (in a rush to go to the airport). Breakfast products were good though

Room was adequate. Had air conditioning, a fridge and a shower over the bath. Staying as part of a group and one room did not have a fridge in the room. Location very good. Central location and a short walk to most tourist sights as well as the restaurants and bars of Toulouse.

Stayed there 27-29 Jan 2020, room was ok, dated, but clean. The breakfast was terrible, it's supposed to last till 10:30, got down there at 0850, I got the last of the uncooked scrambled eggs, pretty much everything else was gone, then I stay there waiting for them to refill some of the breakfast items......never happened, left at 0950. I watched guests come and go, because there was no food in, the manager must have walked thru 4 times, and he did nothing. I don't usually complain, but this is ridiculous. Next time I'm staying somewhere else, UPDATE, upon checkout I found out the breakfast was NOT included, I was told this during check-in, adding insult to injury, lol. Breakfast costs 14.50€ a day , the manager didn't seem to care about me politely explaining there was no food left for breakfast. One more note- this Best Western classifies itself as a " sport entertainment facility" which caused my corporate credit card to decline the transaction..... Wow, don't stay here

Old and shabby rooms. We spent Christmas 2021 in Toulouse and we were surprised that a 4-star hotel had stained carpet and the walls with the wallpaper. The poor and expensive breakfast. Only highlight the kindness and sympathy of Inma, a girl from Seville, at the reception. We will not recommend it, sorry.

The hotel is in a great location and the facilities are good. The staff are professional and friendly. We arrived in the middle of a yellow vest protest but the staff were very reassuring. The room had some issues but they were mostly cosmetic and the hotel would benefit from some updates. I can say this about a lot of places I have stayed while in France.

The hotel barely can be considered a 4-star hotel, I was really disappointed because the rooms are not that nice, it is like they need a restoration but are procrastinating it. Bathrooms not very clean. The breakfast is fine. I won't come back.

Very helpful manager who speaks good English. Nice rooms and a decent breakfast. Nearby cafés only do croissants and coffee so worth eating in.

Hotel had been renovated recently and the rooms are fantastic. However: - the TV's don't work. The channels freeze and casting did not work on any device. - the fire alarm goes off sporadically on sunday mornings despite a lack of fire. We were left waiting outside in our pyjamas. No staff came to get us once alarm was reset (you cannot hear it from outside). - we were disturbed despite the "do not disturb" sign. The saving grace was really the nice rooms and fantastic AC. I'll put everything else to growing pains.

Ideally situated for city centre. Good sized room with all one needs. Small friendly bar

The bedroom was tired and very dated. Bedside light on one side not working. Decor truly awful. Furniture shabby and dated. Air conditioning worked but noisy. Carpet old and shabby and looked grubby. Curtains cheap and awful. In fairness the bed linen and towels were spotless. The bathroom was very small but had been recently done up although not very appealing and was clean.

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
